Claims (5)
- 被測定物との距離に応じて発生する渦電流の変化を検出するコイルを有するセンサ部と、このセンサ部に電圧を印加し前記センサ部の出力を処理する変位計制御部とを備える渦電流式変位計において、
前記センサ部が配置される環境の温度変化に応じて生じる前記コイルの内部抵抗の変化に基づいて前記センサ部からの出力を補正するため補償手段を前記変位計制御部に設け、
前記センサ部は、実質的に同一仕様の2個のコイルを含み、一方の前記コイルは被測定物に対向する位置に配設され、他方の前記コイルは測定対象物および一方の前記コイルから離隔して配設されており、
前記補償手段は、一方の前記コイルの出力と他方の前記コイルの出力の差分をとる手段を有することを特徴とする渦電流式変位計。 - 前記補償手段は、前記コイルに交流電圧を印加する手段と前記コイルに直流電流を印加する手段を含み、さらにハイパス・フィルタを介して前記コイルの出力を得る手段とローパス・フィルタを介して前記コイルの出力を得る手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の渦電流式変位計。
- 前記変位計制御部は、前記2個のコイルに同一の高周波電圧を印加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の渦電流式変位計。
- 一方の前記コイルと他方の前記コイルは一体化されたセンサ部に含まれており、一方の前記コイルを非導電性カバー内に収容し、他方の前記コイルが発生する磁界が外部に漏れることを防止する導電性カバー内に他方の前記コイルを収容し、一方の前記コイルと他方の前記コイルを前記センサ部の軸方向に並べて配置したことを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の渦電流式変位計。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の渦電流式変位計の前記センサ部を工作機械のスピンドル軸の近傍に配置し、前記スピンドルへの工具の誤装着を検出することを特徴とする工作機械。
