Description
センサ1は、
3,7Vのバッテリ2と、
バッテリの充電状態の表示手段3「ガスゲージ」と、
診断目的でセンサに組み込まれた少なくとも1つのLED表示器5と、
発振手段、すなわち、内蔵クロックより高い精度で「タイムスタンプ」をマイクロプロセッサ(MCU)に提供する32kHzの水晶振動子6と、
バッテリ2から2,8Vの安定化された供給を非常に高効率で提供する電圧制御ユニット7であって、センサは3,7Vを提供される電圧制御ユニット7と、
センサに組み込まれた検知ユニットである加速度計(AXL)8であって、16gまでのフルスケール調節が可能で、非常に低消費電力(10Hzにおいて約10μA)な加速度計(AXL)8と、
収集作業とデータ伝送のためにセンサ上に組み込まれた非常に低電力のマイクロプロセッサ(MCU)9と、
低エネルギー消費のBluetooth(登録商標)インタフェース(BT)10と、
マイクロプロセッサの外部に設けられ、マイクロプロセッサに組み込まれたフラッシュメモリが不十分な場合に代替可能なフラッシュメモリ11と、を備える。
ロープ内部に設けられた1つまたは複数のセンサに接続/切断し、
登録周波数を選択することによって、データ登録開始コマンドを送信し、
データ登録停止コマンドをセンサに送信し、
センサによって収集されたデータをダウンロードし
センサによって収集されたデータをPC(パーソナルコンピュータ)に送信し、
センサのメモリにあるデータを消去し、
メモリの空きと使用の容量をセンサに要求し、
バッテリの充電状態をセンサに要求することを可能にする。
システムに沿った回転の数、方向および量と、
システムの各ローラコンベヤにおける振動の強さをユーザに提供する。
Claims (8)
- 鋼索(100)の自軸を中心とする回転、および振動に関するパラメータを監視するためのセンサ(1)であって、
バッテリ(2)と、
バッテリ(2)の充電状態の表示手段(3)と、
少なくとも1つのLED表示器(5)と、
センサ(1)に供給する電源ユニット(7)と、
鋼索(100)の自軸(X)周りの回転角度(Φ,Υ)、および鋼索(100)の振動の検知ユニット(8)と、
収集活動およびデータ伝送のためのマイクロプロセッサ(9)と、を備え、
センサ(1)は、鋼索(100)の継ぎ合わせ端に位置して、鋼索(100)のコア(110)の中に得られる部分に収容される、センサ(1)。 - マイクロプロセッサの内部クロックよりも「タイムスタンプ」を高精度にマイクロプロセッサに提供する水晶振動子の形で、発振手段(6)をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のセンサ(1)。
- マイクロプロセッサ(9)の外部にフラッシュメモリ(11)をさらに備え、マイクロプロセッサ(9)内部に組み込まれたフラッシュメモリを代替可能である、請求項1または2に記載のセンサ(1)。
- 低消費電力のBluetooth(登録商標)インタフェース(10)をさらに備える、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のセンサ(1)。
- 加速度計(8)は、ロープ(100)の3つの軸x−y−z上の加速度を計測する、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載のセンサ(1)。
- 3,7Vに等しい電圧によって供給される、請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載のセンサ(1)。
- 保護剤(12)に浸されており、かつ、圧縮に耐える非金属材料のシリンダ(112)の中に位置する、請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のセンサ(1)。
- シリンダ(112)は、センサ(1)およびバッテリ(2)の寸法と同じ長さを有し、センサ(1)が位置するロープ(100)の直径によって異なる厚さを有する、請求項7に記載のセンサ(1)。
