Claims (11)
- 本体の遠位端部に複数の開口を有する可撓性の細長い当該本体と、 前記開口のうちの少なくとも1つ及び前記本体の近位端部にあるポートと流体連通するルーメンと、 前記本体の前記遠位端部にある単一の治療用エネルギ変換器であって、前記開口を介して血管系内部の標的に治療剤が送達されるのと同時に、前記標的に治療用エネルギを送達する当該治療用エネルギ変換器と、を含み、 前記治療用エネルギ変換器は、前記本体の長手軸と同一線上の軸を有する螺旋の形状に配置され、当該螺旋の間の部分に前記開口が前記治療用エネルギ変換器から離れて配置される、血管系に治療を施すためのカテーテル。
- 前記本体の前記遠位端部は周囲部を有し、前記治療用エネルギ変換器は前記周囲部の半分を超える部分に亘ってエネルギを送達する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記治療用エネルギ変換器は、少なくとも約5cmの長さである、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記治療用エネルギ変換器は、前記標的に超音波エネルギを送達する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記治療用エネルギ変換器は、前記標的に熱エネルギを送達する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記本体は生体適合性ポリマを含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 本体の遠位端部に複数の開口を有する可撓性の細長い当該本体と、前記開口のうちの少なくとも1つ及び前記本体の近位端部にあるポートと流体連通するルーメンと、前記本体の前記遠位端部にある単一の治療用エネルギ変換器であって、前記開口を介して血管系内部の標的に治療剤が送達されるのと同時に、前記標的に治療用エネルギを送達する当該治療用エネルギ変換器と、を含むカテーテルと、 前記治療用エネルギ変換器に動作可能に結合され、前記標的に送達されるエネルギを制御する、治療用エネルギコントローラと、 前記ポートに動作可能に結合され、前記標的への治療剤の送達を制御する、流体送達サブシステムと、を含み、 前記治療用エネルギ変換器は、前記本体の長手軸と同一線上の軸を有する螺旋の形状に配置され、当該螺旋の間の部分に前記開口が前記治療用エネルギ変換器から離れて配置される、血管系に治療を施すためのシステム。
- 前記治療用エネルギ変換器は、少なくとも約5cmの長さである、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記治療用エネルギ変換器は、前記標的に超音波エネルギを送達する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記本体の前記遠位端部は周囲部を有し、前記治療用エネルギ変換器は前記周囲部の半分を超える部分に亘ってエネルギを送達する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記治療剤は、ストレプトキナーゼ、ウロキナーゼ、アルテプラーゼ、レテプラーゼ、及びテネクテプラーゼから選択される、請求項7に記載のシステム。
