Description
水性無彩色インク組成(表1〜表3)における各成分を均一に混合した。その後、得られた混合物を、アドバンテック東洋(株)製の親水性PTFEフィルター(孔径0.2μm)でろ過することで、実施例1〜12及び比較例1〜5のインクジェット記録用水性無彩色インクを得た。
密閉容器内で、実施例1〜12及び比較例1〜5の各水性無彩色インク20gに、2cm×3cm×2mmの試験片を浸漬し、60℃の環境下で1週間放置した。試験片には、亜鉛を2000ppm含むエラストマーゴムを用いた。放置後、水性無彩色インクをアドバンテック東洋製の親水性PTFEフィルタ(孔径0.2μm)でろ過し、フィルタ上に残存する析出物の有無を光学顕微鏡により確認した。観察結果を以下の評価基準に基づいて評価した。
A:析出物が確認されなかった。
C:析出物が確認された。
密閉容器内で、実施例1〜12及び比較例1〜5の各水性無彩色インク20gに、1cm×0.5cm×0.1mmのニッケルからなる試験片を浸漬し、60℃の環境下で8週間放置した。放置後、試験片から各水性無彩色インク中へのNi溶出量を、ICP発光分光分析装置((株)リガク製、CIROS−120EOP)を用いて測定した。測定結果を以下の評価基準に基づいて評価した。
A:放置後の水性無彩色インク中のNi濃度が5ppm未満であり、試験片は腐食されていないか、又は腐食は僅かであると判断した。
C:放置後の水性無彩色インク中のNi濃度が5ppm以上であり、試験片が腐食されたと判断した。
光沢紙(ブラザー工業(株)製の「BP71G」)上に、バーコータ―((株)安田製機製作所製のバーコータ―のロッドNo.3)を用いて、実施例1〜12及び比較例1〜5の各水性無彩色インクを塗布し、評価サンプルを作製した。評価サンプルを目視にて観察し、下記評価基準に従って光沢紙における印字物の光沢性を評価した。
AA:充分な光沢性があった。
A :僅かに光沢性が劣った。
B :多少光沢性が劣るが、実用上問題ないレベルであった。
C :光沢性がなく、実用上問題となるレベルであった。

Claims (14)
- インクジェット記録用水性無彩色インクであって、
染料と、
ベンゾトリアゾールと、
酸価が70mgKOH/g以上の水溶性ポリマーと、
水とを含み、
前記水性無彩色インク中の前記水溶性ポリマーの配合量が2重量%以下であり、
前記水溶性ポリマーが、アクリルスチレン樹脂であることを特徴とするインクジェット記録用水性無彩色インク。 - 前記水溶性ポリマーの重量平均分子量が、8,500〜16,500であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインクジェット記録用水性無彩色インク。
- 前記水性無彩色インク中の前記水溶性ポリマーの配合量が、0.002重量%〜2重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のインクジェット記録用水性無彩色インク。

- 前記水性無彩色インク中において、前記染料と前記ベンゾトリアゾールとの合計配合量(D+B)に対する、前記水溶性ポリマーの配合量(P)の比率(P/(D+B))が、0.00024〜0.24であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のインクジェット記録用水性無彩色インク。
- インクジェット記録装置であって、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の水性無彩色インクと、
前記水性無彩色インクを吐出するインクジェットヘッドと、
前記水性無彩色インクと接触する金属部材と、
前記水性無彩色インクと接触する、亜鉛を含むゴム部材とを含むことを特徴とするインクジェット記録装置。 - 前記亜鉛を含むゴム部材が、前記水性無彩色インクの流路を形成するチューブであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のインクジェット記録装置。
- 前記インクジェット記録装置は、前記インクジェットヘッドから前記水性無彩色インクを排出させるメンテナンスユニットを更に有し、
前記チューブが、前記インクジェットヘッドから排出した前記水性無彩色インクの流路を形成する廃液チューブであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のインクジェット記録装置。 - 前記亜鉛を含むゴム部材が、前記亜鉛を1000ppm〜3000ppm含むことを特徴とする請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載のインクジェット記録装置。
- 前記金属部材が、前記インクジェットヘッドに含まれる金属部材であることを特徴とする請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載のインクジェット記録装置。
- 前記金属部材がニッケルを含有することを特徴とする請求項9〜13のいずれか一項に記載のインクジェット記録装置。
