Claims (12)
- 熱交換領域(11)と、
直径(D)を各々有する少なくとも2つのポート孔(12)と、
少なくとも2つのポート孔領域(13)であって、前記ポート孔(12)の各々が前記ポート孔領域(13)のうちの1つによってそれぞれ包囲される、少なくとも2つのポート孔領域(13)と、
を備え、
前記ポート孔領域(13)は互いから離間され、
各々のポート孔領域(13)はビーム(20)の波状部を有し、
前記ビーム(20)の各々は、端(21)を有し、前記ポート孔(12)に向かうそれぞれの延在方向(23)に沿って広がっており、
前記ビーム(20)の各々の前記延在方向(23)は、前記ビーム(20)の前記端(21)を通る径方向線(25)に対して鋭角(α)を形成し、
前記ビーム(20)は、前記ビーム(20)の端(21)を通る各々の径方向線(25)が等角度間隔になるように、前記ポート孔(12)の周囲に分配されており、
各々のビーム(20)の前記延在方向(23)は、前記ポート孔(12)の前記直径(D)より小さい直径(d)を有すると共に前記ポート孔(12)と同心である円(26)に対して正接であり、
前記円(26)の直径(d)は、前記ポート孔(12)の直径(D)の80%よりも短く、前記鋭角(α)は10°より大きいことを特徴とする熱交換器用プレート(2)。 - 前記鋭角(α)は前記ビーム(20)の各々について等しい、請求項1に記載の熱交換器用プレート。
- 前記鋭角(α)は80°より小さい、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器用プレート。
- 各々のビーム(20)の前記端(21)は、前記ポート孔(12)からある距離に位置付けられる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器用プレート。
- 前記ビーム(20)の各々は反対の端(22)を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器用プレート。
- 各々のビーム(20)の前記反対の端(22)は、それぞれのポート孔領域(13)内に位置付けられる、請求項5に記載の熱交換器用プレート。
- 少なくとも一部の前記ビーム(20)の前記反対の端(22)は、前記熱交換領域(11)の波状部のビーム(15)に連結される、請求項5または6に記載の熱交換器用プレート。
- 各々のビーム(20)は湾曲形状を有し、各々のビームは前記端(21)および反対の端(22)を通り、前記熱交換器用プレートが組み立てられた場合に、一方の熱交換器用プレートに配置された1つの前記ビームは、前記一方の熱交換器用プレートに隣接した他方の熱交換器用プレートに配置された他の2つのビームと個別の2つの交点において交差し、前記延在方向(23)は、前記2つの交点を通過する直線に一致する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器用プレート。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器用プレート(2)を複数備えるプレート式熱交換器(1)。
- 1つの熱交換器用プレート(2)の前記ポート孔領域(13)の各々のビーム(20)は、隣接する熱交換器用プレート(2)の前記ポート孔領域(13)のうちの1つのビーム(20)と接触区域(30)を形成する、請求項9に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 前記ポート孔領域(13)の各々のビーム(20)は湾曲形状を有し、それによって前記延在方向(23)と2回交差し、1つの熱交換器用プレート(2)の前記ポート孔領域(13)の各々のビーム(20)は2つの接触区域(30)を形成する、請求項10に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
