前記第1の端部帯域(A)、前記中央主帯域(B)および前記第2の端部帯域(C)上に延在する波形のリッジ(14)および谷(15)を備える伝熱領域(10)と、
前記第1の端部帯域(A)、前記中央主帯域(B)および前記第2の端部帯域(C)に沿って通り抜けて延在する長手中心軸(x)と、を備え、
前記リッジ(14)および前記谷(15)はそれぞれの連続線(16)に沿って延在し、
前記伝熱領域(10)は、第1の長辺側縁部(17)と、第2の長辺側縁部(18)と、を有し、少なくとも前記中央主帯域(B)の前記リッジ(14)および前記谷(15)は、前記第1の長辺側縁部(17)から前記第2の長辺側縁部(18)まで延在し、
前記連続線(16)が少なくとも部分的に湾曲して前記長手中心軸(x)との傾斜角度(α)を形成すること、および前記長手中心軸(x)における前記傾斜角度(α)は、実質的に前記第1の端部帯域(A)における前記連続線(16)の各々において、前記中央主帯域(B)における前記連続線(16)の各々と比べて緩やかである、伝熱プレート(1)。 - 前記伝熱領域(10)上を前記長手中心軸(x)と平行に延在する任意の長手方向線(21)における傾斜角度は、前記長手方向線(21)における前記第1の端部帯域(A)での前記連続線(16)の各々において、前記長手方向線(21)における前記中央主帯域(B)での前記連続線(16)の各々と比べて緩やかである、請求項1に記載の伝熱プレート(1)。
- 前記伝熱領域(10)は、前記第1の端部帯域(A)を区切る第1の短辺側縁部(19)と、前記第2の端部帯域(C)を区切る第2の短辺側縁部(20)と、を有する、請求項1または2に記載の伝熱プレート(1)。
- 前記伝熱プレート(1)は、前記第1の端部帯域(A)上に位置する2つの覗き窓(11)と、前記第2の端部帯域(C)上に位置する2つの覗き窓(12)と、を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の伝熱プレート(1)。
- 隣接する前記リッジ(14)間の距離(d)は、前記伝熱領域(10)上で等しい、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の伝熱プレート(1)。
- 前記伝熱プレート(1)が、前記伝熱領域(10)を包囲する外縁領域(13)を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の伝熱プレート(1)。
- 前記連続線(16)は、少なくとも1つの楕円形または卵形の延在部を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の伝熱プレート(1)。
- 前記連続線(16)が、前記伝熱領域(10)の外側に位置する少なくとも1つの共通の中心点(22)を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の伝熱プレート(1)。
- 前記傾斜角度(α)は、実質的に前記第2の端部帯域(C)における前記連続線(16)の各々において、前記中央主帯域(B)における前記連続線(16)の各々と比べて緩やかである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の伝熱プレート(1)。
- 前記伝熱プレート(1)は、
前記第1の端部帯域(A)および前記中央主帯域(B)の第1の部分を備える第1の半体と、
前記第2の端部帯域(C)および前記中央主帯域(B)の第2の部分を含む第2の半体と、を備え、
前記第1の半体と前記第2の半体とは、分割線(24)に沿って互いに隣接する、請求項9に記載の伝熱プレート(1)。 - 前記第1の半体上の前記連続線(16)は、楕円形の延在部、特に円形の延在部を有し、前記第2の半体上の前記連続線(16)は、楕円形の延在部、特に円形の延在部を有する、請求項10に記載の伝熱プレート。
- 前記分割線(24)における前記連続線(16)は、前記分割線(24)に対して垂直に延在する、請求項10および11のいずれか一項に記載の伝熱プレート(1)。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の複数の伝熱プレート(1)を備えるプレート熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱プレート(1)は、前記プレート熱交換器内で交互に配置された第1の伝熱プレート(1)および第2の伝熱プレート(1)を備え、前記第1の伝熱プレート(1)の傾斜角度(α)は、前記第2の伝熱プレート(1)の傾斜角度(α)と比較して、逆の符号であるものの等しい、請求項13に記載のプレート熱交換器。
