Claims (23)
- エアロゾル発生材料を加熱して前記エアロゾル発生材料の少なくとも一つの成分を揮発させるための装置とともに使用するためのカートリッジであって、
熱伝導材料のシートを備え第1の外面を有する第1の基部を備える、第1の室を画定する第1の本体と、
前記第1の室内に配置されたエアロゾル発生材料と、
第2の外面を有する熱伝導材料のシートを備える第2の基部を備える、第2の室を画定する第2の本体と、
前記第2の室内に配置されたエアロゾル発生材料と、
を備え、
前記第1の室内の前記エアロゾル発生材料を加熱するために、前記第1の基部の前記第1の外面の少なくとも主要部分が、前記装置のヒータの第1の加熱表面に接触するように構成され、前記第1の基部が、前記第1の本体の長手方向軸線に実質的に平行であり、
前記第2の基部の前記第2の外面の少なくとも主要部分が、前記装置の前記ヒータの第2の加熱表面に接触するように構成され、前記第2の基部が、前記第2の本体の長手方向軸線に実質的に平行である、カートリッジ。 - 前記第1の基部と前記第2の基部とが相対的に枢動することができるように、前記第1の基部と前記第2の基部とが互いに接続され、その結果、使用者が、前記第1の外面を前記ヒータの前記第1の加熱表面に接触させ、前記第2の外面を前記ヒータの前記第2の加熱表面に接触させることができる、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第1の基部と前記第2の基部とが第1の弱化線に沿って接続されて、前記相対的に枢動することを可能にする、請求項2に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第1の弱化線が、ミシン目、鋸歯状の線、及び切れ目線のうちの一つである、請求項3に記載のカートリッジ。
- 使用前構成では、前記第1の基部と前記第2の基部とが、前記カートリッジの長手方向軸線に実質的に垂直な、前記第1の基部及び前記第2の基部のそれぞれの側面で接続されている、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第1の本体が、前記第1の基部に取り付けられた第1のカバーを備え、前記第1のカバーと前記第1の基部とが前記第1の室を画定し、
前記第2の本体が、前記第2の基部に取り付けられた第2のカバーを備え、前記第2のカバーと前記第2の基部とが前記第2の室を画定し、使用前構成では、前記第1のカバーと前記第2のカバーとが第2の弱化線に沿って接続され、前記第2の弱化線が、前記第1の基部と前記第2の基部とが相対的に枢動可能な動きを受けるときに断裂し、以て、前記第1のカバーと前記第2のカバーとが分離されて、前記第1のカバー用の揮発した材料及び/又はエアロゾルの出口、及び前記第2のカバー用の揮発した材料及び/又はエアロゾルの出口を形成する、請求項5に記載のカートリッジ。 - 前記第1の基部が第1の穿孔具を備え、前記第2の基部が第2の穿孔具を備える、請求項6に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第1の穿孔具が、前記第2の基部に孔を開けて前記第2の室用の空気入口を形成するためのものであり、前記第2の穿孔具が、前記第1の基部に孔を開けて前記第1の室用の空気入口を形成するためのものである、請求項7に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第1のカバーが、第1の部分と、前記第1の部分の一端に第2の部分とを備え、前記第1の部分が前記第2の部分より幅広く、前記第2の穿孔具が、前記第1のカバーの前記第2の部分によって覆われた点で前記第1の基部に孔を開けるように前記第2の基部に配置されている、請求項8に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第2のカバーが、第1の部分と、前記第1の部分の一端に第2の部分とを備え、前記第1の部分が前記第2の部分より幅広く、前記第1の穿孔具が、前記第2のカバーの前記第2の部分によって覆われた点で前記第2の基部に孔を開けるように前記第1の基部に配置されている、請求項8又は9に記載のカートリッジ。
- 使用前構成では、前記第1の基部と前記第2の基部とが、前記カートリッジの長手方向軸線に実質的に平行な、前記第1の基部及び前記第2の基部のそれぞれの側面で接続されている、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第2の本体が、前記第2の基部に取り付けられた第2のカバーを備え、前記第2のカバーと前記第2の基部とが前記第2の室を画定する、請求項11に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第1の基部が第1の穿孔具を備え、前記第2の基部が第2の穿孔具を備える、請求項12に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第1の穿孔具が、前記第2の基部に孔を開けて前記第2の室用の空気入口を形成するためのものであり、前記第2の穿孔具が、前記第1の基部に孔を開けて前記第1の室用の空気入口を形成するためのものである、請求項13に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第1の本体が、前記第1の基部に取り付けられた第1のカバーを備え、前記第1のカバーと前記第1の基部とが前記第1の室を画定し、
前記第1のカバーが、第1の部分と、前記第1の部分の一端に第2の部分とを備え、前記第1の部分が前記第2の部分より幅広く、前記第2の穿孔具が、前記第1のカバーの前記第2の部分によって覆われた点で前記第1の基部に孔を開けるように前記第2の基部に配置されている、請求項13に記載のカートリッジ。 - 前記第2のカバーが、第1の部分と、前記第1の部分の一端に第2の部分とを備え、前記第1の部分が前記第2の部分より幅広く、前記第1の穿孔具が、前記第2のカバーの前記第2の部分によって覆われた点で前記第2の基部に孔を開けるように前記第1の基部に配置されている、請求項14又は15に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記第2のカバーを前記第2の基部に接着する耐熱接着剤をさらに備え、前記耐熱接着剤が、前記第2のカバーが前記第2の基部に接着される領域のみに設けられている、請求項6に記載のカートリッジ。
- 熱伝導材料の前記シート又は各シートが第1の内面を含み、前記第1の内面の少なくとも一部分が粗く、前記エアロゾル発生材料が粗い前記第1の内面又は各第1の内面の前記一部分に配置されている、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。

- 前記第1の内面又は各第1の内面の前記一部分が一つ以上のスコア線又は孔を含む、請求項18〜20のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記エアロゾル発生材料が、前記一つ以上のスコア線に基づいて一つ以上の部分に分離されている、請求項21に記載のカートリッジ。
