Claims (6)
- 前面を有する筐体(26)と、
前記筐体(26)の前記前面に配置され、重心(40)及び操作面(14)を有する操作要素(12)であって、
実質的に前記操作面(14)に直交するように延びる垂直の移動軸(18)と、それを実質的に横断するように延びる横移動軸(20)とに沿って前記筐体(26)の上及び/又は内部にばねにより弾性設置された操作要素(12)と、
前記垂直の移動軸(18)の方向における前記操作要素(12)の作動動作を検出するための1以上のセンサ(28)と、
前記操作要素(12)の認識済み作動動作の場合には少なくとも前記横移動軸(20)においても行われる前記操作要素(12)のフィードバック動作のために、前記筐体(26)の上及び/又は内部に設置されたアクチュエータ(32)であって、
有効な移動軸(38)に沿って前後に移動するよう適合された前記操作要素(12)と機械的に連結され制御されるよう適合された駆動要素(34)を含む、アクチュエータ(32)と、
前記センサ(28)と前記アクチュエータ(32)とに接続された分析/制御部(30)とを含む、特には種々の車載機器を操作するための娯楽情報システムである自動車用操作ユニットであって、
前記操作要素(12)の前記重心(40)が前記アクチュエータ(32)の駆動要素(34)の前記有効な移動軸(38)上に位置し、
前記駆動要素(34)の前記有効な移動軸(38)が、前記操作要素(12)の前記垂直移動軸(18)及び前記横移動軸(20)に対して鋭角をなしていることを特徴とする操作ユニット。
- 前記操作要素(12)の前記横移動軸(20)と、前記アクチュエータ(32)の前記駆動要素(34)の前記有効な移動軸(38)とが、前記操作面(14)に実質的に直交して延びる共通の垂直面に架け渡されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記筐体(26)は前記操作要素(12)の下に設置スペースを含み、また、前記アクチュエータ(32)の前記駆動要素(34)の前記有効な移動軸(38)と前記操作要素(12)の前記横移動軸(20)との間の角度を可能な限り小さくするため、前記アクチュエータ(32)は、前記設置スペースが許す限り前記操作要素の直下に、及び/又は、前記設置スペースが許す限り前記操作要素(12)の前記重心(40)から離間して配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記操作要素(12)の両側に配置された、前記操作要素(12)のための有効なばね軸(42)を有するリターンスプリング要素(24)であって、前記横移動軸(20)上、又は前記アクチュエータ(32)の前記駆動要素(34)の前記有効な移動軸(38)上又はこれに並行して位置する、もしくは前記アクチュエータ(32)の前記駆動要素(34)の前記有効な移動軸(38)及び前記操作要素(12)の前記横移動軸(20)が架け渡される前記平面に実質的に直交する平面(44)上に位置しかつ前記横移動軸(20)と対称に配置された、リターンスプリング要素(24)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の操作ユニット。
- 前記アクチュエータ(32)は、第1励起コイル(52)を含む第1ステータ(48)と、駆動要素(34)としての電機子(46)とを有する電機子型の電磁石として構成され、
前記電機子(46)は、前記第1励起コイル(52)によって生成された磁束が前記電機子(46)を通過する際に測定電圧が印加される測定コイル(56)を備え、
前記第1励起コイル(52)と前記測定コイル(56)とが前記分析/制御部(30)に接続され、
前記分析/制御部(30)によって力が制御及び/又は調節されるように適合され、それにより前記電機子(46)が前記第1ステータ(48)に向かって移動するよう適合される、及び/又は、それにより前記電機子(46)の静止位置からの撓み動作ならびに前記電機子(46)の静止位置への戻り動作が制御及び/又は調節されるよう適合されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の操作ユニット。 - 前記電機子型の電磁石は、第2励起コイル(54)を有する第2固定子(50)を含み、前記2つの固定子(48、50)は前記電機子(46)の両側に配置され、前記第2励起コイル(54)は前記分析/制御部(30)にも接続され、前記分析/制御部(30)によって、それぞれの力が制御及び/又は調節されるように適合され、それにより前記電機子(46)が前記第1及び/又は前記第2固定子(48、50)に向かってそれぞれの方向に移動するよう適合される、及び/又は、前記電機子(46)の静止位置からの前記撓み動作ならびに前記電機子(46)の静止位置への戻り動作が制御されるよう適合されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の操作ユニット。
