永久磁石(4)を備えた回転子(1)と固定子(2)とを有するブラシレスモータ発電機であって、
前記固定子は、回転対称に形成され、前記磁石(4)を覆い、
前記固定子の外面上の巻線は絶縁した層の形態の巻線であり、少なくとも1つのコイルを形成し、
前記回転子は、永久磁石がその上に堅固に固定されたシャフト(3)の形態に形成され、
前記永久磁石の磁極の磁界ベクトルは前記シャフトの回転軸に対して垂直に配向され、前記固定子の対称軸は前記シャフトの回転軸と一致する、ブラシレスモータ発電機。
<請求項2>
前記シャフト(3)は円筒状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ発電機。
<請求項3>
前記シャフト(3)は磁性体からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ発電機。
<請求項4>
前記固定子(3)が誘電非磁性体からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ発電機。
<請求項5>
前記固定子は複合磁性体からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ発電機。
<請求項6>
前記固定子の外面上の巻線は、2個から24個までの互いに均等にシフトした極を有する固定子コイルを形成する絶縁した層の形態の巻線であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ発電機。
<請求項7>
90度シフトした極を有する2つの固定子コイルを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のブラシレスモータ発電機。
<請求項8>
60度シフトした極を有する3つの固定子コイルを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のブラシレスモータ発電機。
<請求項9>
30度シフトした極を有するコイルを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のブラシレスモータ発電機。
<請求項10>
前記固定子は球面状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ発電機。
<請求項11>
前記固定子の巻線は断面が丸みを帯びてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ発電機。
<請求項12>
前記固定子の巻線は平角線からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ発電機。
Claims (14)
- 永久磁石を備えた回転子であって、前記永久磁石が前記回転子のシャフトに固定された、前記回転子と、
前記永久磁石を覆う回転対称の固定子と、
1つ以上の巻線であって、それぞれの前記巻線は前記固定子の外側に巻かれて前記固定子を取り囲む同心球を形成する、前記巻線
を有するブラシレスモータであって、
前記永久磁石の磁極の磁界ベクトルは前記シャフトの回転軸に対して非平行に配向され、前記固定子の回転対称軸は前記シャフトの回転軸と一致し、
前記1つ以上の巻線のいずれかは、先の前記1つ以上の巻線により形成された先の前記同心球の半径よりも大きい半径を有する後続の同心球を形成することを特徴とするブラシレスモータ。 - 前記シャフト(3)は円筒状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ。
- 前記シャフト(3)は磁性体からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ。
- 前記固定子(3)が誘電非磁性体からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ。
- 前記固定子は複合磁性体からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ。
- 前記固定子の外面上の巻線は、2個から24個までの互いに均等にシフトした極を有する固定子コイルを形成する絶縁した層の形態の巻線であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ。
- 2つの巻線を有し、前記2つの巻線のそれぞれが相互に対して90度シフトした磁極を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のブラシレスモータ。
- 3つの巻線を有し、前記3つの巻線のそれぞれが相互に対して60度シフトした磁極を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のブラシレスモータ。
- 前記固定子は球面状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ。
- 前記1つ以上の巻線は丸い断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ。
- 前記1つ以上の巻線は平角線を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ。
- 前記1つ以上の巻線はそれぞれ1つの連続したコイルを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ。
- 連続したコイルはそれぞれ前記固定子の周囲の球状の螺旋を形成することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のブラシレスモータ。
- 前記1つ以上の巻線はそれぞれ前記固定子を完全に取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブラシレスモータ。
