Claims (2)
- 金属構造材と前記金属構造材の少なくともケース内面を耐蝕金属材で覆った複合材ベースと、少なくとも前記ケース内面が前記耐蝕金属材で構成され前記複合材ベースの通孔に挿通した複合材リードと、この複合材リードと前記複合材ベースが絶縁ガラスによって気密封着されており、前記複合材ベースは、前記耐蝕金属材のみで構成された弱点部からなる破圧弁を備え、
前記複合材ベースは、前記弱点部の縁辺部において前記金属構造材の縁に突起を設けて前記縁辺部の前記耐蝕金属材の厚みを局部的に薄くし前記弱点部の破砕を補助したことを特徴とする気密端子。 - 前記破圧弁は、前記弱点部の前記耐蝕金属材の少なくとも片面に切欠きを設けて弱点部の破砕を補助させことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気密端子。
