Claims (3)
- 面に沿って整然と屈曲したつづら折れ状の励磁電路を磁性材薄帯で,前記励磁電路と前記磁性材薄帯とが電気的に絶縁される状態で挟装し,これを巻回する検出コイルを有し,前記励磁電路に直流電流と交流電流とを重畳した励磁電流を流す手段と,前記検出コイルの出力を検波する手段と,を有することを特徴とする波状磁束型磁界センサ.
- 励磁電路が沿う面が,平面であることを特徴とする,請求項1の波状磁束型磁界センサ.
- 磁性材薄帯の材料に,アモルファスリボンを用いたことを特徴とする,請求項1と請求項2の波状磁束型磁界センサ.
