Description
Claims (18)
- ベース基板と、
前記ベース基板上に位置する陽極層と、
前記ベース基板上に位置するカーボンナノチューブ層、及び前記カーボンナノチューブ層の前記ベース基板から離れる側に位置する蛍光粉末層を含む電界放出照明モジュールと、
前記ベース基板と前記陽極層の間に位置する陰極層と、前記ベース基板と前記陽極層の間に位置し前記陰極層の前記ベース基板から離れる側に位置する発光層とを含む、発光ダイオード照明モジュールとを含む照明光源であって、
前記陽極層は、前記蛍光粉末層の前記カーボンナノチューブ層から離れる側に位置し、
前記電界放出照明モジュールと前記発光ダイオード照明モジュールとは、前記ベース基板上に平行に水平設置される、照明光源。 - 前記蛍光粉末層は、赤色蛍光粉末と、緑色蛍光粉末と、青色蛍光粉末を含む、請求項1に記載の照明光源。
- 前記発光ダイオード照明モジュールの発光層は、青色発光層であり、
前記電界放出照明モジュールは、黄色発光の電界放出照明モジュールである、請求項1に記載の照明光源。 - 前記蛍光粉末層は、実質上白色の光が前記照明光源から放出されるように黄色蛍光粉末を含む、請求項3に記載の照明光源。
- 前記蛍光粉末層は、実質上白色の光が前記照明光源から放出されるように赤色蛍光粉末と緑色蛍光粉末を含む、請求項3に記載の照明光源。
- 前記蛍光粉末層は、実質上白色の光が前記照明光源から放出されるように赤色蛍光粉末と緑色蛍光粉末と黄色蛍光粉末を含む、請求項3に記載の照明光源。
- 前記陰極層は、前記ベース基板と前記カーボンナノチューブ層の間の領域まで延伸するように配置される、請求項1に記載の照明光源。
- 前記発光ダイオード照明モジュールは、有機発光ダイオード照明モジュールであり、前記発光層は、有機発光層であり、
前記発光ダイオード照明モジュールは、
前記有機発光層の前記陽極層から離れ且つ前記陰極層に接近する側に位置する電子輸送層を更に含み、
前記電子輸送層は、カーボンナノチューブ材料から作製される、請求項1に記載の照明光源。 - 前記電子輸送層と前記カーボンナノチューブ層とは一体層である、請求項8に記載の照明光源。
- 前記陽極層は透明陽極層である、請求項1に記載の照明光源。
- 発光ダイオード照明モジュール形成工程と電界放出照明モジュール形成工程を含み、
前記発光ダイオード照明モジュール形成工程は、ベース基板上に陰極層を形成することと、前記陰極層の前記ベース基板から離れる側に発光層を形成することと、前記発光層の前記陰極層から離れる側に陽極層を形成することを含み、
前記電界放出照明モジュールと前記発光ダイオード照明モジュールとを前記ベース基板上に平行に水平設置し、
前記電界放出照明モジュール形成工程は、前記ベース基板上にカーボンナノチューブ層を形成することと、前記カーボンナノチューブ層の前記ベース基板から離れる側に蛍光粉末層を形成することと、前記蛍光粉末層の前記カーボンナノチューブ層から離れる側に陽極層を形成することと
を含む、照明光源の製造方法。 - 前記ベース基板上に陰極層を形成する工程は、
前記ベース基板上に陰極材料層を形成することと、
前記蛍光粉末層が形成される領域の陰極材料層を除去することと
を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記ベース基板上に陰極層を形成する工程は、前記ベース基板上に陰極層の材料を形成することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記蛍光粉末層を形成する工程は、
前記ベース基板上にカーボンナノチューブ溶液層を形成することと、
前記ベース基板を加熱して前記カーボンナノチューブ溶液層の中の溶剤を除去して前記カーボンナノチューブ層を形成することと
を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記ベース基板を加熱して前記カーボンナノチューブ溶液層の中の溶剤を除去した後に、前記発光層が形成される領域のカーボンナノチューブ層を除去することを更に含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記陰極層は、前記ベース基板と前記カーボンナノチューブ層との間の領域まで延伸するように形成される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記発光層は有機発光層であり、
カーボンナノチューブ材料から形成される電子輸送層を、前記有機発光層の前記陽極層から離れ且つ前記陰極層に接近する側に形成することを更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 同一のカーボンナノチューブ材料を使用した単一プロセスで、前記電子輸送層と前記カーボンナノチューブ層を一体層に形成する、請求項17に記載の方法。
