Description

The present invention relates to a chemical solution application device for applying a chemical solution.

Conventionally, a chemical solution application device for applying a chemical solution to a portion to be coated such as skin has been known. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a chemical solution application device including a container for containing a chemical solution, a plug body connected to the container, an inner lid connected to the plug body, and a sponge. The stopper is connected (press-fitted) to the mouth of the container. An outlet for the drug solution is formed on the inner lid. The outflow portion of the inner lid surrounding the outflow port is formed in a shape that is inclined so that the outflow port gradually becomes smaller from the inside to the outside of the container. Further, a spring and a movable valve are connected to the plug body. The movable valve has a shoulder portion having a shape of surface contact with the outflow portion, and a protrusion portion protruding from the shoulder portion toward the outside of the container. The spring urges the shoulder toward the outflow. The outer shape of the protrusion is set smaller than the outlet, and the protrusion has a shape that protrudes outward from the outer surface of the inner lid. The outer edge of the sponge is fixed to the outer edge of the inner lid. The sponge is maintained in a shape that bulges outward by being urged by the protrusions from the inside to the outside.

The application of the chemical solution to the skin using this chemical solution application device is performed, for example, as follows. First, the outer surface of the sponge is pressed against the skin with the outer surface facing downward. At this time, the protrusion is pressed toward the inside of the inner lid against the urging force of the spring, so that a gap is formed between the outflow portion and the shoulder portion, so that the chemical solution in the container can be discharged through the outlet. It flows out of the inner lid. This chemical is impregnated into a sponge. After that, the chemical application device is moved laterally along the skin as it is. As a result, the chemical solution soaked in the sponge is applied to the skin.

Jikkensho No. 51-47562

In a chemical solution coating device as described in Patent Document 1, dirt on the portion to be coated (skin, etc.) adheres to the sponge, which may cause clogging of the sponge and insufficient supply of the chemical solution.

Therefore, it is conceivable not to use (remove) the sponge. However, when the sponge is simply removed, a member (projection or inner lid) different from the sponge comes into contact with the skin when the chemical solution is applied, so that the stimulus to the coated portion increases.

An object of the present invention is to provide a chemical solution coating device and a chemical solution coating tool capable of both avoiding a shortage of chemical solution supply and reducing irritation to a portion to be coated.

As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention comprises a chemical solution coating device, a container capable of accommodating a chemical solution, a container connected to the accommodating portion and having a mouth opening in a specific direction, and the above-mentioned container. A chemical application tool that can be connected to the mouth and can switch between a state in which the inside of the container is sealed and a state in which the chemical solution in the storage portion can be applied to the outside of the container while connected to the mouth portion. The chemical solution coating tool is connected to the mouth portion and has an outlet for discharging the chemical solution, and is held by the substrate and closes the outlet. And having a valve body capable of allowing the drug solution to flow out to the coated portion through the outlet, the substrate includes a defining edge defining the outlet, and the coated. The single coating surface for applying the chemical solution to the coating portion and the valve body come into contact with the valve body from the side opposite to the accommodating portion with reference to the mouth portion so as to prevent the valve body from detaching from the substrate. The valve body has a retaining portion, and the valve body includes a closing portion that closes the outlet by contacting the retaining portion, an urging portion that urges the closing portion toward the retaining portion, and the above. The closing portion has a protruding portion having a shape that protrudes in the direction of action of the urging force of the urging portion from the plane including the defining edge portion in a state where the closing portion is in contact with the retaining portion, and the closing portion has the above-mentioned When the protruding portion is pressed against the urging force of the urging portion, the protrusion is separated from the retaining portion so that the inside of the container is communicated with the outlet between the closing portion and the retaining portion. Provided is a chemical solution application device that forms an outflow flow path that allows the passage of the chemical solution, and the coating surface has a shape that is curved so as to be convex in the action direction of the urging force.

In this chemical solution application device, when the protruding portion is pressed against the urging force of the urging portion, the chemical solution is supplied to the coated surface through the outflow flow path and the outflow port, so that the shortage of the chemical solution supply can be avoided and further. Since the coated surface is curved so as to be convex in the direction of action of the urging force, the irritation given to the coated portion by the coated surface when the chemical solution is applied to the coated portion (skin or the like) is reduced.

In this case, the protruding portion has a curved surface formed at the tip of the protruding portion with respect to the acting direction of the urging force and having a shape curved so as to be convex in the acting direction of the urging force. Is preferable.

In this way, both the coated surface and the tip of the protruding portion (the portion that mainly contacts the coated portion) are curved so as to be convex in the direction of action of the urging force. The irritation to the part to be applied when applying the chemical solution is further reduced.

Further, in this case, it is preferable that the outer edge of the curved surface in a state where the closing portion is in contact with the retaining portion is located on a plane including the defining edge portion.

In this way, the protrusion is suppressed from being caught in the portion to be coated. Specifically, since the portion of the protruding portion that protrudes outward from the demarcated edge portion of the coated surface forms a curved surface, the boundary between the coated surface and the protruding portion (curved surface) is suppressed from being caught in the coated portion. Will be done.

Further, in the chemical solution coating device, the radius of curvature of the curved surface is preferably smaller than the radius of curvature of the coated surface.

In this way, the amount of protrusion of the protruding portion (curved surface) from the demarcated edge portion is larger than that of the case where the radius of curvature of the curved surface is the same as that of the coated surface. That is, the supply amount of the chemical solution can be secured.

Further, the outlet may be formed at a position including the top of the coating surface.

Alternatively, the outlets each have a plurality of outflow holes formed at positions separated from the top of the coated surface and intermittently arranged along the circumferential direction of the coated surface, and the protruding portion has a plurality of outflow holes. , Each outflow hole may have a plurality of protruding elements having a shape protruding outward from the coated surface.

In this embodiment, since any of the projecting elements is pressed against the urging force of the urging portion, the drug solution is supplied to the coating surface from the outflow hole corresponding to the projecting element, so that the chemical solution application device is used. Restrictions on time posture are relaxed.

Further, in the present chemical solution coating device, it is preferable that the chemical solution holding portion capable of holding the chemical solution flowing out from the outlet is formed on the coated surface.

By doing so, the dropping of the chemical solution from the coated surface is suppressed.

Further, the present invention is connectable to the mouth portion of a container which is connected to the storage portion capable of accommodating the drug solution and the storage portion and has a mouth portion which opens in a specific direction, and is connected to the mouth portion. A chemical solution coating tool capable of switching between a state in which the inside of the container is sealed and a state in which the chemical solution in the storage portion can be applied to the outside of the container in a state, which can be connected to the mouth portion and the chemical solution. A substrate having an outlet for flowing out the drug solution, and a valve held by the substrate and capable of closing the outlet and allowing the drug solution to flow out to the coated portion via the outlet. The substrate comprises a body and a demarcated edge defining the outlet, and a single coated surface for coating the chemical to the coated portion and the valve from the substrate. The valve body has a retaining portion that comes into contact with the valve body from the side opposite to the accommodating portion with reference to the mouth portion so as to prevent the body from detaching, and the valve body comes into contact with the retaining portion to cause the flow. The closing portion that closes the outlet, the urging portion that urges the closing portion toward the retaining portion, and the urging portion that is in contact with the retaining portion and that is more than a plane including the defining edge portion. It has a protruding portion having a shape that protrudes in the direction of action of the urging force of the portion, and the closing portion is provided from the retaining portion when the protruding portion is pressed against the urging force of the urging portion. By separating them, an outflow flow path is formed between the closing portion and the retaining portion so that the inside of the container communicates with the outlet and allows the passage of the chemical solution, and the coated surface is subjected to the action of the urging force. Provided is a chemical solution coating tool having a shape curved so as to be convex in the direction.

By connecting the chemical solution supply tool to the mouth of the container, the chemical solution is supplied to the coating surface through the outflow flow path and the outflow port when the protruding portion is pressed against the urging force of the urging portion. Therefore, insufficient supply of the chemical solution is avoided, and the coated surface is curved so as to be convex in the direction of action of the urging force, so that the coated surface is coated when the chemical solution is applied to the coated portion (skin, etc.). The irritation given to the part is reduced.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a chemical solution coating device and a chemical solution coating tool that can both avoid a shortage of chemical solution supply and reduce irritation to a portion to be coated.

The chemical solution coating tool 20 is a unit capable of switching between a state in which the inside of the container 10 is sealed and a state in which the chemical solution in the accommodating portion 12 can be applied to the outside of the container 10 in a state of being connected to the mouth portion 14. Specifically, the chemical solution coating tool 20 has a base 30 that can be connected to the mouth portion 14 and a valve body 40 that is held by the base 30.

The substrate 30 has a connected portion 32, a coating surface 34, and a retaining portion 36. In the present embodiment, the connected portion 32, the coating surface 34, and the retaining portion 36 are integrally molded. However, these may be formed of separate members.

The connected portion 32 is a portion that can be detachably connected to the mouth portion 14. The connected portion 32 has a cylindrical shape. The outer diameter of the connected portion 32 is set to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the mouth portion 14.

The coating surface 34 is a surface for applying the chemical solution to the portion to be coated (skin or the like). The coated surface 34 is connected to one end side (upper side in FIG. 2) of the connected portion 32. The coated surface 34 has a shape that is curved so as to be convex toward the outside (upper side of FIG. 2) of the container 10 in a state where the connected portion 32 is connected (press-fitted) to the mouth portion 14. An outlet 34a (see FIG. 4) for allowing the chemical solution to flow out is formed on the coating surface 34. In other words, the coated surface 34 has a demarcated edge 35 that defines the outlet 34a. In the present embodiment, the demarcated edge portion 35 is formed at a portion including the top of the coating surface 34.

The retaining portion 36 comes into contact with the valve body 40 from the side opposite to the accommodating portion 12 (upper side in FIG. 1) with reference to the mouth portion 14 so as to prevent the valve body 40 from coming off from the base 30. Specifically, the retaining portion 36 has a shape that contacts the valve body 40 over the entire circumferential direction centered on the central axis of the connected portion 32. The retaining portion 36 is formed inside the coating surface 34 (lower side in FIG. 1). The retaining portion 36 is formed in a shape (conical truncated cone shape) that is inclined so that the outer diameter of the retaining portion 36 becomes smaller toward the outside of the container 10. The upper end of the retaining portion 36 is connected to the defining edge portion 35. That is, the boundary between the coated surface 34 and the retaining portion 36 constitutes the demarcated edge portion 35.

In the present embodiment, a chemical liquid holding portion 38 capable of holding the chemical liquid flowing out from the outflow port 34a is formed on the outer edge portion of the coating surface 34. In the present embodiment, the substrate 30 has an overhanging portion 39 that projects laterally from the outer edge of the coating surface 34, and the boundary between the overhanging portion 39 and the coating surface 34 constitutes the chemical solution holding portion 38. ing. However, the configuration of the chemical solution holding portion 38 is not limited to this. For example, as the chemical solution holding portion 38, a groove capable of holding the chemical solution may be formed on the outer edge portion of the coating surface 34.

The valve body 40 can block the outlet 34a and allow the chemical solution to flow out to the coating surface 34 through the outlet 34a. Specifically, the valve body 40 has a held portion 42, a closing portion 44, an urging portion 46, and a protruding portion 48. The held portion 42, the closing portion 44, the urging portion 46, and the protruding portion 48 are integrally molded. However, these may be formed of separate members.

The held portion 42 is a portion held by the substrate 30. Specifically, the substrate 30 has an annular receiving portion 33 that projects inward in the radial direction of the connected portion 32 from the lower end portion of the connected portion 32, and the held portion 42 is the receiving portion 33. Is held in. The held portion 42 is formed in an annular shape.

The closing portion 44 closes the outflow port 34a by coming into contact with the retaining portion 36. The closing portion 44 has a shape that makes surface contact with the retaining portion 36. In the present embodiment, the closed portion 44 is formed in a truncated cone shape.

The urging portion 46 urges the closing portion 44 toward the retaining portion 36. The urging portion 46 connects the held portion 42 and the closing portion 44. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the urging portion 46 is composed of three spiral spring members. Due to the expansion and contraction of the urging portion 46, the closing portion 44 is displaced in a direction parallel to the acting direction of the urging force of the urging portion 46 (vertical direction in FIG. 2). In a state where the closing portion 44 is in contact with the retaining portion 36, the urging portion 46 is compressed more than its natural length. That is, the urging portion 46 constantly presses the closing portion 44 against the retaining portion 36, and FIG. 2 shows a state in which the inside of the container 10 is sealed by pressing the closing portion 44 against the retaining portion 36. .. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the closing portion 44 is separated from the retaining portion 36 when the protruding portion 48 is pressed against the urging force of the urging portion 46, so that the closing portion 44 and the retaining portion 44 are separated from each other. An outflow flow path S is formed between the container 10 and the container 10 so as to communicate with the outflow port 34a and allow the passage of the chemical solution.

The protruding portion 48 has a shape that protrudes from the closing portion 44 in the action direction of the urging force. More specifically, the projecting portion 48 has a shape that projects outward from the plane including the demarcated edge portion 35 in a state where the closing portion 44 is in contact with the retaining portion 36 (state in FIG. 2). A curved surface 49 is formed at the tip end portion (upper end portion in FIG. 2) of the protrusion 48 in the direction of action of the urging force of the urging portion 46. The curved surface 49 has a shape that is curved so as to be convex in the direction of action of the urging force. In the present embodiment, the outer edge of the curved surface 49 in a state where the closing portion 44 is in contact with the retaining portion 36 is located on a plane including the defining edge portion 35. That is, in the present embodiment, the boundary between the curved surface 49 and the closed portion 44 is located on the surface including the demarcated edge portion 35. In other words, the entire surface of the protrusion 48 constitutes the curved surface 49. However, the outer edge of the curved surface 49 may be located outside the plane including the demarcated edge portion 35. The radius of curvature of the curved surface 49 is set smaller than the radius of curvature of the coated surface 34.

Next, a method of using the chemical solution application device 1 will be described. Hereinafter, the case where the supplied portion is the skin, that is, the case where the drug solution is applied to the skin by using the drug solution application device 1 will be described.

First, the protruding portion 48 (curved surface 49) is pressed against the skin in a downward posture. At this time, the protrusion 48 is pressed against the urging force of the urging portion 46 until the top of the protrusion 48 is located on the plane including the defining edge 35 or slightly inward. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, an outflow flow path S is formed between the closing portion 44 and the retaining portion 36, so that the chemical solution in the container 10 is applied to the coating surface through the outflow flow path S and the outflow port 34a. It is supplied to 34. Here, when the area of the portion to be coated is larger than the area of the defined edge portion 35, the further pressing of the protruding portion 48 is restricted, that is, the expansion of the outflow flow path S is restricted, so that the chemical solution Oversupply is suppressed.

Then, by moving the chemical solution application device 1 as it is along the skin, the chemical solution is applied to a desired region of the skin.

As described above, in the chemical solution application device 1, when the protrusion 48 is pressed against the urging force of the urging portion 46, the chemical solution is supplied to the coating surface 34 through the outflow flow path S and the outflow port 34a. Therefore, insufficient supply of the chemical solution is avoided, and further, since the coating surface 34 is curved so as to be convex in the direction of action of the urging force, the coating surface is applied when the chemical solution is applied to the part to be coated (skin, etc.). The irritation that 34 gives to the part to be coated is reduced.

Further, in the present embodiment, since the surface of the protruding portion 48 constitutes the curved surface 49, that is, the shape is curved so that both the portions mainly in contact with the portion to be coated are convex in the acting direction of the urging force. Therefore, the irritation received by the coated portion when the chemical solution is applied to the coated portion is further reduced.

Further, since the outer edge of the curved surface 49 in the state where the closing portion 44 is in contact with the retaining portion 36 is located on a plane including the defining edge portion 35, the protrusion 48 is suppressed from being caught on the portion to be coated. Specifically, since the portion of the protruding portion 48 that protrudes outward from the demarcated edge portion 35 of the coating surface 34 constitutes the curved surface 49, the cover of the boundary between the coating surface 34 and the protruding portion 48 (curved surface 49) is covered. It is suppressed from getting caught in the coated part.

Further, since the chemical solution holding portion 38 capable of holding the chemical solution is formed on the coating surface 34, the dropping of the chemical solution from the coating surface 34 is suppressed.

It should be noted that the above-described embodiment disclosed this time is exemplary in all respects and is not considered to be restrictive. The scope of the present invention is shown by the scope of claims rather than the description of the above-described embodiment, and further includes all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the scope of claims.

For example, the radius of curvature of the curved surface 49 may be set to be the same as the radius of curvature of the coated surface 34. However, it is preferable that the radius of curvature of the curved surface 49 is set smaller than the radius of curvature of the coated surface 34 as in the above embodiment. In this way, the amount of protrusion of the protruding portion 48 (curved surface 49) from the demarcated edge 35 is larger than that of the case where the radius of curvature of the curved surface 49 is the same as that of the coated surface 34, so that the displacement of the protruding portion 48 is increased. The amount (pressing stroke), that is, the supply amount of the chemical solution can be secured.

Further, the tip portion of the protruding portion 48 may be a flat surface orthogonal to the acting direction of the urging force instead of the curved surface 49.

Further, FIGS. 5 and 6 show a modified example of the chemical solution coating tool 20 of the above embodiment. In the chemical solution coating tool 21, a plurality of (three in this example) outflow holes are formed on the coating surface 34 as outlets. The outflow holes are arranged at positions separated from the top of the coating surface 34 and intermittently arranged along the circumferential direction of the coating surface 34. Further, the projecting portion 48 has a plurality of projecting elements 48a having a shape of projecting outward from the coating surface in each outflow hole. In this embodiment, one of the protruding elements 48a is pressed against the urging force of the urging portion 46, so that the chemical solution is supplied to the coating surface 34 from the outflow hole corresponding to the protruding element 48a. Therefore, the restriction on the posture of the part to be coated when using the chemical solution application device is relaxed. In other words, the range of postures that can be taken with respect to the part to be coated when using the chemical application device is expanded.
