BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container with an application nozzle, which minimizes the adhesion, accumulation or outflow of the contents in the cover cap, and causes dripping to the area where the contents in the container are to be applied. It is intended to reliably discharge and supply without spot.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Containers filled with liquid contents such as bath detergent or scouring material are squeezed by the body trunk of the container to discharge the contents from the opening of the nozzle tip, or the contents are sucked in by trigger check. In general, it is jetted under pressure.
[0003]
By the way, in squeeze-type containers and trigger-type containers known so far, the contents are discharged over a wide range, so the contents are supplied in spots only in a certain area, for example, tile joints. If you need it, you're left with problems where you can't deal with it. In addition, since this type of container has a relatively wide space around the nozzle when the cap is installed, the contents attached to the nozzle during use can easily adhere and accumulate in the cap. If the contents accidentally flow out of the nozzle when the cap is attached, the contents will remain in the cap. There is a risk that objects will flow out and adhere to the body.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to propose a container with an application nozzle that can minimize the accumulation and outflow of the contents in the cap and discharge the contents in a spot without causing dripping.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a container body that is filled with contents, an application nozzle that is attached to the mouth portion of the container body and that discharges and supplies the contents in the container body by contact with the application surface of the tip, and the application nozzle. In a container consisting of a cover cap that is concealed and attached to the container body,
The application nozzle is elastically supported in a liquid-tight state by locally contacting the inside of the nozzle body portion with an annular nozzle body portion having an opening leading into the container body and having a tapered tip. With the valve body part that exposes its tip to the outside through the opening of
A plurality of protrusions arranged at intervals along the periphery of the opening are provided at the tip of the nozzle body portion, and the cover cap is suspended from the back surface of the top plate between the nozzle body portion and the valve body portion. A seal that surrounds the entire circumference of the valve body part, prevents liquid leakage by contacting the inner wall surface of the opening of the nozzle body part, and separates the opening by an extremely narrow space while maintaining a liquid-tight state by the valve body part It is a container with an application nozzle characterized by installing a ring.
[0006]
In the container having the above-described configuration, it is preferable that at least the tip of the nozzle body portion is formed of an elastomer body.
[0007]
Further, at least one passage connecting the inside and the outside of the container body can be formed in the contact area between the nozzle body portion and the valve body portion.
[0008]
As a material constituting the container, a material excluding a metal material, for example, a polyolefin-based resin such as polyethylene and polypropylene can be adopted. In particular, a nozzle body part and a valve body part elastically supported inside the nozzle body part Is preferably composed of low-density polyethylene. The contents are mainly acidic, mainly hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, malic acid, citric acid, etc., neutral, mainly surfactants, caustic, alkanolamine, carbonate, silicate, etc. Alkali-based cleaning compositions or oxygen-based, mainly composed of percarbonate, perborate, hydrogen peroxide, etc., chlorinated, thiourea dioxide mainly composed of hypochlorite, chlorinated cyanurate, etc. And a bleaching composition such as a reducing system mainly composed of hydrosulfite.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of a container with a coating nozzle according to the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a container body for filling the contents, and 2 denotes an application nozzle that is attached to the mouth portion 1a of the container body 1 and discharges and supplies the contents by contacting the tip of the container body 1 with the application surface.
[0010]
The application nozzle 2 includes a nozzle body portion 2a and a valve body portion 2b. Among these, the nozzle main body portion 2a has an opening h leading to the inside of the container main body 1 and has a tapered tip, and the valve body portion 2b is in a liquid-tight state by locally contacting inside the nozzle main body portion 2a. The tip of the nozzle body 2a is exposed to the outside through the opening h of the nozzle body 2a.
[0011]
A plurality of protrusions 2c are arranged at intervals along the opening h at the tip of the nozzle body portion 2a.
[0012]
Further, 3 is a passage connecting the inside and outside of the container body 1 formed by a narrow groove or elongated projection in the contact area between the nozzle body 2a and the valve body portion 2b, and 4 is formed integrally with the valve body portion 2b. An elastic member that can change the discharge amount depending on the degree of pressing, and a cover cap 5 that covers the application nozzle 2 and is detachably attached to the container body 1 by an engaging means such as screwing. The cover cap 5 surrounds the entire circumference of the valve body portion 2b between the nozzle body portion 2a and the valve body portion 2b, and contacts the inner wall surface of the opening of the nozzle body portion 2a to prevent liquid leakage. It has.
[0013]
FIG. 2 shows an external perspective view of the tip portion of the container with a coating nozzle shown in FIG.
[0014]
By providing the cover cap 5 with a seal ring 5a that contacts the inner wall surface of the nozzle body portion 2a, the opening h is separated by a very narrow space when the cover cap 5 is mounted. It is possible to minimize the accumulation of the contents adhering to the valve body portion 2b during the discharge, and even if the contents are discharged into the cover cap 5 due to an unexpected outflow, the discharge amount is kept to a minimum. Therefore, discomfort due to adhesion to the body when the cover cap 5 is removed and dirt on the inside of the cap 5 can be avoided.
[0015]
When the application nozzle 2 is brought into contact with the application surface as shown in FIG. 3 after the cover cap 5 is removed, the valve body portion 2b is pushed toward the inside of the container against the elastic force of the elastic member 4. At this time, the liquid-tight state is released, and the contents in the container are discharged through the opening h of the nozzle body portion 2a.
[0016]
Since the nozzle body portion 2a of the application nozzle 2 has a tapered tip, it is possible to apply the contents to the application surface or the corner portion in a spot manner. Since the contents are discharged from between the protrusions 2c at the tip, the contents are applied with a uniform thickness even when the application nozzle 2 is pressed against the application surface.
[0017]
The portion where the valve body portion 2b and the nozzle body portion 2a are in contact with each other is basically a region where a liquid-tight state is maintained, but a passage 3 is provided between them to introduce air into the container.
[0018]
When the container is of a squeeze type, the appearance of the container is always kept in a predetermined shape by introducing air from the passage 3.
[0019]
FIG. 4 shows an example in which a narrow groove for forming the passage 3 is provided in the valve body portion 2b, and FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b) show examples of the appearance of the container.
[0020]
About the external appearance shape of the processus | protrusion 2c, it can change suitably according to the kind of an application surface and the content.
[0021]
6 illustrates an example in which in the elastomeric body 2a 2 with excellent elastic deformability shape the external appearance of the coating nozzles 2 overlies the nozzle body portion 2a and the base 2a 1 to the base 2a 1. By disposing the elastomer body 2a 2 on the outer side of the base 2a 1 , it becomes possible to easily follow and cope with the shape of the application surface by its elastic deformation.
[0022]
In the container with an application nozzle according to the present invention, the valve body portion 2b can be elastically supported by an elastic member (spring) 4 formed integrally therewith, thereby reducing the number of parts. It becomes possible.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, when the cover cap is attached, the opening of the nozzle main body portion is separated by a very narrow space, so that the content deposited on the valve body portion during the discharge of the content is minimized. In addition, the amount of content that flows out when the cover cap is attached can be extremely reduced.
[0024]
Moreover, according to this invention, it can apply | coat reliably with a uniform thickness to a desired area | region, without producing the sagging of the contents in a container.
