Description

{COSMETIC CONTAINER}

This design is about cosmetic containers. More particularly, the present invention is directed to a cosmetic container in which a puffable spout is mounted in a spray container.

Sunblock is a functional cosmetic product that protects the skin by blocking ultraviolet rays. Such cosmetics, such as sunblocks, are typically used in such a way that the user floats the cosmetics with their fingers and spreads them on the skin. In this case, in the case of the line block, since it is not washed well with water, it is inconvenient to use a separate cleaning agent in order to wash the line block on the finger or the palm of the hand.

The foundation is also commonly applied by the user by puffing or handpicking the face. However, it is not easy to spread the foundation thinly to a certain thickness.

Accordingly, in the cosmetic container described in Korean Patent No. 0891636, a liquid cosmetic composition is sprayed by a spray method. Korean Patent Publication No. 2003-0039993 discloses a spray pump used in a cosmetic container. The spray pump is configured to be mounted to the injection port of the dressing container to spray the contents. But. These cosmetic containers can apply the cosmetic to the skin without being buried in the hands, but it is difficult to finely adjust the application area and the cosmetic may be buried to an unnecessary area, thus wasting cosmetic products.

On the other hand, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2013-0054292 discloses a spout including a puff formed with a stretchable and expandable band, a fixing surface for fixing the puff, and a spray nozzle inserting portion into which the spray nozzle is inserted, A spray device is disclosed.

However, in the prior art, there is a problem that the drying of the puff which is wet with the contents is not easy, and the can container under the spout is directly exposed, and the puff is difficult to exchange.

Meanwhile, in the case of the conventional spray type cosmetic container, there is a disadvantage in use because a mirror is not provided. In addition, there is a disadvantage in that the cosmetic is sprayed by a spraying method, the sprayed cosmetic is put in a separate puff, and the applied cosmetic is applied and thus the convenience of use is not ensured.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a cosmetic container having improved ease of use, such as facilitating the drying of the puff, improving the appearance of the container, and facilitating the removal of the spout or the replacement of the puff The purpose.

The present invention relates to a spray container for storing a cosmetic product and discharging the cosmetic product through an upper nozzle; An intermediate cover coupled to an upper portion of the spray container; And a spout which is coupled to the nozzle and moves the cosmetics discharged from the nozzle upward, and a concave grip groove is formed at an upper end of the intermediate cover.

In one embodiment, a rib is formed horizontally inside the intermediate cover to cover at least a part of the upper end of the spray container.

Further, an auxiliary lid connected to the rib and coupled to the upper end of the spray container may be further included.

In addition, the upper end of the intermediate cover is provided with a recessed recess to easily access the lower portion of the spout.

An upper cap may be coupled to an upper portion of the intermediate cover, and an air hole may be formed in the upper cap to ventilate the inner and outer portions.

A mirror may be attached to the bottom of the container, which is the bottom of the spray container.

Further, a cushion member may be provided on one side of the mirror, and the cushion member may be adhered to the bottom of the container.

Also, according to the present invention, the spout is coupled to a puff, and at least a portion of the top surface of the spout includes projected protrusions or roughened surfaces to prevent the puff from slipping on the top surface of the spout have.

According to the present invention, a rib is provided on the inner side of an intermediate cover that is coupled to an upper part of the spray container, thereby improving the appearance and enhancing the bonding force between the intermediate cover and the spray container.

Also, according to the present invention, a concave gripping groove is formed at the upper end of the intermediate cover, so that the user can easily separate the puff or spout with his / her finger.

According to the present invention, an air hole is provided in the cap portion so that the puff can be dried well when stored after use.

Also, according to the present invention, protrusions are formed or roughened on the upper surface of the spout on which the puff is mounted to prevent the puffs connected to the upper part of the spout from slipping on the upper surface of the spout.

According to the present invention, a mirror is attached to the bottom of the spray container to increase the usability.

In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted when it may make the subject matter of the present invention rather unclear. It will be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a cosmetic container according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a cosmetic container according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing a state in which the intermediate cover is coupled to the upper end of the spray container in the cosmetic container according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.

A cosmetic container 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a spray container 10, a middle cover 20 which is coupled to the top of the spray container 10, a nozzle 18 of the spray container 10, A spout 30 for discharging cosmetics contained in the spray container 10 to the upper surface of the spout 30 and a puff 40 for covering the upper surface of the spout 30, And a cap portion 50 for coupling.

The spray container 10 accommodates a cosmetic in which liquid or gas and liquid are mixed. The spray container 10 includes a container body 12 and a container top 14 formed on the top of the container body 12 and a nozzle 18 provided in the center of the container top 14. [ When the nozzle 18 is depressed, the cosmetics stored in the container body 12 are discharged through the nozzle 18. The interior of the cosmetic container 10 may be kept pressed to discharge the cosmetics stored therein through the nozzle 18. [

The container body 12 and the container top 14 can be connected with a step difference. A substantially circular nozzle connection portion 16 having a nozzle 18 at the center can be coupled to the top end 18 of the container to engage the nozzle 18 with the top end 14 of the container. An intermediate cover engaging groove 15 for engaging the intermediate cover 20 may be formed below the container top 14.

The intermediate cover 20 is coupled to the upper end of the spray container 10. The intermediate cover 20 may include a lower cover 22 coupled to the top end 14 of the spray container 10 and an upper cover 24 formed above the bottom cover 22. [ A fixing protrusion 23 is formed at the inner lower end of the lower cover 22 and the fixing protrusion 23 is engaged with the middle cover engaging groove 15 formed in the upper end 14 of the container, 14). In an embodiment, the upper cover 24 is formed to have a smaller outer diameter than the lower cover 22, so that the lower cover 22 can be connected to the upper cover 24 at a step.

In one embodiment, the intermediate cover 20 may be formed in a cylindrical shape. In this case, the outer diameter of the upper cover 24 is smaller than the outer diameter of the lower cover 22. It should be understood, however, that the shape of the intermediate cover 20 may be formed in correspondence with the shape of the spray container 10 in the practice of the present invention. That is, if the spray container 10 has a rectangular cross section, the intermediate cover 20 may be formed to have a rectangular tube structure.

On the other hand, the upper cover 24 of the intermediate cover 20 may be formed with a gripping groove 25 recessed downward. In order to facilitate separation of the spout 30, the user can insert a finger to grasp the lower end of the spout 30.

In the present invention, on the inner circumferential surface of the intermediate cover 20, a ring-shaped rib 26 formed in a plane perpendicular to the vertical direction of the intermediate cover 20 may be provided. The rib 26 may include a horizontal surface 26a and a vertical surface 26b formed downward from an inner end of the horizontal surface 26a. In addition, the rib 26 may be provided with an auxiliary lid 28. The auxiliary lid 28 may be in the shape of a ring having a curved cross section extending in the direction of the nozzle at the lower end of the vertical surface 26b of the rib 26. The auxiliary lid 28 may be in the shape of a circular cross- ) Of the nozzle connection portion (16) outside the nozzle connection portion (16). The ribs 26 and the auxiliary lid 28 can assist the binding force that the intermediate cover 20 is engaged with the container top 14. [ In addition, when the spout 30 is separated from the nozzle 18, it exposes the container top 14 to improve appearance.

The spout 30 includes a spout upper surface 36 forming a top surface and a nozzle insertion port 32 coupled to the nozzle 18. The nozzle insertion port 32 is formed with a discharge passage 34 communicated in the vertical direction. The cosmetics discharged from the nozzle 18 move to the upper surface 36 of the spout along the discharge flow path 34. A '+' shaped partition wall 39 may be provided on the upper side of the discharge flow path 34. The cosmetics discharged from the discharge flow path 34 may be sprayed in the lateral direction against the partition wall 39. [

The spout top surface 36 may be approximately spherical. In one embodiment, the spout upper surface 36 may be defined by a first surface 38a and a second surface 38b. The second surface 38b may be provided in a negative shape with respect to the first surface 38a. In addition, the second surface 38b may be formed radially from the outlet of the discharge passage 34, and the width may become wider from the discharge passage 34 toward the outside. As a result, the cosmetics discharged from the discharge flow path 34 can be guided along the second surface 38b. On the other hand, the first surface 38a may be formed as a smooth surface, but the surface may be formed with a projection or roughly processed. The puff 40 is coupled to the spout 30 so as to cover the spout upper surface 36. When the first surface 38a is formed with protrusions or rough surfaces, It is possible to prevent the puff 40 from slipping.

It is preferable that the spout 30 forms the height of the intermediate cover 30 so that the spout 30 protrudes above the upper cover 24 of the intermediate cover 30 in a state where the spout 30 is coupled to the nozzle 18. [

The puff 40 is a member that comes into direct contact with the skin, and is preferably configured to be wide enough to secure a predetermined application area. The puff 40 is coupled to the spout 30 to cover the spout 30 so that the diameter of the lower end of the puff 40 is less than the diameter of the body of the puff 40, It is possible to prevent the puff 40 from being detached. In addition, the puff 40 may be constructed of a stretchable material.

The cap portion 50 is configured to engage the middle cover 20 and cover the top of the puff 40. [ In one embodiment, the cap portion 50 may be coupled to the outer surface of the upper cover 24 of the intermediate cover 20.

In the present invention, at least one air hole (52) penetrating vertically is provided on the upper surface of the cap part (50). In use, cosmetics are applied to the puff 40. If the cap portion 50 seals the upper portion of the puff 40 during storage after use, the puff 40 is stored in an undried state. However, when the air hole 52 is formed in the cap portion 50, the puff 40 can be dried by ventilation.

3, a rib 26 is formed inside the intermediate cover 20 and an auxiliary lid 28 connected to the rib 26 by a connecting bar 29 is coupled to the container top 14 have. With this configuration, it is possible to firmly connect the intermediate cover 20 and the container top 14, and the appearance of the container improves.

4 is a perspective view showing a state in which the intermediate cover is coupled to the upper end of the spray container in the cosmetic container according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.

An intermediate cover 20 is coupled to an upper end of the spray container 10 and a spout 30 with a puff 40 is located inside the intermediate cover 20. The user can replace the puff 40 on the spout 30 as needed. In this case, the puff 40 can be separated from the spout 30 after the puff 40 is separated from the spout 30 directly or after the spout 30 itself is separated from the nozzle 18. 4, when the upper cover 24 is recessed at the upper end of the upper cover 24, the user can easily insert the finger into the lower side of the spout 30, and the puff 40 or the spout 30 ) Can be gripped with a finger.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a cosmetic container according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in which a mirror is attached to a lower portion of the container. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a cosmetic container according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 7 is a bottom perspective view of a cosmetic container according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

In the practice of the present invention, a mirror 60 may be provided on the bottom surface of the spray container 10 to confirm the application state of the cosmetic product.

The mirror 60 may be a mirror-polished metal mirror. Considering the risk of breakage and injury during use, the mirror 60 is preferably not glassy.

The mirror 60 is fixed to the concave container bottom 11 of the spray container 10 using an adhesive or the like. However, when simply attaching the mirror 60 to the container bottom 11, the contact surface is not sufficient, so that the mirror 60 can be separated from the container bottom 11. Accordingly, in the present invention, the mirror 60 can be attached to the container bottom 11 in a state where the cushion member 62 is provided on one side of the mirror 60. In one embodiment, the cushion member 62 may be made of silicone, urethane, natural rubber, synthetic resin, or the like.

8 is a view showing another state in which a mirror is attached to a lower portion of a container in a cosmetic container according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to Fig. 8, the shape of the cushion member 62 can be configured corresponding to the concave shape of the container bottom 11. In this case, the contact area between the cushion member 62 and the container bottom 11 is increased, and the mirror 60 can be more reliably adhered to the container bottom 11. The shape of the cushion member 62 may be a convex shape corresponding to the concave shape of the container bottom 11 but only a part of the outer shape of the cushion member 62 It is also possible to correspond to the shape. For example, although the cushion member 62 is shown in FIG. 8 as having a generally arc-shaped cross-section, only a part of both sides of the cushion member may be arc-shaped, and the upper surface may be flat.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made hereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims. will be.
