Description

The present invention relates to a chemical solution supply device for supplying a chemical solution.

Conventionally, a drug solution supply device for supplying a drug solution to a supplied portion such as skin has been known. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a chemical solution application device including a container for containing a chemical solution, a plug body connected to the container, an inner lid connected to the plug body, and a sponge. The stopper is connected (press-fitted) to the mouth of the container. An outlet for the drug solution is formed on the inner lid. The outflow portion of the inner lid that surrounds the outflow port is formed in a shape that is inclined so that the outflow port gradually becomes smaller from the inside of the container toward the outside. Further, a spring and a movable valve are connected to the plug body. The spring urges the movable valve from the inside of the inner lid toward the inner lid. The movable valve has a shoulder portion having a shape of surface contact with the outflow portion, and a protrusion portion protruding from the shoulder portion toward the outside of the container. The outer shape of the protrusion is set smaller than the outlet, and the protrusion has a shape that protrudes outward from the outer surface of the inner lid. The outer edge of the sponge is fixed to the outer edge of the inner lid. The sponge is maintained in a shape that bulges outward by being urged by the protrusions from the inside to the outside.

The application of the chemical solution to the skin using this chemical solution application device is performed, for example, as follows. First, the outer surface of the sponge is pressed against the skin with the outer surface facing downward. At this time, the protrusion is pressed toward the inside of the inner lid against the urging force of the spring, so that a gap is formed between the outflow portion and the shoulder portion, so that the chemical solution in the container can be discharged through the outlet. It flows out of the inner lid. This chemical is impregnated into a sponge. After that, the chemical application device is moved laterally along the skin as it is. As a result, the chemical solution held on the sponge is applied to the skin.

In a chemical solution supply device as described in Patent Document 1, dirt on the supplied portion (skin, etc.) adheres to the sponge, which may cause clogging of the sponge, resulting in a shortage of the chemical solution supply amount.

Therefore, it is conceivable not to use (remove) the sponge. However, if the sponge is simply removed, the amount of the chemical solution supplied becomes excessive. Specifically, since the sponge has a function of impregnating (holding) the chemical solution and a function of supplying a substantially fixed amount of the chemical solution to the supplied portion (skin, etc.), when the sponge is removed, the sponge flows out through the outlet. The entire amount of the chemical solution will be supplied to the supplied part at once. This becomes more remarkable as the pressing amount of the movable valve increases.

The drug solution supply device 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8.

As shown in FIG. 1, the drug solution supply device 1 includes a container 10, a drug solution supply tool 20, and a cap 70.

The container 10 has an accommodating portion 12 for accommodating a chemical solution (not shown) and a mouth portion 14 connected to the accommodating portion 12. The mouth portion 14 has a shape that opens in a specific direction (vertical direction in FIG. 1). A male screw portion 15 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 14.

The chemical solution supply tool 20 is a unit capable of switching between a state in which the inside of the container 10 is sealed and a state in which the chemical solution in the storage portion 12 can be supplied to the outside of the container 10 in a state of being connected to the mouth portion 14. Specifically, the chemical solution feeder 20 has a base 30 that can be connected to the mouth portion 14 and a feeder 50 that is held by the base 30.

The substrate 30 has a shape that allows the inside of the container 10 and the outside of the container 10 to communicate with each other while being connected to the mouth portion 14. The substrate 30 has a connected portion 32, a regulating portion 34, a retaining portion 40, and a pressing portion 42. In the present embodiment, the connected portion 32, the regulating portion 34, the retaining portion 40, and the pressing portion 42 are integrally molded. However, these may be formed of separate members.

The connected portion 32 has a cylindrical shape. The outer diameter of the connected portion 32 is set to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the mouth portion 14.

The retaining portion 40 is located on the outside of the container 10 when the connected portion 32 is connected (press-fitted) to the mouth portion 14. The retaining portion 40 comes into contact with the feeder 50 from the side opposite to the accommodating portion 12 (upper side in FIG. 1) with reference to the mouth portion 14 so as to prevent the feeder 50 from detaching from the substrate 30. Specifically, the retaining portion 40 has a shape that contacts the feeder 50 over the entire area in the circumferential direction centered on the central axis C of the connected portion 32.

The pressing portion 42 is connected to the inside of the connected portion 32, and presses the feeder 50 toward the retaining portion 40. The holding portion 44 can be displaced along the central axis C inside the connected portion 32 while holding the supply body 50. Specifically, the outer diameter of the holding portion 44 is smaller than the inner diameter of the connected portion 32. The holding portion 44 holds the feeder 50 so as to restrict the rotation of the feeder 50 around the central axis C parallel to the direction of action of the urging force of the urging portion 46 (upward in FIG. 1). In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the holding portion 44 is formed with a cross-shaped groove 45. By inserting the shaft portion 62 of the supply body 50, which will be described later, into the groove 45, the relative rotation of the supply body 50 with respect to the base 30 is restricted.

The urging portion 46 is a spiral spring member that connects the end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the connected portion 32 that is closer to the accommodating portion 12 (lower side in FIG. 1) and the holding portion 44. Due to the expansion and contraction of the urging portion 46, the holding portion 44, that is, the feeder 50 is displaced in a direction parallel to the acting direction of the urging force of the urging portion 46. As shown in FIG. 3, the urging portion 46 connects the connected portion 32 and the holding portion 44 so that the upper end surface of the holding portion 44 is located above the retaining portion 40 in its natural length. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, in the state where the feeder 50 is in contact with the retaining portion 40, the urging portion 46 is compressed more than the natural length. That is, the urging unit 46 constantly presses the feeder 50 against the retaining portion 40, and FIG. 1 shows a state in which the inside of the container 10 is sealed by pressing the feeder 50 against the retaining portion 40. ..

The regulating portion 34 is formed between the connected portion 32 and the retaining portion 40. When the feeder 50 is pressed against the pressing force of the pressing portion 42, the regulating unit 34 regulates the displacement of the feeder 50 by coming into contact with the feeder 50. The regulating portion 34 has an annular regulating surface 36 orthogonal to the central axis C of the connected portion 32, and an annular protrusion having a shape that protrudes outward from the regulating surface 36 and is annular and has a shape that makes line contact with the feeder 50. 38 and. The annular protrusion 38 may be omitted.

The feeder 50 is held by the substrate 30 and can block the container 10 and supply the chemical solution to the supplied portion (skin or the like). Specifically, the feeder 50 has a feeder main body 52 and a shaft portion 62. The feeder main body 52 and the shaft portion 62 are integrally molded.

The feeder main body 52 includes a supply surface 54 that supplies the chemical solution to the supplied portion, a plurality of bulging portions 56 (three in this embodiment), a contact portion 58 that abuts on the retaining portion 40, and a regulating portion 34. It has an opposing portion 60 that faces the surface.

The supply surface 54 has a shape curved so as to be convex toward the outside of the container 10.

Each bulging portion 56 has a shape that bulges outward from the supply surface 54. That is, the radius of curvature of each bulging portion 56 is set smaller than the radius of curvature of the supply surface 54. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, each bulging portion 56 is formed at a portion of the supply surface 54 that is separated from the center of the supply surface 54. In the present embodiment, the bulging portions 56 are arranged so as to be arranged at equal intervals around the center.

The contact portion 58 contacts the retaining portion 40 in the direction of action of the urging force (pressing force). The contact portion 58 is connected to the outer edge of the supply surface 54. The contact portion 58 is formed in a shape (conical cone shape) in which the outer diameter of the contact portion 58 gradually increases as the distance from the supply surface 54 increases. As shown in FIG. 7, the contact portion 58 forms a supply flow path S for the chemical solution to the outside of the container 10 between the supply body 50 and the retaining portion 40 by being separated from the retaining portion 40. In this state, the chemical solution can be supplied to the supplied portion. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, the contact portion 58 shuts off the supply flow path S by contacting (adhering) with the retaining portion 40. In this state, the inside of the container 10 is sealed.

The shaft portion 62 has a shape extending perpendicularly to the surface of the main body 52 of the feeder body 52 on the side opposite to the supply surface 54. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the shaft portion 62 has a central shaft 64 and a plurality of (four in this embodiment) side plates 66.

The central axis 64 is columnar. The central shaft 64 is set to an outer diameter that can be inserted into the groove 45 of the holding portion 44.

Each side plate 66 has a shape that projects outward from the central shaft 64 in the radial direction of the central shaft 64. The side plates 66 are arranged at intervals of 90 degrees along the circumferential direction of the central axis 64. Each side plate 66 is set to a thickness that allows it to be inserted into the groove 45. By inserting these side plates 66 into the groove 45, the relative rotation of the feeder 50 with respect to the substrate 30 around the central axis C is restricted. The term "regulation" here does not mean that the relative rotation of the feeder 50 with respect to the substrate 30 is not allowed at all, but the amount of displacement of the feeder 50 in the circumferential direction is within a preset allowable range. It means that the relative rotation is regulated so as to fit in.

The facing portion 60 is a portion facing the regulating portion 34 when the shaft portion 62 is inserted into the groove 45. The facing portion 60 is formed flat. As shown in FIG. 7, the facing portion 60 comes into contact with the annular projection 38 of the regulating portion 34 when the supply surface 54 to the bulging portion 56 is pressed against the urging force of the urging portion 46 (line). Contact. In this state, the outflow of the chemical solution to the outside of the container 10 is restricted.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the retaining portion 40 has a shape that allows the feeder 50 to be tilted so that the central axis A of the shaft portion 62 is tilted with respect to the central shaft C. Specifically, the retaining portion 40 is the central axis of the feeder 50 when a biased portion (for example, a bulging portion 56) separated from the central axis A in a direction orthogonal to the central axis A is pressed. The feeder 50 is attached to the base 30 until the facing portion 60 abuts on the annular protrusion 38 with the contact portion P between the portion of the feeder 50 located on the opposite side of the deviation portion and the retaining portion 40 as a fulcrum with reference to A. It has a shape that allows it to tilt.

The cap 70 is screwed into the mouth portion 14. Specifically, on the inner peripheral surface of the cap 70, a female screw portion 72 that is screwed into the male screw portion 15 formed in the mouth portion 14 is formed. Further, the cap 70 has an annular protruding portion 74 that seals the inside of the container 10 by abutting on the retaining portion 40.

Next, a method of using the chemical solution supply device 1 will be described. Hereinafter, the case where the supplied portion is the skin, that is, the case where the drug solution is applied to the skin by using the drug solution supply device 1 will be described.

First, the supply surface 54 is pressed against the skin in a posture in which the supply surface 54 faces downward. At this time, the feeder 50 is pressed against the urging force of the urging portion 46 until the opposing portion 60 comes into contact with the annular projection 38. As a result, as shown in FIG. 7, a supply flow path S is formed between the contact portion 58 and the retaining portion 40, so that the chemical solution in the container 10 is supplied to the outside of the container 10 through the supply flow path S. Will be done. On the other hand, since the inside of the container 10 is sealed by the contact between the annular protrusion 38 and the facing portion 60, the supply of the chemical solution beyond that is stopped.

Then, by moving the drug solution supply device 1 as it is along the skin, the drug solution is applied to a desired region of the skin.

As described above, in the chemical solution supply device 1, when the feeder 50 is pressed against the urging force of the urging portion 46, the chemical solution is supplied through the supply flow path S, so that the chemical solution supply is insufficient. Further, the displacement (pressing stroke) of the supply body 50 is regulated by the supply body 50 coming into contact with the regulation portion 34, so that the excessive supply of the chemical solution through the supply flow path S is suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to keep the supply amount of the chemical solution within a certain range.

Further, in the present embodiment, since the regulating portion 34 has an annular protrusion 38 that makes line contact with the facing portion 60, the outflow of the chemical solution is effectively regulated by the contacting the facing portion 60 with the annular protrusion 38. .. Therefore, the excessive supply of the chemical solution is more reliably suppressed.

Further, since the holding portion 44 holds the feeder 50 so as to restrict the rotation of the feeder 50 around the central axis C parallel to the acting direction of the urging force, the wear of the annular projection 38 is reduced. NS. For example, if the feeder 50 can rotate relative to the holding portion 44, the annular projection 38 when the feeder 50 rotates relative to the holding portion 44 while the feeder 50 is in contact with the annular projection 38. However, in the chemical solution supply device 1, the relative rotation of the feeder 50 with respect to the holding portion 44 is restricted, so that the wear of the annular protrusion 38 is reduced.

Further, since the retaining portion 40 has a shape that allows the supply body 50 to be tilted so that the central axis A of the shaft portion 62 is tilted with respect to the central shaft C, the deviation portion of the supply body 50 is said to be tilted. Is pressed, the supply flow path S is secured, whereby the chemical solution is smoothly supplied.

Further, since the relative rotation of the supply body 50 with respect to the holding portion 44 is regulated, the external force acting on the biased portion of the supply body 50 tends to act as a pressing force in the direction of tilting the supply body 50. Therefore, the feeder 50 is likely to be tilted, so that the supply amount of the chemical solution is effectively secured.

Further, since each bulging portion 56 is formed at a portion of the supply surface 54 that is separated from the center of the supply surface 54, the inclination of the supply body 50 is promoted when the bulging portion 56 is pressed. As a result, the supply flow path S is effectively formed.

(Second Embodiment)
Next, the chemical solution supply device 1 of the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 to 14. In this embodiment, only the parts different from those in the first embodiment will be described, and the description of the same structure, action, effect, etc. as in the first embodiment will be omitted.

In the present embodiment, the amount of swelling from the supply surface 54 of the bulging portion 56 is set to be larger than that of the first embodiment. Then, three reinforcing ribs are located on the back surface side (lower side of FIG. 11) of each bulging portion 56, more specifically, at a position overlapping each bulging portion 56 in a direction parallel to the acting direction of the pressing force. 61 is formed. Each bulging portion 56 is formed inside the annular projection 38 in the radial direction of the annular projection 38. This point is the same in the first embodiment.

Further, the length of the shaft portion 62 is set shorter than that of the first embodiment.

As shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, a chemical solution holding portion 48 for holding the chemical solution is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the retaining portion 40. The chemical holding portion 48 is recessed inward in the radial direction (horizontal direction in FIG. 11) of the retaining portion 40 from another portion on the outer peripheral surface of the retaining portion 40, and is continuously connected in the circumferential direction of the retaining portion 40. Has a shape. That is, the chemical solution holding unit 48 holds the chemical solution by utilizing the capillary phenomenon.

Further, in the present embodiment, the cap 70 is supplied so that the facing portion 60 of the feeder 50 comes into contact with the annular projection 38 of the regulating portion 34 in a state where the cap 70 is connected (screwed) to the mouth portion 14. It has a pressing surface 71 that presses the body 50. In other words, the bulging amount of each bulging portion 56 is set so that the facing portion 60 is pressed against the annular protrusion 38 when the cap 70 is connected to the mouth portion 14.

In the present embodiment, the protruding portion 74 has a function of regulating the pressing amount of the feeder 50 of the pressing surface 71 in a state where the cap 70 is connected to the mouth portion 14. That is, in the present embodiment, the protruding portion 74 functions as a "stopper". The upper surface of the retaining portion 40 corresponds to the receiving portion 41 that receives the stopper.

FIG. 12 shows the moment when the pressing surface 71 and each of the bulging portions 56 of the feeder 50 come into contact with each other in the process of connecting (screwing) the cap 70 to the mouth portion 14. As shown in FIG. 12, the distance D1 between the stopper (protruding portion 74) and the receiving portion 41 when the pressing surface 71 and each bulging portion 56 come into contact is determined by the pressing surface 71 and each bulging portion 56. It is larger than the distance D2 between the facing portion 60 and the annular protrusion 38 when they come into contact with each other. Further, from the contact portion (including point contact and surface contact) between the bulging portion 56 formed at the position closest to the central axis of the annular protrusion 38 and the pressing surface 71 among the bulging portions 56 to the annular protrusion 38. The distance D3 in the radial direction of the annular protrusion 38 is the distance D1 between the stopper and the receiving portion 41 when the bulging portion 56 and the pressing surface 71 come into contact with each other, and the distance D2 between the facing portion 60 and the annular protrusion 38. The difference is preferably 0.1 times or more and 180 times or less, and more preferably 0.1 times or more and 90 times or less.

In this embodiment, the substrate 30 is made of polyacetal resin (POM). As a result, plastic deformation (decrease in urging force) of the urging portion 46 is suppressed. The feeder 50 may also be made of a polyacetal resin. However, the feeder 50 is preferably formed of a resin material having a hardness lower than that of the polyacetal resin constituting the substrate 30. In the present embodiment, since the rib 61 is provided on the back surface side of each bulging portion 56, the occurrence of sink marks on each bulging portion 56 when the feeder 50 is molded by the resin is suppressed. Further, since each rib 61 is provided on the back surface side of each bulging portion 56, the bulging portion 56 and the pressing surface 71 are provided as compared with the case where each rib 61 is provided so as to be displaced from each bulging portion 56. Since the deformation of the supply surface 54 when the pressing force due to the contact acts on the bulging portion 56 is effectively suppressed, the supply surface 54 is suppressed from being damaged (cracked or the like).

As described above, in the chemical solution supply device 1 of the present embodiment, since the chemical solution holding portion 48 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the retaining portion 40, even if the chemical solution leaks out of the feeder 50, the chemical solution is released. It is held by the chemical holding portion 48. Therefore, it is suppressed that the chemical solution leaked to the outside of the feeder 50 reaches the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating portion 10.

Further, since the chemical liquid holding portion 48 has a shape of being recessed inward in the radial direction of the retaining portion 40 from another portion of the outer peripheral surface of the retaining portion 40 and continuously connected in the circumferential direction of the retaining portion 40, it is supplied. The chemical solution leaked to the outside of the body 50 is effectively held in the chemical solution holding portion 48 by the capillary phenomenon.

It should be noted that the above-described embodiment disclosed this time is merely an example in all respects and is not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is shown by the scope of claims rather than the description of the above-described embodiment, and further includes all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the scope of claims.

For example, if the relative rotation of the feeder 50 with respect to the base 30 around the central axis is restricted, the shape of the groove 45 of the holding portion 44 and the shape of the shaft portion 62 are not limited to the above examples.

Further, FIG. 9 shows a first modification of the chemical solution feeder 20 of the above embodiment. In the chemical solution supply tool 21, a resistance generating portion 57A is formed on the supply surface 54. The resistance generating portion 57A makes the frictional resistance between the resistance generating portion 57A and the supplied portion larger than the frictional resistance between the supply surface 54 and the supplied portion. In this example, the resistance generating portion 57A is composed of a plurality of cylinders arranged concentrically around the central axis A. In this aspect, the frictional resistance between the resistance generating portion 57A and the supplied portion when the chemical solution supplying device is moved along the supplied portion from the state where the feeder 50 is pressed against the supplied portion (skin) is generated. Since it is larger than the frictional resistance between the supply surface 54 and the supplied portion, the supply body 50 is likely to be inclined with respect to the substrate 30. Therefore, the supply flow path S is effectively formed. Further, the resistance generating portion 57A also has a function of holding a chemical solution between the cylinders and a function of relieving itching of the skin by stimulating the skin.

Further, FIG. 10 shows a second modification of the chemical solution feeder 20 of the above embodiment. Also in this chemical solution supply tool 22, a resistance generating portion 57B is provided on the supply surface 54. In this example, the resistance generating portion 57B is composed of a plurality of small protrusions, each of which protrudes from the supply surface 54. Also in this aspect, the same effect as that of the chemical solution supply tool 21 shown in FIG. 9 can be obtained.

The embodiments described above include inventions having the following configurations.

The chemical solution supply device of the above embodiment includes a container capable of accommodating a chemical solution, a container connected to the accommodating portion and having a mouth portion that opens in a specific direction, and a mouth portion that is connectable to the mouth portion and has the mouth portion. The chemical solution supply tool includes a chemical solution supply tool that can switch between a state in which the inside of the container is sealed and a state in which the chemical solution in the storage portion can be supplied to the outside of the container in a state of being connected to the container. A substrate that can be connected to the mouth and has a shape that allows the inside of the container and the outside of the container to communicate with each other, and the chemical solution that is held by the substrate and that closes the inside of the container and to the supplied portion. The substrate has a feeder capable of supplying the substrate, and the substrate comes into contact with the feeder from the side opposite to the housing portion with reference to the mouth portion so as to prevent the feeder from detaching from the substrate. A portion, a pressing portion that pushes the feeder toward the retaining portion so that the inside of the container is closed, and a feeder that is pressed against the pressing force of the pressing portion. The container has a regulating portion that regulates the displacement of the feeder by abutting with the container, and the feeder is separated from the retaining portion so that the container of the chemical solution is placed between the feeder and the retaining portion. The supply flow path to the outside is formed, and the supply flow path is shut off by contacting with the retaining portion.

In this drug solution supply device, when the feeder is pressed against the pressing force of the pressing part, the drug solution is supplied through the supply flow path, so that the supply shortage of the drug solution is avoided, and the feeder is placed in the regulation section. Since the displacement (pressing stroke) of the feeder is regulated by the contact, the excessive supply of the chemical solution through the supply flow path is suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to keep the supply amount of the chemical solution within a certain range.

Further, in the chemical solution supply device, the restricting portion has an annular regulation surface orthogonal to the direction of action of the pressing force, and a shape that protrudes outward from the regulation surface and is annular and in line contact with the feeder. It is preferable to have an annular protrusion having.

In this way, the outflow of the chemical solution is effectively regulated by the contact of the feeder with the annular projection, so that the excessive supply of the chemical solution is more reliably suppressed.

In this case, it is preferable that the pressing portion has a holding portion that holds the feeder so as to restrict the rotation of the feeder around a central axis parallel to the direction of action of the pressing force.

In this way, the wear of the annular protrusion is reduced. For example, if the feeder can rotate relative to the holding portion, the annular projection wears when the feeder rotates relative to the holding portion while the feeder is in contact with the annular projection. In the chemical supply device, the relative rotation of the feeder with respect to the holding portion is restricted, so that the wear of the annular protrusion is reduced. The term "regulation" here does not mean that the relative rotation of the feeder with respect to the holding portion is not allowed at all, but the amount of displacement of the feeder in the circumferential direction falls within a preset allowable range. It means that the relative rotation is regulated as described above.

Further, in the chemical solution supply device, when the detent portion of the feeder is pressed from the central axis parallel to the action direction of the pressing force in the direction orthogonal to the central axis, the retaining portion is pressed. With the central axis as a reference, the supply body stays on the substrate until the supply body comes into contact with the regulation portion with the contact point between the portion of the supply body located on the opposite side of the deviation portion and the retaining portion as a fulcrum. It is preferable to have a shape that allows it to tilt with respect to.

In this way, the chemical solution is smoothly supplied even when the eccentric portion of the feeder is pressed. Specifically, the retaining portion allows the feeder to tilt with respect to the substrate when the deviation portion is pressed, with the contact point between the feeder and the retaining portion as a fulcrum until the feeder abuts on the regulating portion. Since it has a shape that allows it to be supplied, a supply flow path is secured.

Further, in the chemical solution supply device, the feeder is formed on a supply surface that can come into contact with the supplied portion and a portion of the supply surface around a central axis that is parallel to the direction of action of the pressing force. It is preferable to have at least one bulging portion having a shape that bulges outward from the supply surface.

By doing so, the inclination of the feeder is promoted when the bulging portion is pressed, so that the supply flow path is effectively formed.

Further, in the chemical solution supply device, it is preferable that a chemical solution holding portion for holding the chemical solution is formed on at least one of the outer peripheral surface of the retaining portion and the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion.

In this way, even if the chemical solution leaks out of the supply body, the chemical solution is held in the chemical solution holding portion. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the chemical solution leaking from the supply body from reaching the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating portion.

Specifically, the chemical liquid holding portion is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the retaining portion, and the chemical liquid holding portion is recessed inward in the radial direction of the retaining portion from another portion of the outer peripheral surface of the retaining portion. In addition, it is preferable to have a shape that is continuously connected in the circumferential direction of the retaining portion.

By doing so, the chemical solution leaked to the outside of the supply body is more reliably held in the chemical solution holding portion, so that the chemical solution is more reliably suppressed from reaching the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating portion.

Further, the chemical solution supply device of the above embodiment can be connected to the mouth portion of a container which is connected to the accommodating portion capable of accommodating the chemical liquid and the accommodating portion and has a mouth portion which opens in a specific direction, and the mouth portion. It is a chemical liquid supply tool that can switch between a state in which the inside of the container is sealed and a state in which the chemical liquid in the storage portion can be supplied to the outside of the container in a state of being connected to the portion, and can be connected to the mouth portion. A substrate having a shape that allows the inside of the container and the outside of the container to communicate with each other, and a feeder that is held by the substrate and that can block the inside of the container and supply the chemical solution to the supplied portion. The base is provided with a retaining portion that comes into contact with the feeder from the side opposite to the accommodating portion with reference to the mouth portion so as to prevent the feeder from detaching from the base, and the inside of the container. The supply is provided by contacting a pressing portion that pushes the supply body toward the retaining portion so as to be closed and the supply body when the supply body is pressed against the pressing force of the pressing portion. It has a regulating portion that regulates the displacement of the body, and the feeder is separated from the retaining portion to provide a flow path for supplying the chemical solution to the outside of the container between the feeder and the retaining portion. At the same time as forming, the supply flow path is shut off by contacting with the retaining portion.

By connecting the chemical solution supply tool to the mouth of the container, the chemical solution is supplied through the supply flow path when the feeder is pressed against the pressing force of the pressing portion, so that the chemical solution supply is insufficient. This is avoided, and further, the displacement (pressing stroke) of the feeder is regulated by the feeder coming into contact with the regulating portion, so that the excessive supply of the chemical solution through the supply flow path is suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to keep the supply amount of the chemical solution within a certain range.
