持筒6から起立するコイルスプリング18上端に付設した
横板部19を圧接させて吐出弁22を形成したから、該吐出
弁はその横板部から注出口14を通って起立する栓棒上端
の大径部21を押下げない限り開弁しないこととなり、よ
って容器体を持つ手の温度で容器体内空気が膨張して液
面を加圧し、該加圧で容器体内液体が計量室側へ流入し
ようとしても、該流入液体は計量室側の空気圧を高める
こととなるためその流入は不能となり、従って従来のよ
うに計量液体が上記容器体内の空気膨張で増加すること
がない。更に上記横板部19から注出口14を通って起立す
る栓棒20上端に大径部21を付設し、該大径部押下げ時に
その大径部21下面がノズル上端面を閉塞するよう設けた
から、かつ栓棒外面と注出口周縁との間には流路23を有
するから、該流路は上記吐出弁22と大径部21とによっ
て、栓棒20が上下動する中間位置でだけ開くこととな
り、よってその流路開口時間の調整が極めて容易とな
り、上記のように容器体内空気が高圧化しても、そのた
め塗布液が出過ぎることを防止することが出来る。
