面を加圧しても、この程度の加圧で収納液体が計量室内
へ入るようなこと、つまり計量が過多となることがな
く、更にフランジ29と頂板33との間に液溜め室37を設け
たから、容器を倒立させ、頂板33を被塗布面へ押圧する
ことで逆止弁が開いても該弁を通過した塗布液は小透孔
32の穿設により外気と同圧の液溜め室内へ入った後、そ
の小透孔32を通って塗布されることとなり、よって上記
のように容器体内空気が高圧化した状態で逆止弁を開い
ても、上記小透孔から塗布液が噴出するようなことがな
い。
