Description
[成形品]
図1は、第1実施形態に係る成形品1の外観図である。図2は、図1の光透過部1bの正面図である。図3は、図1の光透過部1bの断面図である。図1に示す成形品1は、一例として、自動車のダッシュボードに用いられる部品である。成形品1は、一例として樹脂成形品である。本実施形態では、成形品1は、金型を用いて形状を形成した樹脂製品である。また成形品1は、剛体として構成されている。
図4は、図1の成形品1の製造フロー図である。図5の(a)〜(c)は、図1の成形品1の製造方法を示す図である。図5では、成形品1の光透過部1bを製造する様子を図示している。
以下、原型20が有するコート層22について詳細に説明する。コート層22の基材層23とは反対側の表面(原型20の表面22a)は、一例として、成形品1の光透過部1bの表面と同様のアンチグレア特性を有する。またコート層22は、基材層23を保護するハードコート(HC)層としても機能する。
図6は、第1実施形態の変形例に係る原型120のコート層122を示す図である。原型120は、一例としてフィルム部材である。図6は、原型120のコート層122を部分的に図示している。図6に示すように、コート層122は、マトリクス樹脂123と、マトリクス樹脂123中に分散された複数の微粒子124とを含む。
図7は、ギラツキ検査機10の概略図である。ギラツキ検査機10は、光透過部1bの表面のギラツキを評価する装置である。図7では、成形品1の光透過部1bを含む部分を切り出して配置した様子を模式的に図示されている。
次に、ギラツキ検査機10を用いた光透過部1bの表面のギラツキ評価方法について説明する。この方法では、便宜上、表示装置16の表示部を予め一色(一例として緑色)に均一発光させて表示させる。
図8は、第2実施形態に係る成形品の製造フロー図である。図9の(a)〜(c)は、第2実施形態に係る成形品の製造方法を示す図である。図8に示すように、第2実施形態の成形品の製造方法は、被着ステップS11、硬化ステップS12、及び取出しステップS13を有する。
図10は、第3実施形態に係る成形品21の外観図である。図10に示すように、成形品21は、自動車のドアの内側部品(サイドパネル)である。成形品21は、光透過部21bを有する。光透過部21bには、表示装置の表示部が重ねて配置されている。この表示部は、自動車の車幅方向外側の後方を映すモニターとして機能する。即ち表示部は、従来のバックミラーに代わるものである。
図11は、第4実施形態に係る成形品31の外観図である。図11に示すように、成形品31は、家電製品の部品(一例として冷蔵庫のドア)であり、その一部領域に配置された光透過部31bを備える。この成形品31の内部には、表示装置が配置されている。光透過部31bには、表示装置の表示部が重ねて配置されている。

Claims (8)
- 表面に凹凸が形成されていることにより前記表面がアンチグレア特性を有する原型の前記表面を型取りして母型を形成する型取りステップと、
前記母型を金型の内部に配置し、基材層と、前記基材層の一方の面に重ねられた未硬化材料とを、前記未硬化材料を前記母型の表面に被着させるように配置した状態で、前記金型の内部に熱可塑性樹脂を射出して前記未硬化材料と一体的に前記熱可塑性樹脂を成形する被着ステップと、
前記未硬化材料を硬化させ、一方の表面に前記母型の凹凸が転写されて表面がアンチグレア特性を有する光透過部と、前記光透過部の前記表面を囲むように前記光透過部と隣接して配置され且つ着色された枠状部とを、前記光透過部の前記表面と前記枠状部の表面とを滑らかに連続させるように形成する硬化ステップと、を有する、樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 前記被着ステップでは、前記金型の内部に、前記基材層と、前記基材層の一方の面に重ねられて前記未硬化材料を含むコート層とを有し且つ前記母型とは別体である積層部材を、前記コート層を前記母型の前記表面に被着させるように前記母型に重ねて配置し、前記積層部材の前記母型側とは反対側から前記熱可塑性樹脂を射出して前記熱可塑性樹脂を成形する、請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 表面に凹凸が形成されていることで前記表面がアンチグレア特性を有する原型の前記表面を型取りすることにより母型を形成する型取りステップと、
前記母型の表面に、未硬化材料を被着させる被着ステップと、
前記母型の前記表面に被着した前記未硬化材料を硬化させることにより、表面に前記母型の前記表面の形状が転写された光透過部を備える樹脂成形品を形成する硬化ステップと、を有し、
前記被着ステップでは、前記母型を金型の内部に配置し、基材層と、前記基材層の一方の面に重ねられて前記未硬化材料を含むコート層とを有し且つ前記母型とは別体である積層部材を、前記コート層を前記母型の前記表面に被着させるように前記母型に重ねて配置することで、前記母型の前記表面に前記未硬化材料を被着させた状態で、前記金型の内部に前記積層部材の前記母型側とは反対側から熱可塑性樹脂を射出して前記積層部材と一体的に前記熱可塑性樹脂を成形し、
前記硬化ステップでは、前記積層部材と前記熱可塑性樹脂とにより前記光透過部を形成する、樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 前記原型として、一方の面にアンチグレア特性を有するフィルム部材を用いる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 複数の樹脂成分を含み、前記複数の樹脂成分の相分離により形成された共連続相構造を有する前記フィルム部材を用いる、請求項4に記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- マトリクス樹脂と、マトリクス樹脂中に分散された複数の微粒子とを含む前記フィルム部材を用いる、請求項4に記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記未硬化材料は、熱硬化性樹脂材料を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記未硬化材料は、光硬化性樹脂材料を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
