Description
The present invention relates to an easily peelable label, and more particularly to an easily peelable label having improved curl of a peeling slip or the like peeled off as a delivery confirmation / receipt.
Recently, with the development of Internet shopping and home shopping, purchasers often receive products by courier service. Not only the products purchased in this way, but also the products purchased at department stores and general stores are often outsourced to a courier company and delivered to the purchaser. Such goods are delivered from one company to another, from a company to an individual, and from an individual to another. At this time, an invoice label for courier service for recording delivery information is affixed to the packaging of the product.
Such a courier invoice label generally contains a description of the sender and a record of the recipient's address, name and product name, standard, quantity, etc., and is peeled off as a receipt confirmation that the recipient has received it. The label will be collected by the shipping company. Similar records show that residual labels after peeling may remain on the packaging of the product, but in some formats these days they do not.
The structure of such a delivery label for courier is generally a heat-sensitive paper layer capable of printing on the front surface, an adhesive layer coated with a general acrylic solvent-type adhesive on the back surface of the heat-sensitive paper, and adhesive. It consists of a release paper layer that is affixed to the layer and whose surface is silicone coated. The thermal paper is printed by heat, and the release paper layer consists of a silicone layer and glassin paper. The sender, recipient, product type, cost, final transfer location, and acceptance confirmation after acceptance are recorded on the surface of the thermal paper. The part for is printed by heat. The thermal paper layer is generally composed of a collection label for the sender and a residual label for the recipient.
However, with conventional invoice labels for courier services, when the collection label is peeled off from the adhesive layer, the adhesive layer may remain sticky on the back surface or the surface of the residual label, which may cause stains. It may be inconvenient to manage.
As the release paper base paper, a release paper base paper in which a polyethylene laminate layer and a release agent layer are provided on the front surface of the base paper and a wax emulsion, a styrene-acrylic copolymer ammonium salt, a styrene-butadiene latex, etc. are coated on the back surface of the release paper base paper is used. It is disclosed that it has excellent curl resistance (Patent Document 1).
In addition, in a delivery slip in which a resin layer is provided on the back surface of a paper base material, an adhesive portion and a pseudo-adhesive portion are provided in these two layers, a notch is provided at the boundary line, and the pseudo-adhesive portion is peeled off and used as a receipt slip. It is disclosed (Patent Document 2).
However, the release paper base paper of Cited Document 1 improves the curl phenomenon caused by water absorption from the back surface when the base paper is allowed to stand, and does not improve the curl phenomenon after peeling.
Further, in Cited Document 2, the pseudo-adhesive portion is peeled off to obtain a receipt slip, and the curl phenomenon of the receipt slip after peeling is not improved.
The present invention solves the above problems, and is not limited to the delivery label, but when the label is peeled from the base layer as an easily peelable label, the label on which the information is written by printing or the like is curled after peeling and the information is displayed. It solves the problems of being difficult to read and becoming bulky, causing inconvenience in management.
As a result of diligent research to solve the above problems, the present inventors have separated a group by mixing a high-adhesive portion and a non-adhesive or weak-adhesive portion between the base material layer and the resin layer. We have found that the curl of the material layer can be improved, and have completed the present invention.

The easily peelable label of the present invention is an easily peelable label composed of a base material layer and a resin layer, and includes a strong adhesive portion and a non-adhesive or weak adhesive portion of the adhesive strength between the base material layer and the resin layer. Is characterized by being mixed.
Examples of the base material layer include paper having printability and writability, synthetic resin, and the like, and thermal paper and inkjet paper are particularly preferable.
Thermal paper is a printing paper that has been processed so that it develops a color such as black in response to heat. It is easy to print and is widely used. In the present invention, ordinary commercially available thermal paper such as Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd., Oji Paper Co., Ltd., and Mitsubishi Paper Mills Limited can be used. Typical thermal papers include FI paper manufactured by Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd. and DL82AS manufactured by Oji Paper Co., Ltd.
Ink jet paper is surface-processed so that ink jet printing is easy, ink is easily applied to the surface so that the color of the ink is good, ink absorption is good, and drying is quick. Those that are widely sold to the general public can be used.
Examples of the resin layer include polyolefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polystyrene resins, polyester resins, polyamide resins and the like, and polyethylene resins are particularly preferable.
The polyethylene resin used for the resin layer enhances the adhesion to the adhesive applied to kraft paper used as wrapping paper, enables the thermal paper to be peeled off when the delivered product arrives, and is printed on the surface. The described thermal paper part is used as a receipt. As the polyethylene resin, ordinary general commercially available resins such as high-density polyethylene, medium-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, ultra-low-density polyethylene, and other modified polyethylene can be used. Medium-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, and ultra-low-density polyethylene are preferable in terms of adhesion to the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive and peelability of thermal paper or ink jet paper.
Lamination of the resin layer and the base material layer is not particularly limited, but extrusion lamination by melt extrusion of the resin is convenient. Among the resins, medium-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, ultra-low-density polyethylene, modified polyethylene, and the like have good laminating workability. Those with strong adhesiveness at room temperature, such as modified polyethylene, have difficulty in laminating workability and handling of processed products. The thickness of the resin layer is preferably 15 to 25 μm.
There are several methods for mixing the strong adhesive portion and the non-adhesive or weak adhesive portion of the adhesive strength between the base material layer and the resin layer.
As a typical method, the resin is melt-extruded from a T-die extruder while the roll-shaped base material is drawn out from the roll, and the resin is subjected to melt extrusion on the back surface of the base material (for example, in the case of thermal paper, the heat-sensitive color-developing surface). It is laminated on the opposite side). At that time, the melted film-like resin is brought into contact with the base material and pressed by a crimping roll. On one or both of the crimping rolls, an uneven surface is formed to provide a difference in crimping strength, and this is cooled. A roll-shaped product is mixed with a strong adhesive portion having an adhesive strength and a non-adhesive or weak adhesive portion. The portion of the roll surface that corresponds to the convex portion is a strongly bonded portion, and the portion that corresponds to the concave portion is a non-adhesive or weakly bonded portion.
In addition, there is a method in which an adhesive auxiliary agent or a weak adhesive is dispersed and partially applied.
The method of using a roll having an uneven pattern on the surface is convenient because the area ratio of the convex portion and the concave portion of the roll surface can be easily controlled.
The adhesive strength is controlled by the resin temperature inside the resin extruder, the die temperature, the crimping strength of the crimping roll that sandwiches the base material layer and the resin layer after the T-die extruder, and the height difference of the uneven portion of the roll. Can be adjusted.
It is preferable that the adhesive strength of the strongly bonded portion between the base material layer and the resin layer is 0.1 to 0.3 N / 50 mm from the viewpoint of suppressing curl after peeling of the base material layer.
On the other hand, the adhesive strength of the non-adhesive or weakly adhered portion between the base material layer and the resin layer is preferably 0 to 0.1 N / 50 mm from the viewpoint of suppressing curl after peeling of the base material layer.
Although the ranges of strong adhesive strength and non-adhesive or weak adhesive strength overlap at 0.1 N / 50 mm, they are selected so as to have strong adhesive strength and non-adhesive or weak adhesive strength within these ranges.
The adhesive strength is measured by JIS K6854-1977 "Adhesive peeling adhesive strength test method", but by the 180 degree peeling method which is measured with some modifications as follows. The surface of the base material layer of the 50 × 150 mm strip-shaped sample is fixed with kraft paper, and the measurement is performed at a peeling rate of 300 mm / min.
The ratio of the strongly bonded portion to the non-bonded or weakly bonded portion is preferably 30:70 to 60:40.
An adhesive layer can be provided on the opposite side of the resin layer from the base material layer in order to leave the easily peelable label on the adherend such as a packaging material. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be applied using a normal pressure-sensitive adhesive or can be provided by extrusion laminating coating. As the adhesive, a rubber adhesive, an acrylic adhesive, a silicone adhesive, a urethane adhesive, or the like can be used, but the rubber adhesive is preferable because the adhesive strength is stable and the selectivity of the target adherend is low. In addition, the acrylic type has excellent heat resistance and weather resistance. However, the adherend has some selectivity. Commercially available adhesives can be used for both.
The easily peelable label of the present invention is used for courier services and the like. It is used on the surface of packaging materials such as wrapping paper that is printed on the surface of labels such as delivery destinations (recipients) and wraps products. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is convenient for attaching the label of the present invention to the surface of the packaging material. Therefore, in this case, the delivery person can peel off the base material layer of the easily peelable label at the time of delivery and use it as a confirmation certificate of delivery confirmation, and a part of it can be left in the packaging material of the recipient. In this case, the adhesive strength of the adhesive to the adherend is such that when the adhesive is peeled off and collected as a delivery confirmation, the residual label remains on the adherend (wrapping paper), so that the base material of the easily peelable label can be used. It is preferably higher than the adhesive strength of the layer to the resin layer.
The easily peelable label of the present invention may further contain a base material layer, a resin layer, etc., if necessary, in addition to the base material layer and the resin layer, and a release layer is laminated on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. When affixed to the packaging material, the release layer can be peeled off and the adhesive layer can be exposed and affixed.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be further described with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to any examples.
Easy-to-peel label creation:
A polyethylene resin was laminated on a roll-shaped thermal paper by a melt extrusion method, and pressed by a pressure-bonding roll having irregularities to prepare a roll-shaped easily peelable label.
Adhesive strength measurement:
A rubber roll with a checkered pattern of 1.0 cm x 1.0 cm square, a part of which is 10 cm wide and has a groove with a depth of 600 μm in the flow direction, and the non-adhesive or weak adhesive strength is measured from the part that hits the concave surface. A sample was cut out, and a sample for measuring the strong adhesive strength was cut out from the portion corresponding to the convex portion.
Label curl rating:
An adhesive is applied to the surface of kraft paper, which corresponds to wrapping paper, and an easily peelable label (laminated with polyethylene resin on thermal paper) cut into 50 mm x 150 mm is crimped, and then the laminated polyethylene resin layer is combined with the adhesive layer. Only the thermal paper on the surface was peeled off by hand, leaving it on the surface of the kraft paper. The peeling speed was such that a normal delivery person peeled the label. The environmental temperature was 25 ° C. and the relative humidity was about 45%.
The degree of warpage of the thermal paper after peeling was determined by placing the label containing only the thermal paper after peeling on a horizontal wooden table. When viewed from the side, the peeled label became circular or oval, and was judged by the height from the table surface at the highest part of the circular or oval observed on the side. It was judged that the higher the height, the better the curl.
Examples 1-5
Low-density polyethylene NUC-8009 manufactured by Nippon Unicar Co., Ltd. is extruded into a roll-shaped thermal paper DL82AS (label: 40 g or 60 g, width: 400 mm) manufactured by Daio Paper Corporation at a die temperature of 280 ° C. and a thickness of 18 μm, and 1.0 cm × 1 A roll-shaped easy-to-peel label shown in Table 1 was prepared by sandwiching it with a rubber crimping roll (recess depth 600 μm) having a 0.0 cm square unevenness. A 50 mm × 150 mm label was cut out from this roll-shaped label in the central portion parallel to the flow direction to prepare a sample label. The degree of curling of this sample label was measured by the above-mentioned evaluation method for curl improvement. The results were as shown in Table 1.
The curl evaluation method is an evaluation under stricter conditions than when the delivery person actually peels the label, and when the delivery person peels the label under the condition of peeling the label, it is almost flat (substantially no curl). )Met.
Comparative Example 1
A roll-shaped easily peelable label was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 except that a flat metal roll having no unevenness was used as the crimping roll, a sample label for evaluation was cut out, and the degree of curl was measured. The results are shown in Table 1.
As described above, the easily peelable label of the present invention improves the curl of the label that occurs when the label is peeled off from the base layer, so that the curl causes problems such as difficulty in reading information and bulkiness that causes inconvenience in management. Be prevented.
