Description

The present invention relates to an easily peelable label, and more particularly, to an easily peelable label with improved curling such as a peel slip peeled off as a delivery confirmation / receipt.

Recently, Internet shopping and home shopping have been developed, and purchasers often receive goods by courier. In addition to products purchased in this way, products purchased at department stores and general stores are often delivered to purchasers by entrusting them to a courier company. Such merchandise is delivered from one company to another, from the company to an individual, and from an individual to another individual. At this time, a package label for home delivery for recording delivery information is affixed to the product packaging.

Such courier invoice labels generally have a description of the shipper and a record of the recipient's address, name and product name, specifications, quantity, etc., and have been peeled off as a receipt to confirm receipt by the recipient. The label is collected by the shipping company. A similar record is that residual labels after peeling may remain on the product packaging, but not in recent years.

The structure of such a courier invoice label is generally composed of a heat-sensitive paper layer that can be printed on the front surface, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in which a general acrylic solvent-type pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the back surface of the heat-sensitive paper, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. It consists of a release paper layer that is affixed to the layer and whose surface is silicon coated. The thermal paper is printed by heat, and the release paper layer consists of a silicone layer and glassine paper, and the sender, recipient, product type, cost, final transmission location, and acceptance confirmation after underwriting are recorded on the surface of the thermal paper. The portion for printing is printed by heat. In general, the thermal paper layer is composed of a collection label for the sender and a residual label for the recipient.
However, the conventional courier invoice label has a sticky adhesive layer on the back or the surface of the residual label when the recovery label is peeled off from the adhesive layer. It may be inconvenient for management.

As the release paper base paper, there is a release paper base paper coated with a wax emulsion, styrene acrylic copolymer ammonium salt, styrene butadiene latex, etc. on the back side of the release paper base paper provided with a polyethylene laminate layer and a release agent layer on the surface of the base paper. It is disclosed that the curl resistance is excellent (Patent Document 1).
In addition, a delivery slip with a resin layer provided on the back side of a paper substrate is a method of using an adhesive part and a pseudo-adhesive part on these two layers, providing a cut at the boundary line, and removing the pseudo-adhesive part as a receipt. It is disclosed (Patent Document 2).

特許第4278425号公報Japanese Patent No. 4278425 特開平7−195867号公報JP 7-195867 A

However, the release paper base paper of Cited Document 1 improves the curling phenomenon caused by moisture absorption from the back surface when the base paper is left standing, and does not improve the curling phenomenon after peeling.
Moreover, the cited reference 2 peels off the pseudo-adhesive part to obtain a receipt, and the curl phenomenon of the receipt after peeling is not improved.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and is not limited to a delivery invoice label, but when peeled from an underlayer as an easily peelable label, the label on which information is described by printing or the like is curled after peeling and the information is displayed. This solves the problem that it is difficult to read or bulky, which causes inconvenience in management.

As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that a base peeled by mixing a high adhesion part and a non-adhesion or weak adhesion part of the adhesive strength between the base material layer and the resin layer. The inventors have found that the curl of the material layer can be improved, and have completed the present invention.

According to the present invention, curling that occurs when the base material layer is peeled off from the resin layer is improved, and the problem that information cannot be read due to curling or is bulky and inconvenient for management is solved.

The easily peelable label of the present invention is an easily peelable label comprising a base material layer and a resin layer, and has a strong adhesive part and a non-adhesive or weak adhesive part of the adhesive strength between the base material layer and the resin layer. It is characterized by being mixed.

Examples of the base material layer include printable and writable paper, synthetic resin, and the like, and thermal paper and inkjet paper are particularly preferable.
Thermal paper is a printing paper that has been processed to develop a color such as black in response to heat, is easy to print, and is widely used. In the present invention, ordinary commercially available thermal papers such as those manufactured by Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd., Oji Paper Co., Ltd., and Mitsubishi Paper Industries Co., Ltd. can be used. Representative thermal paper includes FI paper manufactured by Nippon Paper Industries Co., Ltd., DL82AS manufactured by Oji Paper Co., Ltd., and the like.
Ink jet paper is surface-treated so that ink jet printing is easy and ink is easily deposited on the surface so that ink color development is good, ink absorption is good, and drying is fast. In general, those widely sold can be used.

Examples of the resin layer include polyolefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polystyrene resins, polyester resins, polyamide resins, and the like, and polyethylene resins are particularly preferable.
The polyethylene resin used in the resin layer improves adhesion to the adhesive applied to kraft paper used as wrapping paper, enables thermal paper to be peeled off when the product arrives, and allows printing on the surface. The described thermal paper part is used as a receipt. As the polyethylene resin, ordinary general commercially available resins such as high density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, ultra low density polyethylene, and other modified polyethylene can be used. Medium density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, and ultra-low density polyethylene are preferable in terms of adhesion to the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive and peelability of thermal paper or ink jet paper.

The lamination of the resin layer and the base material layer is not particularly limited, but extrusion lamination by resin melt extrusion is convenient. Among the resins, medium density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, ultra-low density polyethylene, modified polyethylene, and the like have good laminate processability. Those having strong adhesiveness at room temperature, such as modified polyethylene, are difficult in terms of laminating workability and handling of processed products. The thickness of the resin layer is preferably 15 to 25 μm.

There are several methods for mixing the strongly bonded portion and the non-bonded or weakly bonded portion of the adhesive strength between the base material layer and the resin layer.
As a typical method, the resin is melt-extruded from a T-die extruder while a roll-shaped base material is fed from the roll, and the resin is subjected to the back surface of the base material (for example, in the case of thermal paper, a thermal coloring surface). On the opposite side). At that time, the film-shaped resin in a molten state is brought into contact with the base material and is sandwiched between the pressure rolls, and an uneven surface is formed on one or both sides of the pressure roll to provide a difference in the pressure strength. A roll-shaped product is mixed with a strongly bonded portion with high bonding strength and a non-bonded or weakly bonded portion. The portion that hits the convex portion of the roll surface becomes a strongly bonded portion, and the portion that hits the concave portion becomes a non-bonded or weakly bonded portion.
In addition, there is a method in which an adhesion assistant or a weak adhesive is dispersed and partially applied.
The method of using a roll having a concavo-convex pattern on the surface is convenient because the area ratio between the convex part and the concave part of the roll surface is easy to control.
The adhesive strength is controlled by the resin temperature in the resin extruder, the die temperature, the pressure strength of the pressure roll that presses the base material layer and the resin layer after the T-die extruder, and the height difference of the uneven portion of the roll. Can be adjusted.

It is preferable from the viewpoint of curling suppression after peeling of the base material layer that the adhesive strength of the strong adhesive portion between the base material layer and the resin layer is 0.1 to 0.3 N / 50 mm.
On the other hand, the adhesive strength of the non-adhered or weakly bonded portion between the base material layer and the resin layer is preferably 0 to 0.1 N / 50 mm from the viewpoint of curling suppression after peeling of the base material layer.
In addition, although the range of strong adhesive strength and non-adhesive or weak adhesive strength overlaps by 0.1 N / 50mm, it selects so that it may become strong adhesive strength and non-adhesive or weak adhesive strength in these ranges.

The adhesive strength is measured according to JIS K6854-1977 "Adhesive Peeling Adhesive Strength Test Method", except that the 180 degree peeling method is used with some changes as follows. The surface of the base material layer of a strip-shaped sample of 50 × 150 mm is fixed with kraft paper, and measured at a peeling speed of 300 mm / min.
The ratio of the strongly bonded portion to the non-bonded or weakly bonded portion is preferably 30:70 to 60:40.

In order to leave the easily peelable label on an adherend such as a packaging material, an adhesive layer can be provided on the opposite side of the resin layer from the base material layer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be applied using a normal pressure-sensitive adhesive, or can be provided by extrusion lamination coating. As the pressure-sensitive adhesive, rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesives, acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives, silicone-based, urethane-based pressure-sensitive adhesives, and the like can be used. Acrylic materials are excellent in heat resistance and weather resistance. However, the adherend has some selectivity. In either case, a commercially available adhesive can be used.

The easily peelable label of the present invention is used for home delivery and the like. Used on the surface of packaging materials such as wrapping paper that is printed on the label surface, such as a delivery destination (recipient), and wraps the product. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is convenient for applying the label of the present invention to the surface of the packaging material. Therefore, in this case, the delivery person can peel off the base layer of the easily peelable label at the time of delivery and use it as a confirmation of delivery confirmation, and a part can be left on the recipient's packaging material. In this case, the adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive to the adherend is determined so that the residual label remains on the adherend (wrapping paper) when it is peeled off and collected as a delivery confirmation certificate. It is preferable that the adhesive strength of the layer to the resin layer is higher.

In addition to the base material layer and the resin layer, the easily peelable label of the present invention may further contain a base material layer, a resin layer, etc., if necessary, and a release layer is laminated on the adhesive layer, When sticking to the packaging material, the release layer can be peeled off and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be exposed for sticking.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example is given and this invention is demonstrated further, this invention is not restrict | limited by an Example at all.
Easy peelable label creation:
A roll-shaped thermal paper was laminated with a polyethylene resin by a melt extrusion method, and a roll-shaped easily peelable label was prepared by pressing with a pressurizing roll having unevenness.
Measurement of adhesive strength:
A rubber roll with a checkered pattern of 1.0 cm x 1.0 cm square, a part of which is 10 cm wide and has a depth of 600 μm in the flow direction, and measures the non-adhesive or weak adhesive strength from the part that hits the concave surface. A sample was cut out, and a sample for measuring the strong adhesive strength was cut out from the portion hitting the convex portion.
Label curl rating:
After applying pressure sensitive adhesive to the surface of kraft paper, which is equivalent to wrapping paper, pressing an easy-release label (polyethylene resin laminated to thermal paper) cut to 50 mm x 150 mm, and then laminating the laminated polyethylene resin layer together with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer Only the thermal paper on the surface was peeled off by hand, leaving it on the surface of the kraft paper. The peeling speed was such that the normal delivery person peeled off the label. The ambient temperature was 25 ° C. and the relative humidity was about 45%.
The label which became only the thermal paper after peeling was determined on the horizontal wooden table, and the degree of curvature of the thermal paper after peeling was judged. When viewed from the side, the peeled label became a circle or an ellipse, and the determination was made based on the height from the highest table surface of the circle or ellipse observed on the side. It was determined that the higher the height, the better the curl.

Examples 1-5
Nippon Unicar Co., Ltd. low density polyethylene NUC-8809 was extruded at a die temperature of 280 ° C. at a thickness of 18 μm into a roll-shaped thermal paper DL82AS (weight: 40 g or 60 g, width: 400 mm) manufactured by Daio Paper Co., Ltd., 1.0 cm × 1 A roll-shaped easily peelable label shown in Table 1 was prepared by pressing with a rubber pressure-bonding roll with a 0.0 cm square unevenness (recess depth 600 μm). A sample label was prepared by cutting out a 50 mm × 150 mm label from the roll-shaped label at the center in parallel with the flow direction. The degree of curling of this sample label was measured by the evaluation method for curl improvement. The results were as shown in Table 1.
The curl evaluation method is an evaluation under stricter conditions than when the delivery person actually peels off the label. When the delivery person usually peels off the label, the curl is almost flat (substantially no curl). )Met.
