Claims (9)
- 液体または気体の流れに沿って配置されるように構成されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置された複数の中空糸フィルタ部材であって、吸着、遮り、または拡散を含む、圧力損失が1kPa以下の非ふるい保持メカニズムを通じて前記液体または前記気体の流れから微粒子を捕捉するように構成された複数の中空糸フィルタ部材と
を備え、一部の中空糸フィルタ部材が、他の中空糸フィルタ部材よりも1mm〜5mm長い、フィルタカートリッジ。 - 前記ハウジングが円筒状であり、5mm〜25mmの直径を有する、請求項1に記載のフィルタカートリッジ。
- 前記ハウジングの複数の端部の1つが、接続部材に螺合、圧入、または溶接されている、請求項1または2に記載のフィルタカートリッジ。
- 前記ハウジングが10mm〜1000mmの長さを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタカートリッジ。
- 前記中空糸フィルタ部材が前記ハウジング内にポッティングされ、それにより、液体または気体の流れが、前記中空糸フィルタ部材の内部空間を通って移動するように方向付けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタカートリッジ。
- 前記中空糸フィルタ部材が、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、フルオロポリマー、またはこれらの組合せを含むポッティング材でポッティングされている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタカートリッジ。
- 前記中空糸フィルタ部材が、ポリマーの主鎖または側鎖に極性基を有するポリマー材料から形成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタカートリッジ。
- 前記ポリマーが、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリケトン、ポリエステル、またはこれらの組合せを含む、請求項7に記載のフィルタカートリッジ。
- 請求項1に記載のフィルタカートリッジを通る液体または気体の流れを方向付けること、および
前記液体内または前記気体内に含まれる微粒子を前記中空糸フィルタ部材で捕捉すること
を含む、液体供給物の濾過方法。
