Description
The present invention relates to a liquid coating unit, a liquid coating apparatus, and a liquid coating method, and particularly comprises a liquid provided with a coating needle that adheres a liquid material to the tip thereof and brings the tip into contact with a fine region on a substrate to coat the liquid material. The present invention relates to a coating unit and a liquid coating device including the liquid coating unit.
Printed electronics technology for forming minute circuits such as RFID tags by printing (coating) is rapidly developing. As the printed electronics technology, a printing method, an inkjet method, a dispenser method, etc. are generally used, but a method using a coating needle is also an option in that fine coating can be performed using a material having a wide range of viscosities. one of.
As a method of performing fine coating using a coating needle, there is a method of performing fine coating using a coating unit as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-268353 (Patent Document 1). In the coating unit, an arm that fixedly supports the coating needle is supported from below by a drive plate that is vertically driven by an air cylinder. Therefore, in the coating operation by the coating needle, the driving plate is lowered by the air cylinder, so that the coating needle and the arm are lowered by their own weight. The time required for one coating by the coating unit, that is, the time required for lowering the coating needle, coating, and raising the coating needle is, for example, about several seconds.
With the coating unit described in

One end of the elastic portion is connected to the fixed portion, and the other end of the elastic portion is connected to the movable portion.
The liquid coating unit preferably further includes a control unit that controls the moving speed of the movable unit. In the control unit, the movable unit is first from the third position based on the moving speed of the movable unit in the region from the second position to the third position located between the first position and the second position.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings below, the same or corresponding parts will be given the same reference number, and the explanation will not be repeated.
[Construction of liquid coating unit]
The
The
The
The
The fixed
The
The
When the
One end of the
The base portion 4 holds the fixing
As shown in FIG. 5, the
As described above, the
In such a
In the
In the
The liquid coating unit preferably further includes a control unit that controls the moving speed of the movable unit. The control unit has a third movable part as compared with the moving speed of the movable part from the second position to the third position located between the first position and the second position. The moving speed of the movable portion can be controlled so as to slow down the moving speed of the movable portion from the position to the first position.
In this way, when the
The
[Overall configuration of liquid coating device]
FIG. 7 is a schematic perspective view of the
The observation
The
The
The
Preferably, the third position of the
[Liquid application method]
Next, a liquid coating method using the
The liquid coating method according to the present embodiment preferably has a first step of moving the
Preferably, the second step is carried out after the
In the
