Abstract
Description
捕集段階(S30)は、蒸し段階(S20)で排出される水蒸気を集めてオールステンレス(SUS 304)6段冷却装置に送る段階である(図4参照)。
そして、エッセンシャルオイル(ヒノキの胴部+葉)では、ヒノキの胴部及び葉の主要成分が全て検出された。
実施例2〜4によって製造されたエマルジョンウォーターを肉眼で評価した。
実施例1によるエッセンシャルウォーター及びエッセンシャルオイル、実施例2によるエマルジョンウォーターに対するpHを測定した。
Claims (3)
- ヒノキ胴部、ヒノキ葉及びヒノキ実を準備するヒノキ材料準備段階;
前記ヒノキ材料をSUS 304材質のオールステンレス蒸し器で低温で蒸す蒸し段階;
前記蒸し器から排出される水蒸気をSUS 304材質のオールステンレス6段冷却装置で捕集する捕集段階;
前記捕集された水蒸気をSUS 304材質のオールステンレス6段冷却装置に通過させて凝縮させる第1凝縮段階;
凝縮された水蒸気を熟成させてエッセンシャルウォーターとエッセンシャルオイルとに分離させる分離段階;
前記分離されたエッセンシャルウォーター及び前記エッセンシャルオイルのそれぞれを取得する取得段階
を含んで構成され、
前記蒸し段階は、57〜58℃の温度に蒸し器を加熱し、
前記取得段階のエッセンシャルウォーターは、0.25%(v/v)のエッセンシャルオイルを含有しており、
前記ヒノキ材料準備段階は、
前記ヒノキ胴部、前記ヒノキ葉及び前記ヒノキ実をきれいに洗浄する洗浄段階;
前記ヒノキ胴部を破砕する破砕段階;
前記破砕したヒノキ胴部、前記ヒノキ葉及び前記ヒノキ実を塩水に浸漬する浸漬段階を含んで構成される
ことを特徴とするエッセンシャルウォーター及びエッセンシャルオイルの抽出方法。 - 請求項1によって製造されるエッセンシャルウォーターに、請求項1によって製造されるエッセンシャルオイルを添加する混合段階;
前記混合物を真空圧力タンクに入れた後、4.9bar以上の圧力条件で57〜58℃に加熱する加熱段階;
前記真空圧力タンクで発生した水蒸気を冷却装置に通過させて凝縮させる第2凝縮段階を含んで構成され、
前記加熱段階及び前記第2凝縮段階を3回〜4回反復し、
前記混合段階は、前記エッセンシャルオイルを1.0%(v/v)以下に添加する
ことを特徴とするエマルジョンウォーター製造方法。 - 請求項1によって抽出されるエッセンシャルウォーター及びエッセンシャルオイル、請求項2によって製造されるエマルジョンウォーターを、−5℃以下の温度で保管する
ことを特徴とするエッセンシャルウォーター、エッセンシャルオイル及びエマルジョンウォーターの保管方法。
