Description
The present invention relates to an oil-based solid-type cosmetic that is filled in a container. The present invention also relates to a method for producing a container-filled oil-based solid cosmetic. Furthermore, the present invention reduces or reduces the "sink" phenomenon that occurs in the manufacturing process of oil-based solid cosmetics (stick-shaped oil-based solid cosmetics) that are filled in stick-shaped containers such as stick-shaped lipsticks, lip balms, and foundations. Regarding the method of suppressing.
Examples of the oil-based cosmetics in a solid state include lipsticks, lip balms, eye shadows, cake foundations and the like. These are usually produced by melting and mixing oil-based raw materials, then filling them in a container, and then cooling and solidifying (molding). However, when a molten mixture of oil-based raw materials (raw material mixture) is filled in a stick-shaped container and then cooled. , The raw material mixture shrinks, and a mortar-shaped dent or hole (shrink hole) is formed in the central part of the solid cosmetic, which is a so-called “sink” phenomenon. Since the "sink" is not preferable in appearance, it has been conventionally solved by repeating heating again after cooling and melting it one or more times.
However, repeated remelting by heating complicates the manufacturing process, and also increases the time and cost required for manufacturing the product. Further, repeated heating and melting loses the uniformity of the oil-based solid cosmetics, and causes quality problems such as breakage, cracking, and precipitation of raw material components.
For this reason, various methods for inspecting the appearance of stick-shaped cosmetics (stick-shaped cosmetics) (Patent Document 1) and methods for evaluating quality such as fragility (Patent Document 2) have been proposed. At present, there is still little knowledge about how to reduce or suppress the "sink" phenomenon itself.
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for reducing or suppressing the "sink" phenomenon that occurs during the production of oil-based solid cosmetics. More specifically, the present invention reduces or suppresses the "sink" phenomenon that occurs during the production of oil-based solid cosmetics, thereby reducing or suppressing the number and time of reheating and thawing conventionally performed to repair the "sink". By reducing the amount of the above, it is possible to provide an oil-based solid-type cosmetic having high uniformity of contents and good quality.
The present inventors have been diligently studying to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and found that (A) wax and (B) liquid or semi-solid at room temperature are high-grade raw materials for oil-based solid cosmetics. By using at least one selected from alcohol, fatty acid ester and vegetable oil, and (C) 5 to 15% by mass of ceramides per 100% by mass of the total amount of cosmetics, "sink" that occurs when the stick-shaped container is filled and cooled. It has been found that the degree can be suppressed and the reheating time to eliminate it can be reduced. The present invention has been completed based on such findings, and has the following embodiments.

(1-2) Evaluation Method of "Sink" The stick-shaped container-filled oil-based solid cosmetics produced above were repeatedly heated and cooled under the following conditions until the "sink" disappeared (reheating). The degree of the "sink" phenomenon was evaluated using the total time (total time) required for heating in this reheating process as an index.

(2) Experimental results The results are also shown in Table 2.
As shown in Table 2, at least one selected from the group consisting of (A) wax, (B) higher alcohol, fatty acid ester, and vegetable oil having liquid or semi-solid properties at room temperature, and (C. ) In oil-based solid cosmetics containing ceramide, it can be seen that the "sink" phenomenon is significantly reduced by setting the ratio of ceramides in 100% by mass of the total amount of cosmetics to 5 to 15% by mass. In addition, since the "sink" phenomenon does not occur when the stick container has an inner diameter (diameter) of 30 mm or more and / or a "depth / diameter" of 0.5 or less, the presence or absence of the "sink" phenomenon is filled. It was found that it also depends on the shape of the stick-shaped container (inner diameter (diameter), depth / inner diameter).
