Description
十分なフローを確保するため、バルブハウジングにキャビティを設けるか、弁体のキャビティに加えてバルブ内部の固定部品内にキャビティを形成する。
弁体の適切な設計により、バルブの動作位置の異なるタイプのポート接続が実現され、異なる用途のニーズを満たすことができる
図7は、バルブハウジングと弁体(図8と9のセクション(35))断面上面図について、弁体が回転して制御オリフィス(31)と(32)を露出させていることを示している。
図8は、図7のセクション(33) を示している。このセクションは矢印(36)で示すように開口部(31)が液体を通過させるか、供給ポートからロードポート(9)に流れ、そこからバルブ出口まで、矢印(39)が示す通り、アクチュエーター管路への供給が示されている。矢印(37)と(38)は網のスルーホールを通るポート(9)への液体の通過を示す。
図9は、図7のセクション(34)を示す。矢印(41) (42)(43)が示すように、開口部(32)により流体がバルブの外に流れ、言い換えればポート(7)を通じてアクチュエーターからタンクに接続されたバルブ出口のポートに戻る。

Claims (5)
- 空間、および内部に液体を流すことが可能なポートと接続する複数の第1キャビティを有するバルブハウジングと、
2つの面を有し、それぞれの面には前記複数の第1キャビティに対応すると共に、それぞれの面に互いに対称的に形成されている複数の第2キャビティを有する弁体と、を備え、
前記弁体は、前記複数の第2キャビティに対応するように配置され、それぞれの面に形成されている前記複数の第2キャビティを互いに分離すると共に、両面に形成されている前記複数の第2キャビティを接続するように形成されている複数の孔を有する複数の腹部を含み、
前記弁体の両面に沿って対称的なコントロールオリフィスを形成するために、前記複数の第1キャビティのうちの少なくとも1つの前記第1キャビティと前記複数の第2キャビティのうちの少なくとも1つの前記第2キャビティとをそれぞれ分離する複数のコントロールエッジを構成する機構が前記バルブハウジングとの間に形成されるように、前記弁体は前記バルブハウジング内の前記空間内に配置され、
前記弁体の対称的なパターンに従って液体の流れを分割し、液体を通するように前記コントロールオリフィスを形成するために、前記弁体が軸方向に沿って回転し、
前記複数の孔を通して、前記弁体の両面に沿って液体を通すことができる、方向制御弁およびサーボ弁。 - 前記コントロールオリフィスを形成する前記複数のコントロールエッジが、両面に沿った前記弁体のエッジと、前記弁体が沿って配置される周辺部材のエッジとの間に形成され、
前記コントロールオリフィスの範囲が液体の流れの供給角度の値に比例するように、前記弁体に角変位が与えられる、請求項1に記載の方向制御弁およびサーボ弁。 - 板状の前記弁体におけるキャビティのエッジと、対応する前記周辺部材におけるキャビティのエッジとの間に形成されている前記コントロールオリフィスが前記弁体の両面に左右対称に対応して形成されている、請求項2に記載の方向制御弁およびサーボ弁。
- 前記弁体における前記複数の第2キャビティが、前記弁体の両面において同じ圧力を生じるように構成されている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方向制御弁およびサーボ弁。
- 前記複数の腹部が、前記弁体に剛性を付与するように構成されている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方向制御弁およびサーボ弁。
