Claims (5)
- 素電池上に、インナーフレーム、過電流保護素子、回路基板がこの順に上下方向に搭載された電池パックであって、
前記過電流保護素子は、温度ヒューズとして機能する素子本体部と、前記素子本体部から導出された第1リード及び第2リードとを備え、
前記過電流保護素子は、前記第1リードが前記素電池側に且つ前記第2リードが前記回路基板側になるように配置されており、
前記第1リードとは異電位の回路が、前記第1リードに対して前記素電池とは反対側に、前記第1リードの先端に上下方向に対向して配置されており、
前記インナーフレームは、前記第1リードの前記先端と前記異電位の回路との間に、前記第1リードの前記先端の上方に位置するように設けられたスペーサを備えることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記異電位の回路は、前記第1リードが電気的に接続された前記素電池の第1端子とは異極の第2端子に電気的に接続された導電片または前記導電片が電気的に接続された前記回路基板の入力端子である請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記異電位の回路は、前記第2リードまたは前記第2リードが電気的に接続された前記回路基板の入力端子である請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1リードは前記素電池の負極端子に電気的に接続されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記インナーフレームは、前記スペーサを含む全体が一部品として一体的に成形された射出成形品である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
