Claims (15)
- 可能な限り球状の構造を有する粉末状のプラスチック粒子(40)を製造する方法であって、
固定されており、プラスチックからなる粘体から固体の原材料(30)を、前記原材料(30)に対して少なくとも5m/sの速度vで動かされる本体(20)の滑らかな表面(24)に接触させて、前記原材料(30)と前記本体(20)との間の接触エリア(34)において前記原材料(30)を局所的に加熱し、分離させ、粉末状の形態で前記接触エリア(34)から前記本体(20)の移動方向へ投げ出す方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記本体(20)は、シリンダ軸を中心に回転されるシリンダであり、
前記原材料(30)を、前記シリンダのシリンダバレルまたは前記シリンダの円形のシリンダ面と接触させることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、
前記本体(20)は、突起および/または溝の形態に構成された非連続部(26)を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法において、
前記本体(20)の移動方向における前記非連続部(26)は、隣接する2つの非連続部(26)間の距離の10%未満、特に5%未満であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記速度vは、少なくとも10m/sであることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記原材料(30)は、少なくとも1Nの力で前記本体(20)に押し当てられることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記粉末状のプラスチックの平均粒径は、前記本体(20)の前記表面(24)の最大粗度(Rz)よりも大きいことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記本体(20)の前記表面(24)は、湾曲しており、
前記接触エリア(34)から、前記粉末状のプラスチックのためのV字状の出口エリアが形成されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記移動方向において前記本体(20)の後ろに前記プラスチック粒子(40)のための収集容器(38)が配置されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
前記本体(20)の材料および/または前記速度は、前記滑らかな表面(24)に前記原材料(30)が付着しないように選択されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
原材料(30)を包囲するガイドチューブ(44)を備え、
前記ガイドチューブ(44)内において、前記原材料(30)が移動可能にガイドされ、
前記ガイドチューブ(44)は、前記本体(20)の前記表面(24)の直近において前記表面(24)とは接触せずに終了していることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、
原材料(30)を搬送する押出機(48)を備え、
前記押出機(48)のうち前記原材料(30)が出る出口エリアは、前記本体(20)の付近に位置し、
前記出る原材料(30)は、前記本体(20)に接触していることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって、プラスチック材料を分離することによって可能な限り球状の構造を有する粉末状の物質をプラスチックから製造する装置において、
粘体から固体の原材料(30)が接触エリア(34)において前記表面(24)と接触して位置決めされた状態で、少なくとも5m/sの速度vで動かされる実質的に滑らかな表面(24)を有する本体(20)と、
前記接触エリア(34)の付近に位置する収集容器(38)とを備える装置。 - 請求項13に記載の装置において、
ガイドチューブ(44)を備え、ガイドチューブ(44)は、前記接触エリア(34)の直近に自由端(46)を有し、前記ガイドチューブ(44)において、前記原材料(30)は移動可能にガイドされることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項13または14に記載の装置において、
出口エリアを有する押出機(48)を備え、
前記出口エリアは、前記接触エリア(34)の付近に位置し、前記出口エリアから、前記原材料(30)を形成する前記プラスチック材料が出て、
前記原材料(30)は、前記表面(24)と接触している装置。
