Claims (16)
- 被検部位に測定光を照射する発光部と、
前記被検部位からの前記測定光の散乱光を受光する受光部と、
前記受光部の出力に基づいて、所定の周波数におけるスペクトル強度の時間変化の波形である測定波形を算出し、前記測定波形に基づいて前記受光部の出力に含まれるノイズを検出する制御部と、
を備える、電子装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記所定の周波数におけるスペクトル強度の時間変化に基づいて基準波形を生成し、前記測定波形と、前記基準波形との比較に基づいて、前記ノイズを検出する、請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記受光部の過去の出力に基づいて前記基準波形を生成する、請求項2に記載の電子装置。
- 前記制御部は、所定の時間において、前記測定波形が、前記基準波形よりも所定の閾値以上高い場合に、前記ノイズを検出する、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の電子装置。
- 前記制御部は、検出した前記ノイズに基づいて、前記測定波形を補正する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電子装置。
- 前記制御部は、少なくとも3つの周波数における前記測定波形を算出する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電子装置。
- 前記少なくとも3つの周波数は、周波数のスペクトル強度から算出する測定波形を比較したときに、一方のスペクトル強度がピークの場合に他方のスペクトル強度がバレーとなる、低周波数および高周波数を含む、請求項6に記載の電子装置。
- 前記所定の周波数におけるスペクトル強度の時間変化は、前記受光部の出力に基づいて算出されるパワースペクトルの時間変化に基づいて算出される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電子装置。
- 被検部位に測定光を照射するステップと、
前記被検部位からの前記測定光の散乱光を受光するステップと、
前記散乱光の受光強度に基づいて所定の周波数におけるスペクトル強度の時間変化である測定波形を算出するステップと、
前記測定波形に基づいて前記受光した散乱光に含まれるノイズを検出するステップと、
を含む、制御方法。 - 所定の周波数におけるスペクトル強度の時間変化に基づいて基準波形を生成するステップと、
前記測定波形と、前記基準波形の比較に基づいて、前記ノイズを検出するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の制御方法。 - 前記基準波形を、前記散乱光を受光する受光部の過去の出力に基づいて生成するステップ、をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の制御方法。
- 前記所定の周波数におけるスペクトル強度の時間変化を、前記散乱光を受光する受光部の出力に基づいて算出されるパワースペクトルの時間変化に基づいて算出するステップ、をさらに含む、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の制御方法。
- コンピュータに、
被検部位に測定光を照射するステップと、
前記被検部位からの前記測定光の散乱光を受光するステップと、
前記散乱光の受光強度に基づいて所定の周波数におけるスペクトル強度の時間変化である測定波形を算出するステップと、
前記測定波形に基づいて前記受光した散乱光に含まれるノイズを検出するステップと、
を実行させるプログラム。 - 所定の周波数におけるスペクトル強度の時間変化に基づいて基準波形を生成するステップと、
前記測定波形と、前記基準波形の比較に基づいて、前記ノイズを検出するステップと、
をさらに実行させる、請求項13に記載のプログラム。 - 前記基準波形を、前記散乱光を受光する受光部の過去の出力に基づいて生成するステップ、をさらに実行させる、請求項14に記載のプログラム。
- 前記所定の周波数におけるスペクトル強度の時間変化を、前記散乱光を受光する受光部の出力に基づいて算出するパワースペクトルの時間変化に基づいて算出するステップ、をさらに実行させる、請求項13から15のいずれか一項に記載のプログラム。
