Claims (14)
- ハウジング(2)内に第1および第2の駆動機構体を有する自動車変速装置用の直線アクチュエータ(1)であって、
前記第1の駆動機構体は、前記ハウジング(2)から延びる変速装置制御部材(5)をシフトレンジに沿う複数のシフト位置相互間で動かすための電気モータ(6)を含み、
前記第2の駆動機構体は、電力供給の遮断の場合、前記変速装置制御部材(5)を前記シフトレンジの端位置に駆動するためのばね(15)を含む、直線アクチュエータにおいて、
前記第1の駆動機構体は、前記電気モータ(6)によって駆動可能なウォームスクリュー(7)および前記ウォームスクリュー(7)によって駆動されて前記ハウジング(2)内で変位可能であるウォームホイール(10)を有するウォーム駆動装置を含み、前記ウォームホイール(10)は、ラック歯車(12)と噛み合った同軸に設けられているピニオン(11)に連結され、その結果、前記ウォームホイール(10)は、回転可能に駆動されると前記ラック歯車(12)に対して並進するようになっており、前記変速装置制御部材(5)は、前記ウォームホイール(10)が前記ハウジング(2)内で変位すると、前記ウォームホイール(10)と動かされるよう前記ウォームホイール(10)に結合されており、
前記第2の駆動機構体は、前記ばね(15)が前記ハウジング(2)と前記ウォームホイール(10)の変位方向に平行に前記ハウジング(2)内で変位可能な前記ラック歯車(12)との間で作用した状態で配置され、前記第2の駆動機構体は、前記ばね(15)が圧縮状態にある場合に直線変位が生じないように前記ラック歯車(12)を制止するよう配置された電気作動式ロックを含み、前記ロックへの電源の遮断時に、前記ラック歯車(12)が解除されて拡張中の前記ばね(15)によって直線的に変位し、それにより前記ウォームホイール(10)および前記変速装置制御部材(5)をシフトさせて前記変速装置制御部材(5)をその端位置に動かす、直線アクチュエータ。 - 前記第1の駆動機構体は、前記変速装置制御部材(5)が前記端位置にあるとき、前記ラック歯車(12)を動かして前記ばね(15)を圧縮するよう構成されている、請求項1記載の直線アクチュエータ。
- 前記第1および前記第2の駆動機構体は、前記変速装置制御部材(5)が前記端位置にあるとき、第1の方向への前記ウォームスクリュー(7)の回転により前記変速装置制御部材(5)が前記シフトレンジに沿って前記端位置から動き、前記第1の方向と逆の第2の方向における前記ウォームスクリュー(7)の回転により前記ばね(15)が圧縮されるよう構成されている、請求項1または2記載の直線アクチュエータ。
- 前記ラック歯車(12)は、前記ウォームホイール(10)に少なくとも部分的に受け入れるよう構成されている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の直線アクチュエータ。
- 前記ラック歯車(12)は、平行関係をなして設けられた2つのレール要素(13)を有し、前記レール要素(13)相互間には前記ウォームホイール(10)の少なくとも一区分が受け入れられる、請求項4記載の直線アクチュエータ。
- 2つのピニオン(11)が前記ウォームホイール(10)の互いに反対側の側面に取り付けられている、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の直線アクチュエータ。
- 前記ピニオン(11)は、小さな外径および/または前記ウォームホイール(10)よりも少ない数の歯を有する、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の直線アクチュエータ。
- 前記ウォームスクリュー(7)は、電源が遮断されると、少なくとも一回転方向における回転が生じないようにロックされるよう構成されている、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の直線アクチュエータ。
- 前記ウォームスクリュー(7)と前記ウォームホイール(10)の歯車比は、前記ウォームホイール(10)に対する前記ウォームスクリュー(7)の回転速度を減少させるよう選択されている、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の直線アクチュエータ。
- 前記ラック歯車(12)を制止する前記ロックは、作動時に直線変位が生じないように前記ラック歯車(12)を制止するようになった磁界(18)を発生させる手段を含む、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一に記載の直線アクチュエータ。
- 前記ラック歯車(12)を制止する前記ロックは、トグルレバー機構体またはナックル継手(16)を含み、磁界(18)を発生させる前記手段は、作動時に伸長位置において前記トグルレバー機構体または前記ナックル継手(16)をロックするようになっている、請求項10記載の直線アクチュエータ。
- フォーク部材(8)が前記変速装置制御部材(5)に結合され、前記フォーク部材は、前記フォーク部材と前記変速装置制御部材(5)との間に前記ウォームホイール(10)および前記ピニオン(11)を回転可能に支持するアーム(9)を有する、請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一に記載の直線アクチュエータ。
- 前記変速装置制御部材(5)の変位を測定する変位センサ(20)を有する、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一に記載の直線アクチュエータ。
- 前記変位センサ(20)は、前記ハウジング(2)に回転可能に取り付けられるとともに前記変速装置制御部材(5)に結合されたラック歯車と噛み合い係合関係をなす歯車(19)を有する、請求項13記載の直線アクチュエータ。
