Description
The present invention relates to a decorative sheet and a decorative board using a pearl pigment.
As a conventional decorative sheet, for example, there is a decorative sheet described in
Here, it is conceivable to further improve the design by using a plurality of types of pearl pigments. However, if the pearl pattern layers are simply laminated, the adhesion strength (peeling strength) may decrease depending on the coating amount of the ink constituting each pearl pattern layer, the combination of the area areas, and the like. Therefore, the pattern composed of the pearl pattern layer may be restricted.
The present invention has focused on the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet and a decorative board capable of increasing the design by using a plurality of types of pearl pigments while suppressing a decrease in adhesion strength. To do.
In order to solve the problem, the decorative sheet according to one aspect of the present invention contains a first pearl pattern layer containing a first pearl pigment and a medium, a pattern layer, a second pearl pigment and a medium on a base material layer. The second pearl pattern layer, the transparent resin layer, and the surface protective layer are laminated in this order, and the first pearl pattern layer is composed of a set of inks, and the ratio of the area of the halftone dots is 80%, which is larger than 0%. The second pearl pattern layer is composed of a set of inks, and the ratio of the area of the halftone dots is larger than 0% and 50% or less, and the second pearl pattern layer is the first pearl pattern layer. It is also characterized in that the coating amount per unit area is larger than that of the pattern layer.
In the decorative sheet according to another aspect of the present invention, a first pearl pattern layer containing a first pearl pigment and a medium, a pattern layer, a second pearl pattern layer containing a second pearl pigment and a medium, The transparent resin layer and the surface protective layer are laminated in this order, and the first pearl pattern layer is composed of a set of inks, and the ratio of the area of the halftone dots is larger than 0% and 80% or less, and the first pearl pattern layer is formed. The 2 pearl pattern layer is composed of a set of inks, and the ratio of the area of the halftone dots is larger than 0% and 50% or less, and the second pearl pattern layer is higher than the first pearl pattern layer and the pattern layer. It is characterized by low tone expression or no gradation expression.
The first pearl pattern layer and the pattern layer can be formed by printing using, for example, a helio plate. The second pearl pattern layer can be formed, for example, by printing using a porcelain plate.
According to the aspect of the present invention, the area of the halftone dots of the first pearl pattern layer and the area of the halftone dots of the second pearl pattern layer are adjusted respectively, and a pattern layer is interposed between them, so that the first pearl pattern layer Even if the second pearl pattern layer is laminated on the surface, the range of applicable halftone dot areas can be widened and the adhesion can be improved. That is, it is possible to suppress cohesive fracture and suppress a decrease in adhesion strength.
Further, according to the aspect of the present invention, when two pearl pattern layers having different gradation expressions are stacked, a sense of depth is obtained, and a separate pattern is interposed between the two pearl pattern layers. The sense of depth is increased, and the design is increased.

The printing ink is not particularly limited, but an ink compatible with the printing method can be appropriately selected. In particular, it is preferable to select it in consideration of adhesion to the pearl pattern layers 3 and 5, printability, weather resistance as a decorative material, and the like. Examples of the ink for the pattern include a two-component urethane resin ink.
Colorants such as pigments and dyes, extender pigments, solvents, and binders contained in ordinary inks are appropriately added to the printing inks. Examples of the pigment include pearl pigments such as condensed azo, insoluble azo, quinacridone, isoindoline, anthracinone, imidazolone, cobalt, phthalocyanine, carbon, titanium oxide, iron oxide, and mica. The binder may be water-based, solvent-based, or emulsion type, and the curing method is particularly limited, such as a one-component type, a two-component type consisting of a main agent and a curing agent, or a type that cures with ultraviolet rays or electron beams. It is not something to do. Among them, the most common method is a two-component type, which uses a urethane-based main agent and a curing agent composed of isocyanate. In addition to this, the design may be applied by vapor deposition or sputtering of various metals.

In the above description, the case where the first pearl pigment is a silver pearl pigment and the second pearl pigment is a gold pearl pigment is illustrated. As long as the first pearl pigment and the second pearl pigment have the same particle size, the first pearl pigment may be a golden pearl pigment and the second pearl pigment may be a silver pearl pigment, or the first pearl pigment and the first pearl pigment may be used. Both of the second pearl pigments may be silver pearl pigments or golden pearl pigments. Further, as the pearl pigment of each pearl pattern layer, a pearl pigment other than the silver pearl pigment or the golden pearl pigment may be adopted. For example, mica, a red pearl pigment made of iron oxide, or the like may be used.

Further, as the medium, for example, acrylic resin, urethane resin, polyamide resin, acrylic polyol resin and the like can be used. Further, if necessary, an isocyanate-based curing agent, a lubricant such as silicone oil, or an abrasion-resistant enhancer such as wax may be added in an amount of 1% or more and 5% or less.

Further, in the present embodiment, the first
Further, the second
The area of the halftone dots is the area of the portion with ink in the total area of the surface on which the halftone dots exist.
Here, in the above configuration, the first
In general, the amount of coating per unit area increases when the pochelle plate is used compared to when the helio plate is used. Therefore, by combining the pochelle plate with the helio plate, the range of design expression such as brightness can be increased. Can be expanded.
Here, each cell of the Pochel version has, for example, a columnar shape such as a prism having the same depth, and gradation can be expressed by changing the bottom area, for example. On the other hand, each cell of the Helio plate has a cone shape such as a quadrangular prism, and gradation can be expressed by changing the height and the bottom area, for example.
Regarding the coating amount (volume), for example, each cell of the porcelain plate has a quadrangular prism shape, each cell of the helio plate has a quadrangular pyramid shape, and the vertical and horizontal lengths of the cells are the cells in 100% of the area. When equal to the height, the coating amount of the porcelain plate is 30 times in the 10% region, 10 times in the 30% region, 6 times in the 50% region, and 3 in the 100% region with respect to the coating amount of the helio plate.

The following evaluations were carried out on the decorative boards of Example 1, Example 2 and Comparative Example 1 described above.

In Comparative Example 1, the peeling strength was the standard 17.9 N / 25.4 mm width, whereas in Example 1, three points were measured in the sheet width direction, and 27.8 N / 25.4 mm width and 27.7 N were measured. The width was / 25.4 mm and the width was 28.7 N / 25.4 mm, and it was confirmed that the peel strength was high. In Example 2, the peel strength was slightly smaller than that in Example 1, but the peel strength was almost the same as that in Example 1, and the evaluation of the peel strength was acceptable.
