Claims (11)
- 動物用飼料の制御された摂取のための飼料ブロックであって、
タンパク質を含有している前記飼料ブロックの第一の部分であって、硬化したブロックの形体の制御飼料材料の塊を含んでおり、前記制御飼料材料がタンパク質を含む一以上の栄養補助剤原料を含んでいることを特徴とする、前記飼料ブロックの第一の部分と、
糖蜜を含有している前記飼料ブロックの第二の部分であって、
前記飼料ブロックの第一の部分の前記制御飼料材料の中で且つ前記制御飼料材料に隣接して配置される、低水分ブロック材料を含む摂取量制御母材を含んでおり、前記摂取量制御母材は、前記制御飼料材料を含む摂取制御ポケットを規定することを特徴としており、前記低水分ブロック材料が糖蜜を含有していることを特徴とする、前記飼料ブロックの第二の部分と、
を備えており、
前記摂取量制御母材は、前記飼料ブロックの総重量の40%以下を占める量で前記飼料ブロック中に存在し、
前記摂取制御ポケットは、前記低水分ブロック材料の一部を動物に舐めさせることによって隣接する前記摂取制御ポケットの前記制御飼料材料を摂取させるために、前記制御飼料材料の摂取を調整するように構成されていることを特徴とする飼料ブロック。 - 側壁を備えた無蓋の容器をさらに備え、前記容器の前記側壁が少なくとも1つの前記摂取制御ポケットを形成するために前記摂取量制御母材を補助し、前記容器が前記制御飼料材料および前記摂取量制御母材を保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飼料ブロック。
- 前記摂取量制御母材は、中央ハブから延在する複数の腕部を有するように構成された、成形された塊を備えており、前記制御飼料材料を含む前記摂取制御ポケットのそれぞれは、複数の腕部の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飼料ブロック。
- 前記摂取制御ポケットは、前記摂取量制御母材と、前記摂取量制御母材と前記制御飼料材料の両方を保持する容器との間に規定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飼料ブロック。
- 低水分ブロック材料の前記摂取量制御母材は、前記制御飼料材料に形成された類似の形状の空間を充填する成形された母材を含み、前記制御飼料材料は容器内に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飼料ブロック。
- 低水分ブロック材料の前記摂取量制御母材は、押出し母材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飼料ブロック。
- 前記容器内の前記制御飼料材料は、前記低水分ブロック材料に対して、1.5:1よりも大きい重量比を示すことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の飼料ブロック。
- 前記硬化したブロックの形体は、圧縮ブロックの形体、化学物質ブロックの形体、または混成ブロックの形体であり、前記圧縮ブロックの形体は、硬質のブロックの形体に圧縮された制御飼料材料を含む塊を含んでおり、前記化学物質ブロックの形体は、硬質のブロックの形体の制御飼料材料を含む化学的に反応した塊を含んでおり、前記混成ブロックの形体は、硬質のブロックの形体に圧縮された制御飼料材料を含む化学的に反応した塊を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飼料ブロック。
- 前記制御飼料材料は、さらに、塩、ミネラル、ビタミン、微量栄養素、薬剤、タンパク質食品、穀物、食品、飼料もしくは穀物の加工副製品、油脂、油の加工副製品、酸化マグネシウム、駆虫剤、殺虫剤、幼虫駆除剤、昆虫成長調整物質、精油、合成飼料原料、アミノ酸および栄養補助食品で構成される群から選択される1または複数の追加の栄養補助剤原料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飼料ブロック。
- 前記制御飼料材料は、前記摂取量制御母材を包囲していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飼料ブロック。
- 前記摂取量制御母材が前記飼料ブロックの総重量の7.5%から40%を占める量で前記飼料ブロックに存在し、且つ前記飼料ブロック内の前記制御飼料材料が前記低水分ブロック材料に対して2:1から8:1の範囲の重量比で存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飼料ブロック。
