Description
本出願は、2014年12月18日出願の米国特許仮出願第62/093、904の利益を主張し、表、図および特許請求の範囲を含むその全体が本明細書に援用される。
Claims (20)
- 出発物質として7−デヒドロコレステロールもしくはそのジヒドロキシ誘導体を用いたビタミンD3の製造方法であって、
(a)プレビタミンD3を含有する生成物を得るために、有機または無機塩基を含む溶液中の前記出発物質に紫外線を照射すること、および
(b)前記プレビタミンD3 をビタミンD3に変換するために、前記生成物を加熱すること、
を含む方法。 - 前記紫外線が245〜360nmの間の光を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記塩基が有機塩基である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記塩基が脂肪族アミンまたは芳香族アミンからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜3の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記塩基が、メチルアミン、エチルアミン、トリエチルアミン、イソプロピルアミン、フェニルアミン(別名、アニリン)、ベンジルアミン、イミダゾール、ベンゾイミダゾール、ヒスチヂン、モノエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン、トリブチルアミン、ジシクロヘキシルメチルアミン、ジシクロヘキシルアミン、N,N’−ジベンジルエチレンジアミンおよびN−メチルピロリジンからなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液が、245〜360nmの波長帯の光を実質的に透過する溶媒を含む、請求項1〜5の一項に記載の方法。

- 前記生成物が3時間〜16時間、75℃〜90℃の間で加熱される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも35%の収率のビタミンD3が生成される、請求項1〜13の一項に記載の方法。
- 著しい濃度のルミステロールおよびタキステロールが生成される、請求項1〜14の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液が実質的に前記塩基以外の溶媒を含まない、請求項1〜15の一項に記載の方法。
- 10g/L〜80g/Lの間のビタミンD3が生成される、請求項1〜16の一項に記載の方法。
- 10g/L〜40g/Lの間のビタミンD3が生成される、請求項1〜17の一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも30g/LのビタミンD3が生成される、請求項1〜18の一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも40g/LのビタミンD3が生成される、請求項1〜18の一項に記載の方法。
