Description

Claims (17)
- 軟組織に固定可能である人工器官であって、
外科用金網と、
軟組織を把持して前記外科用金網を前記軟組織に取り付けるように構成され、設計される組織把持要素であって、前記外科用金網に取り付けられる組織把持要素と、を備え、
前記組織把持要素は、
基部と、
前記基部を通して形成される第1スリットであって、前記基部の少なくとも2つの部分によって規定された第1スリットと、
前記基部を通して形成される第2スリットと、
前記第1スリットと前記第2スリットとの間で規定される第1タブであって、前記組織把持要素を作動させるための力の付加に応えて、前記外科用金網から離れて組織把持構成に移動可能である第1タブと、
前記基部を通して形成される第3スリットと、
それぞれ前記第2スリット及び前記第3スリットに対応する第2逃し開口部及び第3逃し開口部と、を備え、
前記第2スリット及び前記第3スリットのそれぞれが第1端部及び第2端部を有し、
スリットごとに、前記対応する逃し開口部が前記第2端部に位置決めされ、
前記力の付加に応えて、組織が前記基部の前記少なくとも2つの部分の間で把持される、人工器官。 - 前記組織把持要素が、
前記第2スリットと前記第3スリットとの間に規定される第2タブと、
前記第3スリットと前記第1スリットとの間に規定される第3タブであって、前記第2タブ及び前記第3タブが力の前記付加に応えて前記外科用金網から離れて組織把持構成に移動可能である、第3タブと、をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の人工器官。 - 前記組織把持要素がさらに第1逃し開口部を備え、
前記第1スリットが第1端部及び第2端部を有し、
前記逃し開口部が前記第1スリットの前記第2端部に位置決めされる、請求項1に記載の人工器官。 - 前記第1タブが片持ち梁タブを備える、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記組織把持要素の前記基部が膜材料から作られる、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記組織把持要素を含む組織把持層をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記組織把持層が複数の組織把持要素を含む、請求項6に記載の人工器官。
- 前記第1スリット、前記第2スリット及び前記第3スリットが、位置決めされて基準点に向かう点に向けられる、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記第1スリット、前記第2スリット及び前記第3スリットが前記基準点から放射状に外向きに離れて向けられる、請求項8に記載の人工器官。
- 前記組織把持要素が、前記組織把持要素の作動前に前記基部を通る主要開口部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の人工器官。
- 前記主要開口部が前記組織把持要素の作動前に事前作動位置に位置決めされ、前記第1タブが前記主要開口部の前記事前作動位置に対して可動である、請求項10に記載の人工器官。
- 第1逃し開口部をさらに備え、前記第1逃し開口部が前記主要開口部よりもサイズが小さい、請求項10に記載の人工器官。
- 埋込み可能な人工器官用の圧力作動体内組織把持要素であって、
基部と、
前記基部を通して形成される第1スリットであって、前記基部の少なくとも2つの部分によって規定される第1スリットと、
前記基部を通して形成される第2スリットと、
前記第1スリットと前記第2スリットとの間に規定される第1タブであって、前記基部に対して移動可能である前記第1タブと、
前記基部を通して形成される第3スリットと、
それぞれ前記第2スリット及び前記第3スリットに対応する第2逃し開口部及び第3逃し開口部と、を備え、
前記第2スリット及び前記第3スリットのそれぞれが第1端部及び第2端部を有し、
スリットごとに、前記対応する逃し開口部が前記第2端部に位置決めされ、
前記組織把持要素が滅菌され、埋込み可能であり、軟組織を把持するように構成され、設計される、圧力作動体内組織把持要素。 - 前記第2スリットと前記第3スリットとの間で規定される第2タブと、
前記第3スリットと前記第1スリットとの間で規定される第3タブであって、前記第2タブ及び前記第3タブが前記基部に対して移動可能である、第3タブと、をさらに備える、請求項13に記載の圧力作動体内組織把持要素。 - 前記基部が1枚の材料を備える、請求項13に記載の圧力作動体内組織把持要素。
- 前記組織把持要素が、前記組織把持要素の作動前に前記基部を通る主要開口部をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の圧力作動体内組織把持要素。
- 前記第1スリット、前記第2スリット及び前記第3スリットが前記主要開口部から放射状に外向きに向けられる、請求項16に記載の圧力作動体内組織把持要素。
