Claims (16)
- 垂直方向(Y)において互いに重ねられて構成された複数の層(4、5、6)を含む層の構築物(3)が生成およびプレスされている埋め込み機能構造(2)を有する金属複合材料(1)の製造方法であって、前記層の構築物(3)は、
金属基板を含む下層(4)を提供するステップと、
垂直方向(Y)において前記下層(4)の上の少なくとも特定の部分において、前記下層(4)に接する中間層(5)を配置するステップと、
前記層の構築物(3)の一部分(3a)の中にそれぞれ1つまたは複数の機能構造(2)を配置するステップと、
によって生成され、前記プレスの前に、前記層の構築物(3)は、前記機能構造(2)
を有するそれぞれの前記部分(3a)において、少なくとも前記機能構造を有する前記部分の下位部分内にまたは前記部分の長手方向範囲および/もしくは横方向範囲の全体にわたって、残りの前記層の構築物(3)と同じ厚さを有し、
前記下層(4)が、プライマー(11)の施与後に、特定の部分において変形または外形を造形され、それにより少なくとも1つの陥凹部(13)が形成されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記層の構築物(3)を生成するために、垂直方向(Y)において、少なくとも特定の部分において、前記機能構造(2)の少なくとも1つの上に、上層(6)を配置するステップも実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記下層(4)は、断面の縮小によって形成される凹部(9)を有する部分(4a)を有し、機能構造(2)は、前記凹部(9)にそれぞれ挿入されており、部分(5b)が垂直方向Yに関して最も底部にある前記凹部(9)に挿入されており、前記上層(6)の厚さが一定であることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記中間層(5)は、第1の中間層材料を含む第1の部分(5a)と、長手方向(X)
および/または横方向(Z)においてそれに隣接する、前記第1の中間層材料とは異なる第2の中間層材料を含む第2の部分(5c)とを有し、かつ/または、前記上層(6)は、第1の上層材料を含む第1の部分(6a)と、長手方向(X)および/または横方向(Z)においてそれに隣接する、前記第1の上層材料とは異なる第2の上層材料を含む第2の部分(6b)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記中間層(5)および前記上層(6)の前記第1の部分(5a、6a)が垂直方向(Y)において互いに重ねられて配置され、互いに整列し、機能構造(2)はそれぞれ、垂直方向(Y)において前記中間層(5)の第1の部分(5a)と前記上層(6)の第1の部分(6a)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記中間層(5)が、第1の中間層材料を含む部分(5c)を有し、長手方向(X)および/または横方向(Y)においてそれに隣接して、それぞれ機能構造(2)が配置される窪み(10)が、前記上層(6)と前記下層(4)との間に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記上層(6)の前記材料が、前記第1の上層材料を含む前記第1の部分(6a)において透明であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記上層(6)の前記材料が、前記第1の上層材料を含む前記第1の部分(6a)において、少なくとも1つのプラスチックフィルムからなり、かつ/または、前記第2の上層材料を含む前記第2の部分(6b)において、平鋼からなることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。

- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1つに記載の手順によって製造されている、埋め込み機能構造(2)を有する金属複合材料(1)。
