Claims (3)
- スポット溶接された金属板の十字引張強度を求めるスポット溶接部の強度試験方法であって、
十字引張強度を求める金属板と同種の金属板をスポット溶接して、断面サンプルを作製し、
上記断面サンプルの溶接部の断面のナゲットの直径を測定し、次いで、
金属板を上記スポット溶接と同じ条件で溶接して十字引張試験片を作製し、
上記十字引張試験片の溶接部に、電極の圧痕の中心位置を中心とする上記ナゲットの直径と等しい直径を有する円孔を空け、
円孔を空けた上記十字引張試験片に対して十字引張試験を行い、
得られた最大荷重を上記十字引張試験片の溶接部の破面の面積で除して、圧接部強度(MPa)を求める
ことを特徴とするスポット溶接部の強度試験方法。 - 前記金属板が引張強度590MPa以上の鋼板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスポット溶接部の強度試験方法。
- 前記ナゲットの直径が、十字引張試験片を構成する金属板の薄い方の板厚をtとしたとき、5√t以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスポット溶接部の強度試験方法。
