Claims (7)
- 持ち運びが容易なポータブル水素吸引装置であって、
水を入れる水タンクと、
水電気分解用電極材料からなる水素極及び酸素極、PEM膜から構成され、前記水を電気分解して水素ガスを生成する電極部と、
前記水素ガスの生成量を調整する制御基板と、
前記水素ガスと空気を混ぜた吐出ガスとして吐出口から吐出するエアポンプと、
前記電極部の傾きを検出する傾斜センサと、
前記電極部から吐出される水素ガスを含む水から、水と水素ガスとを分離する気液分離器と、
前記気液分離器から吐出された水分を含む水素ガスを通し、水素ガスを通過させる間のフィルタにより水分を除去して乾燥させる乾燥フィルタと、
前記気液分離器及び前記電極部から循環して戻される水を前記水タンクに戻すための流路と、を備え、
前記傾斜センサにより、10〜45°以上の角度の傾きが検出された場合、警報を鳴らし、水素の生成を停止し、
数字、文字、記号の少なくともいずれかを示すバーコードが設けられ、
前記バーコードの一部が紫外線で発光するインク、及び少なくとも残り部の一部が赤外線で発光するインクで記載されたことを特徴とするポータブル水素吸引装置。 - 前記水素ガスは、毎分40〜60ml生成され、前記吐出ガスの量として毎分500〜1500mlとされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポータブル水素吸引装置。
- 幅が200〜240mm、高さが120〜160mm、奥行きが50〜60mmとされ、重量は0.6〜1kgとされたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のポータブル水素吸引装置。
- 100Vの家庭用コンセント、車のシガーソケット、12V出力の直流電源で使用可とされたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のポータブル水素吸引装置。
- 前記傾斜センサは、MEMS技術を利用したものであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のポータブル水素吸引装置。
- 前記バーコードは、前記電極部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のポータブル水素吸引装置。
- 前記水電気分解用電極材料は、白金族元素以外の異なる遷移金属又はそれらと他の金属の組み合わせで構成された、Fe又はNiを主成分とする成形体であって、Fe又はNiと3d遷移金属に属する複数の異なる遷移金属を少なくとも含有する成形体からなり、前記成形体は、水、水素ガス、酸素ガスが成形体を透過可能なように成形体に分散した空隙を有する請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のポータブル水素吸引装置。
