Claims (13)
- 液体薬剤を送達する注射デバイスであって:
ハウジング(11)と、
液体薬剤(53)が充填された管状形状のバレル(51)を有し、該バレル(51)内に変位可能に配置されるピストン(52)によって近位方向(2)に封止される、カートリッジ(50)と、
該カートリッジ(50)のピストン(52)の近位向きの面(55)に接して遠位方向(1)に前進するピストンロッド(110)を有する駆動機構(5)と
を含み、
ここで、該駆動機構(5)は、基準直径D1を有する基準カートリッジ(150)に動作可能に係合されるとき、薬剤(53)の基準体積V1を投薬するように、ピストンロッド(110)を遠位方向(1)に距離z1前進させるように構成され、
カートリッジ(50)は、ピストンロッド(110)が遠位方向(1)に距離z1前進するとき、基準体積V1よりも小さな薬剤体積V2を投薬するように、基準直径D1よりも小さな直径D2を有し、ここで、R=(D2/D1) 2 による直径D2と基準直径D1の比Rは、1未満であるが、0.1よりも大きく、そして、駆動機構(5)は、ハウジング(11)の窓(44)に現れ実際の設定用量サイズを示す用量標示目盛(82、84)を含む用量標示部材(80)を含み、該用量標示目盛(82、84)は、駆動機構(5)が基準カートリッジ(150)に動作可能に係合されるときの用量標示部材(80)に適用可能な基準用量標示目盛(182)と比較して、比Rに従ってサイズ変更されることを特徴とする、
前記注射デバイス。 - 比R=n/mであり、ここで、nおよびmは整数である、請求項1に記載の注射デバイス。
- 比Rは、実質的に、次の比:1/2、1/3、1/4、1/5、1/6、2/3、2/5、3/4、3/5、4/5、または5/6のうちの1つと等しい、請求項1または2に記載の注射デバイス。
- 用量標示部材(80)は、ハウジング(11)内に回転可能に支持され該ハウジング(11)に螺旋ねじ係合されるスリーブ(88)を含み、用量標示目盛(82、84)は、螺旋状に形作られ、スリーブ(88)の外周に設けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- ハウジングは、少なくとも、駆動機構(5)を収容する本体(30)を含み、該本体(30)に連結されカートリッジ(50)を収容するカートリッジホルダ(20)をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- カーリッジホルダ(20)は、本体(30)の遠位連結端(31)のレセプタクル(32)に係合するための挿入セクション(22)を含む近位連結端(21)を含む、請求項5に記載の注射デバイス。
- カートリッジホルダ(20)は、外面(27)に、遠位方向(1)に挿入セクション(22)を限定する環状フランジセクション(23)を含み、該フランジセクション(23)から遠位に位置するカートリッジホルダ(20)の遠位部分(29a)は、挿入セクション(22)の直径よりも小さな直径を含む、請求項6に記載の注射デバイス。
- カートリッジホルダ(20)は、該カートリッジホルダ(20)の内面(28)から径方向内方に突出しカートリッジホルダ(20)の内周の周りに分配される少なくとも3つの軸方向に延びる内側リブ(140)を含む、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の注射デバイス(10)のカートリッジであって、ピストン(52)によって近位方向(2)に封止され液体薬剤が充填されるた管状形状のバレル(51)を有し、該管状形状本体の軸方向長さI対直径Dの比は、8よりも大きい、または10よりも大きい、前記カートリッジ。
- ピストン(52)とバレル(51)の側壁によって限定される充填容積は、2ml未満、1.8ml未満、または1.6ml未満である、請求項9に記載のカートリッジ。
- 注射デバイスの用量投薬精度を上げる方法であって:
注射デバイス(10)を提供する工程であって、該注射デバイスは、ハウジング(11)と、カートリッジ(50)のピストン(52)の近位向きの面(55)に接して遠位方向(1)に前進するピストンロッド(110)を含む駆動機構(5)とを有し、薬剤(53)の用量を設定し投薬する用量設定部材(66)と用量投薬部材(60)とをさらに有し、液体薬剤を送達し、駆動機構(5)は、基準直径D1を有する基準カートリッジ(150)に動作可能に係合されるとき、薬剤(53)の基準体積V1を投薬するように、遠位方向(1)にピストンロッド(110)を距離z1前進させるように構成され、
そして、駆動機構(5)は、ハウジング(11)の窓(44)に現れ実際の設定用量サイズを示す用量標示目盛(82、84)を含む用量標示部材(80)を含む、工程と、
基準カートリッジ(150)の代わりに、ハウジング(11)内に、液体薬剤(53)が充填された管状形状のバレル(51)を有しバレル(51)内に変位可能に配置されるピストン(52)によって近位方向(2)に封止される、基準直径D1よりも小さな直径D2を有するカートリッジ(50)を配置し、それによって体積V1よりも小さな体積V2の薬剤の用量の設定、およびピストンロッド(110)が遠位方向(1)に距離z1前進されたときの体積V1よりも小さな体積V2の薬剤の用量の投薬を有効にし、

を含む、前記方法。 - 用量標示目盛(82、84)をサイズ変更することは、用量表示部材(80)の外観を変更することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 用量標示目盛(82、84)をサイズ変更することは、用量表示部材(80)の外周に印刷された目盛を交換することを含む、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
