Description
−主にメタンの転化のための、水蒸気メタン改質(SMR)又は水蒸気改質。得られた合成ガスは、硫黄化合物を含有していない。
−硫黄によるその失活のために(例えばSMRの後の)硫黄不含有合成ガスと共に使用される、「スイートシフト触媒」とも呼ばれる、鉄系又は銅系シフト触媒;
−(例えば石炭ガス化の後に得られる)硫黄含有合成ガスと共に使用される、「硫黄耐性シフト触媒」又は「酸シフト触媒」とも呼ばれる、コバルト及びモリブデン系シフト触媒。これらの触媒は、ナトリウム、カリウム又はセシウムなどのアルカリ金属によってドープされることが多い。

次いで、予備活性化したCoMo系硫黄耐性シフト触媒中の一酸化炭素から二酸化炭素への転化の研究を行う。触媒反応装置Aは、流速8.5Nl/hの水素、17Nl/hの一酸化炭素、0.33cm3/分の水及び26Nl/hの窒素を含むガス混合物を用いて、20バール(2MPa)の圧力で上向き処理する。モル比H2O/COは1.44であり、滞留時間は38秒である。次いで、活性化剤がガス混合物中に上向きに注入される。活性化剤は、硫化水素(H2S)又はジメチルジスルフィド(DMDS)のどちらかである。活性化剤がDMDSである場合、DMDS流速は1cm3/hに設定される。活性化剤がH2Sである場合、H2Sの流速は0.5Nl/hに設定される。触媒反応装置Aに流入するガスの温度は、310℃に維持される。
Claims (9)
- 前記式(I)の化合物が、ジメチルジスルフィド及びジメチルスルホキシド、好ましくはジメチルジスルフィドから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒水性ガスシフト反応が、少なくとも260℃、好ましくは280℃〜330℃の範囲の入口ガス温度を有する反応装置内で実施される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記式(I)の化合物が、0.1Nl/h〜10Nm3/hの流速で連続注入される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒水性ガスシフト反応が、硫黄耐性シフト触媒、好ましくはコバルト及びモリブデン系触媒の存在下で行われる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記硫黄耐性シフト触媒が、好ましくはナトリウム、カリウム又はセシウムから選択される、アルカリ金属を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒水性ガスシフト反応が、少なくとも10バール、好ましくは10〜30バールの範囲の圧力で行われる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記原料合成ガスが、水及び一酸化炭素を、少なくとも1、好ましくは少なくとも1.2、より好ましくは少なくとも1.4の水対一酸化炭素のモル比で含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応装置における滞留時間が、20〜60秒の範囲である、請求項3に記載の方法。
