Claims (11)
- 複数のプレート間の空間に熱媒体が流動する熱媒体流路(P1)と、バーナーで燃焼した燃焼ガスが流動する燃焼ガス流路(P2)が隣接して交互に形成された熱交換部を具備し、
前記熱交換部は中央の燃焼室(C)空間の外側を包み込み、複数個が積層構造で備えられ、
前記複数の熱交換部の一側部には、それぞれ熱媒体流入口と熱媒体流出口が隣接した間隔を置いて形成され、
前記それぞれの熱交換部で隣接して位置する熱媒体流入口と熱媒体流出口との間は塞がれた形状からなり、
隣り合って積層される熱交換部のうちいずれか一つの熱交換部に形成された熱媒体流入口および熱媒体流出口は、残りの一つの熱交換部に形成された熱媒体流入口および熱媒体流出口と相反する位置に形成され、
前記熱交換部を構成する複数のプレートは縦方向に直立されて前後方向に積層され、
前記バーナーの燃焼によって発生した燃焼ガスは前記熱交換部の下部を通じて排出され、
前記複数の熱交換部での熱媒体流路は熱媒体の流動方向が一方向へのみ形成されたことを特徴とする、

- 前記複数個の熱交換部間には前記熱媒体流路(P1)が直列に形成され、前記それぞれの熱交換部の内部には前記熱媒体流路(P1)が並列に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数のプレートは、第1プレートと第2プレートが積層された複数個の単位プレートが積層されてなり、前記第1プレートには、第1開放口(A1)が中央に形成された第1平面部(110)と、前記第1平面部(110)から周り方向に一部の区間が連通し、前方に膨らんで形成された第1突出部(120)と、前記第1平面部(110)の縁部から後方に延びた第1フランジ部(130)が形成され、前記第2プレートには、前記第1開放口(A1)と前後方向に対応する第2開放口(A2)が中央に形成され、前記第1平面部(110)と当接する第2平面部(140)と、前記第2平面部(140)から周り方向に一部の区間が連通し、後方に膨らんで形成されて前記第1突出部(120)との間に前記熱媒体流路(P1)を形成する第1陥没部(150)と、前記第2平面部(140)の縁から後方に延びて隣接して位置する単位プレートの第1フランジ部(130)と結合される第2フランジ部(160)が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換部の上部の一側部には、隣接して積層される熱交換部間に熱媒体が一方向に流動するように熱媒体の連結流路を提供するための一側の貫通口(H1、H3)と他側の貫通口(H2、H4)、前記一側の貫通口(H1、H3)を通じて熱媒体流路(P1)に流入した熱媒体が前記燃焼室(C)の周りを一方向に経由して前記他側の貫通口(H2、H4)に向かって流動するように誘導するための閉塞部(H1’、H3’)、および、前記他側の貫通口(H2、H4)を通じて熱媒体流路(P1)に流入した熱媒体が前記燃焼室(C)の周りを反対方向に経由して前記一側の貫通口(H1、H3)に向かって流動するように誘導するための閉塞部(H2’、H4’)が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1突出部(120)は周り方向に沿って交互に配置されて前後方向に高さの異なる第1突出片(120a)と第2突出片(120b)からなり、前記第1陥没部(150)は周り方向に沿って交互に配置されて前後方向に高さの異なる第1陥没片(150a)と第2陥没片(150b)からなることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1突出部(120)には前記熱媒体流路(P1)に向かって突出した複数の第1突起(121)が形成され、前記第1陥没部(150)には前記熱媒体流路(P1)に向かって突出して前記第1突起(121)に当接する第3突起(151)が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1突出部(120)には前記燃焼ガス流路(P2)に向かって突出した複数の第2突起(122)が形成され、前記第1陥没部(150)には前記燃焼ガス流路(P2)に向かって突出して前記第2突起(122)に当接する第4突起(152)が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換部は、前記バーナーの燃焼によって発生した燃焼ガスの顕熱を利用して熱媒体を加熱する顕熱部(100A)として機能し、前記顕熱部(100A)の一側には、複数のプレート間の空間に熱媒体が流動する潜熱部熱媒体流路(P3)と、前記顕熱部(100A)の燃焼ガス流路(P2)を通過した燃焼ガスが流動する潜熱部燃焼ガス流路(P4)が隣接して交互に形成された潜熱部(100B)が一体に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記顕熱部(100A)と潜熱部(100B)との間には熱媒体の連結流路が形成され、前記潜熱部熱媒体流路(P3)は、熱媒体が流入する熱媒体入口(101’)と前記熱媒体の連結流路との間に並列に連結されたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記潜熱部(100B)が位置する第1プレートの一側部には、前記第1平面部(110)で前方に膨らんで形成された第2突出部(170)が備えられ、前記潜熱部(100B)が位置する第2プレートの一側部には、前記第2平面部(140)で後方に膨らんで形成されて前記第2突出部(170)との間に前記潜熱部熱媒体流路(P3)を形成する第2陥没部(180)が備えられ、前記第2突出部(170)と第2陥没部(180)は相反する方向に折り曲げられた櫛歯の形態からなることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の熱交換器。
