Claims (7)
- 熱処理炉の炉内側壁に取り付けられる電熱ヒータ装置であって、
バーと、
前記バーの端部を支持するために前記炉内側壁から炉内に突出したバー支持部と、
前記バーから吊り下げられた複数のフックと、
前記複数のフックに引っ掛けて支持される電熱ヒータと、を備える、電熱ヒータ装置。 - 前記バー支持部は、前記炉内側壁の筒部に着脱可能である、請求項1に記載の電熱ヒータ装置。
- 前記バー支持部は、前記筒部に配置された状態で水平方向よりも上方を向くようにして前記熱処理炉の内側に向かって突出する、請求項2に記載の電熱ヒータ装置。
- 前記バー支持部よりも下方の位置で前記炉内側壁から突出して前記電熱ヒータの端部が接続される電極をさらに備え、
前記電熱ヒータは、前記バー支持部の上面に沿って引っ掛けられてから前記電極に向かって下方に延びるように配置される、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の電熱ヒータ装置。 - 前記炉内側壁は平面視して矩形状であり、
前記バーは直線状に延びる形状を有し、前記炉内側壁に沿って配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の電熱ヒータ装置。 - 前記炉内側壁は平面視して円形状であり、
前記バーは円弧状に延びる形状を有し、前記炉内側壁に沿って配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の電熱ヒータ装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の前記電熱ヒータ装置と、
前記電熱ヒータ装置が取り付けられる前記炉内側壁と、を備える、熱処理炉。
