Claims (14)
- 患者の血管系を評価するシステムであって、当該システムは、患者の血管内への導入のためのサイズ及び形状の第1の器具に通信可能に結合された演算装置を含み、前記演算装置は、
心臓に関連する外部撮像データを受信し、
前記血管を介して心臓の心筋への血流に関連する心筋血流撮像データを受信し、
前記第1の器具から血管に関連する生理学的データを受信し、
前記心筋血流撮像データと前記外部撮像データ及び前記生理学的データのうちの少なくとも一方とを用いて、血流不足の心筋区域を、当該心筋区域へ血液を供給する前記血管の対応する部分と関連付け、
前記外部撮像データ、前記心筋血流撮像データ、及び前記生理学的データを用いて心臓のグラフィカル表現を生成し、
心臓の前記グラフィカル表現を表示デバイスに出力し、心臓の前記グラフィカル表現は前記心筋血流撮像データのグラフィカル表現を含み、
治療介入をシミュレーションするためにユーザ入力を受信し、
前記血流不足の心筋区域と前記血管の前記対応する部分との関連付けを用いて前記心筋への血流に対する前記治療介入のシミュレーションされた効果を判定し、
シミュレーションされた前記効果のグラフィカル表現を含む心臓の修正されたグラフィカル表現を出力する、
システム。 - 前記外部撮像データは、血管造影データ及びコンピュータ断層撮影データのうちの少なくとも一方を含む、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記表示デバイスをさらに備え、前記表示デバイスは、接触感知表示デバイス及びホログラフィック表示デバイスのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記演算装置は、心筋への血流を表すパターン、濃淡、又は配色のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、前記心筋血流撮像データの前記グラフィカル表現を出力する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 血管に関連する前記生理学的データは、圧力測定量、流量測定量、温度測定量のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 心臓の前記グラフィカル表現及び心臓の前記修正されたグラフィカル表現のうちの少なくとも1つが、三次元グラフィカル表現である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記治療介入は、経皮的冠動脈インターベンションを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- ユーザ接触入力を受信する接触感知ディスプレイ及びハンドジェスチャを表すデータを生成する入力デバイスのうちの少なくとも一方をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 患者の血管内への導入のためのサイズ及び形状の前記第1の器具をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 患者の血管内への導入のためのサイズ及び形状の第2の器具をさらに含み、前記演算装置は、前記第2の器具から血管に関連する生理学的データを受信する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1及び前記第2の器具からの前記生理学的データは圧力測定量であり、
前記第1の器具は血管内に静止する一方で、前記第2の器具は血管内を長手方向に移動される、
請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 患者の血管系を可視化するシステムの作動方法であって、当該システムは、患者の血管内への導入のためのサイズ及び形状の第1の器具に通信可能に結合された演算装置を含み、当該方法は、前記演算装置が、
心臓に関連する外部撮像データを取得するステップと、
前記血管を介して心臓の心筋への血流に関連する心筋血流撮像データを取得するステップと、
前記第1の器具から血管に関連する生理学的データを受信するステップと、
前記外部撮像データ、前記心筋血流撮像データ、及び前記生理学的データを用いて心臓のグラフィカル表現を生成するステップと、
前記心筋血流撮像データと前記外部撮像データ及び前記生理学的データのうちの少なくとも一方とを用いて、血流不足の心筋区域を、当該心筋区域へ血液を供給する前記血管の対応する部分と関連付けるステップと、
心臓の前記グラフィカル表現を表示デバイスに出力するステップであって、心臓の前記グラフィカル表現は前記心筋血流撮像データのグラフィカル表現を含むステップと、
治療介入をシミュレーションするためにユーザ入力を受信するステップと、
前記血流不足の心筋区域と前記血管の前記対応する部分との関連付けを用いて前記心筋への血流に対する前記治療介入のシミュレーションされた効果を判定するステップと、
シミュレーションされた前記効果のグラフィカル表現を含む心臓の修正されたグラフィカル表現を出力するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記心筋血流撮像データは、安静状態及びストレス状態を含む異なる血管状態についての異なる画像の組を備えた、心臓の心筋血流撮像データを含み、前記ストレス状態における心筋血流撮像データは、前記治療介入のための前記心筋への前記血流を示す、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 心臓の前記グラフィカル表現を出力する前記ステップ及び心臓の前記修正されたグラフィカル表現を出力する前記ステップは、ホログラフィック表示デバイスに対するものである、請求項12に記載の方法。
