Description
−総呼吸量を最小化するよう、例えば階段の代わりにエスカレータ又はエレベータを用いる、自転車の代わりに車を利用する、走る代わりに歩く、のように、身体的活動のレベルを制限すること。
−危険の汚染物質をフィルタリングするために適切な呼吸マスクを用いること(及び/又は呼吸マスクにおける空気キャニスタを清掃すること)。
−空気フィルタリング/清浄化設備を持つ屋内の場所、又はその他の低い汚染レベルの場所に移動して、高い曝露/増悪リスクが低下するまで待つこと。
−所与の場所における適切な空気処置動作についての助言(例えば屋内の場合は窓/ドアを開ける/閉めること、空気清浄器をスイッチオンすること、空気清浄器のファン速度を増大させること等)。
Claims (15)
- 対象者による空気中の汚染物質の吸入を監視するための装置であって、
前記対象者のまわりの空気中の汚染物質の量の測定値と、前記対象者により吸入された空気の量の測定値と、を決定又は受信し、前記測定値を組み合わせて前記対象者により吸入された空気中の汚染物質の量の値を決定するよう構成された、処理ユニットと、
呼吸の間の前記対象者の胸部の動きにより引き起こされる加速度を検出するよう構成された加速度計と、
を有し、前記処理ユニットは、前記加速度及び前記対象者の身体的な特性についての情報から、吸入された空気の量を決定するよう構成された、装置。 - 前記処理ユニットは、前記対象者の身体的活動に関連する測定値又は信号から、前記対象者により吸入された空気の量の測定値を決定するよう構成された、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記対象者の身体的活動の測定値を供給するためのセンサを更に有する、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記空気中の汚染物質の測定値は、空気中の微粒子状物質、窒素酸化物、二酸化硫黄、アンモニア、一酸化炭素、二酸化炭素、超微粒子、及び/又は揮発性有機化合物の量の測定値である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 空気中の汚染物質の量を測定するためのセンサを更に有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記処理ユニットは更に、前記対象者の地理的な位置、前記対象者が屋内に居るか屋外に居るか、窓及び/又はドアが開いているか閉まっているか、交通量、及び前記対象者の健康状態のうち1つ以上についての情報を決定するよう構成され、前記処理ユニットは更に、前記決定された情報及び前記対象者のまわりの空気中の汚染物質の量の測定値並びに前記対象者により吸入された空気の量を用いて、前記対象者により吸入された空気中の汚染物質の量の値を決定するよう構成された、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記処理ユニットは更に、前記決定された前記対象者により吸入された空気中の汚染物質の量に基づいて、前記対象者にフィードバックを提供するよう構成された、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フィードバックは、前記対象者の呼吸状態の管理を改善するための情報を有する、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記フィードバックは、前記対象者のための投薬についての情報を有する、請求項7又は8に記載の装置。
- 前記フィードバックは、前記対象者が居るべき及び/又は避けるべき場所についての情報を有する、請求項7乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フィードバックは、前記対象者が行なうべき及び/又は行うべきでない身体的活動についての情報を有する、請求項7乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 対象者による空気中の汚染物質の吸入を監視するための方法であって、
前記対象者のまわりの空気中の汚染物質の量の測定値を決定するステップと、
加速度計により、呼吸の間の前記対象者の胸部の動きにより引き起こされる加速度を検出するステップと、
前記加速度及び前記対象者の身体的な特性についての情報から、前記対象者により吸入された空気の量の測定値を決定するステップと、
前記測定値を組み合わせて前記対象者により吸入された空気中の汚染物質の量の値を決定するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記対象者により吸入された空気の量の測定値を決定するステップは、前記対象者の身体的活動に関連する測定値又は信号から前記測定値を決定するステップを有する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記決定された前記対象者により吸入された空気中の汚染物質の量に基づいて、前記対象者にフィードバックを提供するステップを更に有する、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 適切なコンピュータ又はプロセッサによる実行時に、前記コンピュータ又はプロセッサに請求項12乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行させるよう構成された、コンピュータ読み取り可能なコードを持つ、コンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体を有する、コンピュータプログラム製品。
