Description
The present invention relates to a door sash structure.
Automobiles are required to reduce the weight of the vehicle body structure, which leads to improved fuel efficiency. As a means for this, there are methods such as thinning the plate thickness of parts and stealing meat. However, the strength of each component must not be reduced by adopting the above means.
The same is true for car doors. In particular, the side doors of automobiles need not only basic strength but also strength to withstand the load applied as the elevating glass goes up and down. Furthermore, it is also necessary to prevent deformation of the door parts due to repeated raising and lowering of the lifting glass and distortion of the door inner panel and door outer panel due to long-term use from affecting the raising and lowering of the lifting glass.
A glass run is provided on the edge of the elevating glass to suppress vibration of the elevating glass and prevent water and dust from entering the vehicle interior from the outside. Further, for the glass run and the elevating glass, a door sash that supports the glass run and guides the elevating glass up and down is provided.
This door sash is an important part for smoothly raising and lowering the elevating glass and reducing the weight while ensuring the required strength of the door, and the door sash plays a large role in the vehicle door structure.
Conventionally, there has been a technique disclosed in
[Paragraph 0020]
"The rear door
[Paragraph 0023]
"As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the above-mentioned rear door
According to the above-mentioned prior art, the door sash is simply connected to the rear door
Therefore, there is a risk that the connecting strength between the door sash, the door inner panel, and the door outer panel will be low, and the rigidity of the door pillars will be lowered. When the door inner panel or door outer panel constituting the pillar is deformed, the door sash is affected by the deformation, and there is a problem that it becomes difficult to smoothly raise and lower the elevating glass.
An object of the present invention is to provide a door sash structure capable of increasing the connection strength between the door sash, the door inner panel and the door outer panel, increasing the rigidity of the door pillars, and smoothly raising and lowering the elevating glass for a long period of time. It is in the point of providing.

According to the present invention, the door sash structure can increase the connection strength between the door sash, the door inner panel and the door outer panel, increase the rigidity of the door pillars, and smoothly raise and lower the elevating glass for a long period of time. Can be provided.
The door sash structure according to the embodiment of the present invention includes one end on which a glass run attachment portion is formed, a first fixing portion to the door inner panel, and the other end on which a second fixing portion is formed on the door outer panel. Is integrally molded with resin to increase the rigidity of the door pillars.
Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, the
[Structure of door sash 7]
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, an

The
[Structure of overhanging portion 10]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, a side view rectangular
As shown in FIG. 3, the
In the vertical middle portion 33 and the

The first fixed
As shown in FIG. 5, the
As a result, the
More specifically, the load received by one panel surface of the door panel (door
Therefore, the deformation of the door panel can be suppressed, and the influence of the
As shown in FIG. 5, a second
As shown in FIG. 3, the
[Fixed structure by the first fixing portion 11]
As shown in FIG. 3, the ends of the door
[Fixed structure by the second fixing portion 12]
As shown in FIG. 4, the
