Claims (14)
- 拡散器、導光板及び反射器を有する光学要素のスタックと、
前記光学要素のスタックを支持するためのフレームを形成する複数の細長いアームであって、少なくとも1つの細長いアームが、前記細長いアームの伸長方向に延在するキャビティを有する複数の細長いアームと、
少なくとも1つの照明要素とを含む照明モジュールアセンブリであって、
前記キャビティが、前記少なくとも1つの照明要素を収容し、使用中、前記照明要素の光を前記光学要素のスタックに向けるよう構成され、
各細長いアームが、第1の細長いアーム部によって形成され、
少なくとも1つの第1の細長いアーム部が、前記拡散器、及び前記導光板のうちの少なくとも一方と一体的に形成される照明モジュールアセンブリ。 - 少なくとも1つの細長いアームが、前記キャビティで前記照明要素を囲むために前記伸長方向において前記第1の細長いアーム部と嵌め合わせるための第2の細長いアーム部を有する請求項1に記載の照明モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の細長いアーム部と前記第2の細長いアーム部とが、リビングヒンジに沿って前記第2の細長いアーム部を前記第1の細長いアーム部に対して曲げることによって嵌め合わされるよう構成されるように、前記第1の細長いアーム部と前記第2の細長いアーム部とが、一体的に形成され、前記リビングヒンジによって互いに接続される請求項2に記載の照明モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記拡散器が、前記第1の細長いアーム部と一体的に形成され、前記照明要素と部分的に重なる前記照明モジュールアセンブリの縁端部に沿った突出部を有し、前記突出部が、前記光が、使用中、前記モジュールを出る前記伸長方向に対して垂直な方向に向かって傾斜したプロファイルで延在し、好ましくは、前記傾斜したプロファイルが、45度以下の角度を有する請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記導光板が、前記第1の細長いアーム部と一体的に形成され、前記細長いアームの近くの前記照明モジュールアセンブリの縁端部において前記伸長方向に配設される前記導光板を貫通する細長い開口部を有する請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記導光板の下に配設され、前記細長い開口部を通って延在する反射器を有する請求項5に記載の照明モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の細長いアーム部が、少なくとも受け要素を有し、前記第2の細長いアーム部が、少なくとも、前記受け要素に係合するための係合要素を有する、請求項2に従属する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記係合要素が、前記受け要素に嵌め込むよう構成される請求項7に記載の照明モジュールアセンブリ。
- 使用中、前記照明要素によって生成される熱を拡散させるための熱拡散要素を有し、前記熱拡散要素が、前記キャビティ内の前記照明要素を支持するために前記キャビティ内で前記照明要素の背面に配設され、前記スタックの下に部分的に延在する請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記熱拡散要素が、前記キャビティに嵌め込むよう構成されるばね部を有する請求項9に記載の照明モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの照明要素を制御するために前記キャビティ内に配設されるドライバユニットを更に有する請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記照明要素が1つ以上の発光体を有する請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の細長いアーム部及び/又は前記第2の細長いアーム部が、好ましくは射出成形によって、一体的に形成される、請求項2に従属する、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の細長いアーム部及び/又は前記第2の細長いアーム部が、プラスチック、好ましくはポリカーボネート又はアクリルで作成される、請求項2に従属する、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュールアセンブリ。
