Description

Claims (18)
- 基材(120)の表面(115)に配置されるコーティング系(102)であって、
前記基材(120)の前記表面(115)のボンドコーティング(140)と、
前記ボンドコーティング(140)上の保護コーティング(145)であり、セラミック材料を含む保護コーティング(145)と、
前記保護コーティング(145)上の遮熱コーティング(110)であり、表面に接した複数の細長い空隙(130)を画定する遮熱コーティング(110)と、
前記遮熱コーティング(110)の前記空隙(130)の少なくとも一部内に配置された保護剤(150)と
を備え、
前記保護剤(150)は、液体名目CMASと化学的に反応して、前記名目CMASの晶析場の範囲外の固体結晶性生成物を形成できる物質を含み、前記固体結晶性生成物は、1200℃よりも高い融解温度を有する、コーティング系(102)。 - 前記セラミック材料は、酸化ハフニウム、酸化ジルコニウム、またはそれらの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング系(102)。
- 前記セラミック材料は、安定化酸化ハフニウム、安定化酸化ジルコニウム、またはそれらの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング系(102)。
- 前記セラミック材料は、イットリア安定化ジルコニア、セリア安定化ジルコニア、カルシア安定化ジルコニア、スカンジア安定化ジルコニア、マグネシア安定化ジルコニア、インジア安定化ジルコニア、イッテルビア安定化ジルコニア、ランタナ安定化ジルコニア、ガドリニア安定化ジルコニア、またはそれらの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング系(102)。
- 前記遮熱コーティング(110)は、25ミクロン〜2000ミクロンの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のコーティング系(102)。
- 前記保護コーティング(145)は、前記遮熱コーティング(110)の前記厚さの1/4〜1/8の厚さを有する、請求項5に記載のコーティング系(102)。
- 前記保護コーティング(145)は、2g/cm3 〜6g/cm3の密度を有する、請求項1に記載のコーティング系(102)。
- 前記保護コーティング(145)は、0%〜50%の細孔率を有する、請求項1に記載のコーティング系(102)。
- 前記ボンドコーティング(140)上の熱成長酸化物(142)をさらに備え、前記熱成長酸化物(142)が前記ボンドコーティング(140)と前記保護コーティング(145)との間に配置されている、請求項1に記載のコーティング系(102)。
