Description
本出願は2016年8月4日に出願された米国特許出願第15/228,829号、2017年6月6日に付与された現在米国特許第9,670,096号、および2017年3月30日に出願された同時係属出願第15/474,074号の一部継続出願であり、これらの各々の内容は、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。

Claims (7)
- ポルトランドセメントを含有せず、塗布時にスプレー可能または塗りつけ可能に構成されており、1立方メートル当たり約240,400,641,及び801キログラムからなる群から一つの所定の平衡密度および1.4〜20.7Mpaの範囲内の圧縮強度を示す耐火性ジオポリマーコーティングであって、前記コーティングは成分からなり、該成分は:
15〜50wt%の、1.0未満の嵩比重および約0.025mm〜約12.5mmの範囲の直径を有する少なくとも1種の軽量骨材;
5〜60wt%の少なくとも1種のアルカリ活性化セメント質材料;
2〜15wt%の液体アルカリ金属水酸化物以外の前記アルカリ活性化セメント質材料のための少なくとも1種の活性化剤;
1〜15wt%の少なくとも1種の凝結時間遅延剤;
0.01〜5wt%のタンパク質または合成タンパク質材料の群から少なくとも1種;
0.01〜5wt%の少なくとも1種の耐アルカリ性繊維;
養生時に前記耐火性ジオポリマーコーティングにおける収縮を制御するのに十分な量の、0.0001〜2wt%の酸化マグネシウム;および
