Claims (7)

複合構造体の構成要素を支持するように構成された表面(212)、及び前記表面(212)が分割されてできる複数の温度ゾーン(216)を提供するように構成された複数の加熱/冷却デバイス(214)を有するツール(204)であって、前記複数の加熱/冷却デバイス(214)及びそれにより前記複数の温度ゾーン(216)が、多次元アレイに配列され、前記構成要素からの前記複合構造体(202)の製造中に前記構成要素のうちの1つの構成要素の温度を局所的に加熱、冷却又は維持するように独立に制御可能である、ツール(204);
空間的に分布した複数のそれぞれの点において前記構成要素の特性を感知し、それに対応するセンサデータを提供するように構成された複数のセンサ(206)であって、前記複数のセンサの各センサが、前記複数の温度ゾーンのそれぞれの温度ゾーンに関連付けられ、それぞれの温度ゾーンにおける前記複合構造体の前記特性を感知するように構成されている、複数のセンサ;
前記複数のセンサ(206)に接続され、前記構成要素又は前記複合構造体の所望の製造品質を示す前記構成要素又は前記複合構造体の定められた品質目標を達成するための制御データを生成するように構成された機械学習アルゴリズムに前記センサデータを適用するように構成された計算デバイス(208);並びに
前記計算デバイス(208)及び前記ツールに接続され、前記構成要素又は前記複合構造体を前記定められた品質目標へ進めるための前記制御データに従って、前記構成要素の温度を局所的に加熱、冷却又は維持するために、前記複数の加熱/冷却デバイス(214)及びそれにより前記複数の温度ゾーン(216)を独立に制御するように構成されたコントローラ(210)、を備え、

前記ビットマップから樹脂の前記フローのフロントの輪郭を抽出して、一群のベクトル点を生成し、
前記一群のベクトル点のベクトル点に沿って、空間的に分布した前記複数のそれぞれの点のうちの少なくとも一部の各点における曲率を測定し、それにより、空間的に分布した前記複数のそれぞれの点のうちの少なくとも一部の各々においてペナルティ又は報酬を曲率の統計値に基づいて選択的に適用するように構成された機械学習アルゴリズムへの適用のための曲率の統計値を生成するように、
構成されることを含む、請求項4に記載のシステム。 - 前記機械学習アルゴリズムがペナルティ又は報酬を選択的に適用するように構成されることは、空間的に分布した前記複数のそれぞれの点のうちの少なくとも一部の各点について、ペナルティ又は報酬を、それぞれ、前記点における大きい曲率又は小さい曲率に対して選択的に適用するように構成されることを含み、前記機械学習アルゴリズムが、樹脂の前記フローの真っ直ぐなフロントの前記定められた品質目標を達成するための制御データを生成するように構成される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 複合構造体を製造する方法であって、
ツールの表面上に複合構造体の要素を支持することであって、複数の加熱/冷却デバイスが、前記表面が分割されてできる複数の温度ゾーンを提供するように構成され、前記複数の加熱/冷却デバイス及びそれにより前記複数の温度ゾーンが、多次元アレイに配列され、構成要素からの前記複合構造体の製造中に構成要素のうちの1つの構成要素の温度を局所的に加熱、冷却又は維持するように独立に制御可能である、支持すること(302);
複数のセンサによって、空間的に分布した複数のそれぞれの点において前記構成要素の特性を感知し、それに対応するセンサデータを提供すること(304)であって、前記複数のセンサの各センサは、前記複数の温度ゾーンのそれぞれの温度ゾーンに関連付けられ、それぞれの温度ゾーンにおける前記複合構造体の前記特性を感知するように構成されている、センサデータを提供すること;
前記構成要素又は前記複合構造体の所望の製造品質を示す前記構成要素又は前記複合構造体の定められた品質目標を達成するための制御データを生成する機械学習アルゴリズムに前記センサデータを適用すること(306);並びに
前記構成要素又は前記複合構造体を前記定められた品質目標へ進めるための前記制御データに従って、前記構成要素の温度を局所的に加熱、冷却又は維持するように、前記複数の加熱/冷却デバイス及びそれにより前記複数の温度ゾーンを独立に制御すること(308)、を含み、
前記特性を感知し、それに対応するセンサデータを提供すること、前記センサデータを前記機械学習アルゴリズムに適用すること、並びに前記複数の加熱/冷却デバイス及びそれにより前記複数の温度ゾーンを独立に制御することが、前記構成要素からの前記複合構造体の製造中の複数の時期において起こり、前記機械学習アルゴリズムは、前記構成要素又は前記複合構造体が前記定められた品質目標に進むのを増進させることを、前記複数の時期にわたって学習する、方法。
