Description
Claims (10)
- 密閉室(1)と吸気装置(2)を含み、前記吸気装置(2)が密閉室(1)の内部に連通しており、前記密閉室(1)に排気管(3)が接続されており、前記密閉室(1)にサンプリング口(4)が開設されている有害物質を検出するための蒸発密閉室であって、
前記密閉室(1)には、ガスのサンプリング過程で密閉室(1)内部のガス容積を補償するガス補償装置(5)が設けられており、前記ガス補償装置(5)は、密閉室(1)の1つの面又は複数の面に設けられており、前記ガス補償装置(5)は、オリフィス板(6)、押圧プレート(7)、駆動装置(8)及び弾性フィルム(9)を含み、前記オリフィス板(6)は密閉室(1)の任意の1つの面又は複数の面に装設されており、前記弾性フィルム(9)は対応するオリフィス板(6)の外側面に設けられており、前記押圧プレート(7)は対応する弾性フィルム(9)の外側面に設けられており、前記駆動装置(8)は、対応する押圧プレート(7)に伝動接続されて、押圧プレート(7)を前後に運動させるよう駆動することで、弾性フィルム(9)をしっかりと押圧してオリフィス板(6)に接触させ、前記吸気装置(2)は、第1送風機又はポンプ(16)、フィルタ(17)及びバルブ(18)を含み、前記第1送風機又はポンプ(16)、フィルタ(17)及びバルブ(18)は密閉室(1)の内部と連通していることを特徴とする蒸発密閉室。 - 前記密閉室(1)のカバーには断熱ジャケット(10)が設けられており、前記断熱ジャケット(10)に温度制御システムが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有害物質を検出するための蒸発密閉室。
- 前記ガス補償装置(5)の外側面には保護カバー(11)が覆設されており、前記保護カバー(11)は押圧プレート(7)の外側面に覆設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有害物質を検出するための蒸発密閉室。
- 前記密閉室(1)には密閉室扉(12)が設けられており、前記密閉室(1)の内部又は外部には温度制御又は/及び湿度制御装置(13)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有害物質を検出するための蒸発密閉室。
- 前記密閉室(1)内には撹拌器(14)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有害物質を検出するための蒸発密閉室。
- 前記密閉室(1)の内壁には、有害物質の吸着を防止するための吸着防止コーティング層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有害物質を検出するための蒸発密閉室。
- 前記排気管(3)には排気弁(15)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有害物質を検出するための蒸発密閉室。
- 前記密閉室(1)には内部清浄装置(19)が接続されており、前記内部清浄装置(19)は、清浄回路(20)、吸気口バルブ(21)、排気口バルブ(22)、清浄フィルタ(23)及び第2送風機(24)を含み、前記清浄回路(20)の両端は密閉室(1)にそれぞれ接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有害物質を検出するための蒸発密閉室。
- 前記密閉室(1)の外部には吸気弁(25)と吸気流量計(26)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有害物質を検出するための蒸発密閉室。
- 前記弾性フィルム(9)はフッ化物弾性フィルムとすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有害物質を検出するための蒸発密閉室。
