Claims (10)
- 肺機能を評価するためのデータを測定するための肺機能測定装置であって、
肋骨に近接する体表に固定可能であって肋骨に向けて音を出力する音出力部と、
音を出力される前記肋骨に近接する体表に固定可能であって前記音出力部から前記肋骨を介して伝達される音を検出する音検出部と、
前記音出力部によって出力された音と前記音検出部によって検出された音の情報から音の減衰度を算出する減衰算出部と、を有する肺機能測定装置。 - 前記減衰算出部を記憶可能な記憶部をさらに有し、
異なる時間に測定されて算出された前記減衰算出部を比較可能である請求項1に記載の肺機能測定装置。 - 前記音出力部および音検出部は、体の前後の同一の肋骨に対応する位置に固定可能である請求項1または2に記載の肺機能測定装置。
- 前記減衰算出部は、異なる時間に検出される音から複数の単位減衰度を算出し、複数の前記単位減衰度の平均値、中央値または最頻値を減衰度とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の肺機能測定装置。
- 肺機能を評価するためのデータを測定するための肺機能測定方法であって、
肋骨に近接する体表から肋骨に向けて音を出力するステップと、
音を出力される前記肋骨に近接する体表から前記肋骨を介して伝達される音を検出するステップと、
前記出力された音と検出された音の情報から音の減衰度を算出するステップと、を有する肺機能測定方法。 - 前記減衰度を記憶部に記憶させるステップと、
異なる時間に測定されて算出された前記減衰度を前記記憶部から読み出して比較するステップと、をさらに有する請求項5に記載の肺機能測定方法。 - 前記音を出力するステップの前に、音を出力する音出力部および音を検出する音検出部を、体の前後の同一の肋骨に対応する位置に固定するステップをさらに有する請求項5または6に記載の肺機能測定方法。
- 肺機能を評価するためのデータを測定するためにコンピュータによって実行される肺機能測定プログラムであって、
肋骨に向けて音を出力する音出力部に音を出力させるステップと、
音を検出する音検出部から検出結果を受け取るステップと、
前記出力された音と検出された音の情報から音の減衰度を算出するステップと、を有する肺機能測定プログラム。 - 前記減衰度を記憶部に記憶させるステップと、
異なる時間に測定されて算出された前記減衰度を前記記憶部から読み出して比較するステップと、有する請求項8に記載の肺機能測定プログラム。 - 前記音出力部および音検出部は、体の前後の同一の肋骨に対応する位置に固定されている請求項8または9に記載の肺機能測定プログラム。
